Premier Inn Ashford (Eureka Leisure Park)

We have stayed in this hotel on a few occasions now as it is well located. Just a short walk to the retail park where you have a cinema and restaurants and not far from a supermarket. Also just a short drive to the Ashford designer outlet. The hotel is clean and great for a 1 night stay. There’s plenty of parking right out the front which is free for the duration of your stay you just have to input information into the tablet when you arrive. There is a very busy road right next to the hotel and they have a lot of loud vehicles going up and down the road normally late at night the rooms are not very well soundproofed so we recommend brining some ear plugs if your a light sleeper.

Absolutely meet expectations I will stay again if I have to take a rest or even for.a pleasure. Nice location of the hotel, nice breakfast service, appropriate price. Highly recommended if you need

Stopped at this hotel on the way to a family event, the hotel had everything I needed in a business park with many fast food and cinema! Skye on the reception desk was really helpful I needed another towel and I forgot my room number and they were more than happy to help, overall professional, kind and welcoming experience from Skye and team

Easy check in and wa welcome by the front of desk staff. Rooms were clean and tidy. We would stay again.

Great location we stayed overnight to visit Port Lympne the next day. Room was huge so my grandchildren were delighted and had loads of room to play

Hotel was as expected. Clean, basic with helpful friendly staff. Arranged 9am check-in when we arrived. Dinner at Beefeater was tasty and good value. Breakfast was plentiful with fresh fruit salad and natural yoghurt. Staff on both occasions were particularly cheerful and friendly.

Friendly check in by staff- makes a change from automated check ins found in many premier inns. Generally a good experience but hotel could do with a clean of its exterior. Rooms fine but smaller than some other Premier Inns. Only complaint was very poor 4g and couldn’t get onto free wifi either. So if you really need mobile reception you’ll need to pay. Various chain restaurants and a cinema within a very short walk. Good breakfast at the beefeater next door- buffet is continental only but full English is cooked freshly to order. Very convenient for the M20 and onwards travel to ferries/euotunnel.

All good, as expected, quiet night, clean room and comfy bed, shower gel, hairdryer, tea & coffee provided. Lots of places to eat in the area, close to M20. Easy to park, friendly staff, fast check in would stay again.
