Overall average experience. The bathroom condition was not very good and the cleanliness. See the attached pictures. No WiFi service. Not value for the money. Amenities were not very good.
On average staff were helpful apart from some of them.

We had another comfortable stay at Ashford TL. The hotel was clean and comfortable, the staff were friendly and nothing was too much trouble. Thank you

I have said this hotel is ideal as a stop off either to or from the continent, as both Folkestone and Dover are a 20-25 min drive down the motorway, but I need to add it's good for Kent itself. A lot of coast line a reasonable drive away. Canterbury and Maidstone aren't that far either. Ideal base for mid to east Kent. The staff are still as friendly as ever. The rooms are a very good size, and as always a lot of eating options and the multi screen cinema (with 4DX etc) just on your doorstep. Free and easy parking right outside the reception door.

Second visit to this Travel lodge Ashford, it’s very welcoming clean and well presented when you enter the Hotel. The staff on reception are very Helpful, informative, and Professional. The room was clean and well presented and the bed very comfortable, bathroom clean and tidy. The breakfast offered at the establishment is fabulous all round great experience for me and I will be staying again without a second thought !!👍👍🙏🏴

Back at it in Kent and the firm have put me up where I know it is good. Well looked after and a very comfy and clean room. Have 4 day there this time and will be asking for this place when I am down again. Really good breakfast by the way, made a change for the boss to include it.
