This is a marvelous bed & breakfast in Assisi. Carmine and Leah have created a warm, welcoming inn. They go above and beyond to assure comfort and assistance with any needs. The location is right in the heart of Assisi. The small size of the inn is personal and the attention to detail in the room amenities is of a very high standard. The breakfast has many homemade baked items with a good variety for every taste. Guests should be aware that the waterfall shower stall is placed in the bedroom, not enclosed within the bathroom. This was no problem for me, as I was travelling solo, but it could possibly be a privacy issue for others.

This hotel was a fantastic discovery! It has been remodeled and every corner shows beautiful ways of lovely improvements. It is one of the nicest B&B's we have ever stayed in! It is right in the center of Assisi -- walking distance to everything. The Staff is very helpful, kind and professional. Everything is homemade for breakfast and the rooms are spacious and so clean! I assure you our next trip to Assisi will have this place included in our plans. They are everything you would hope for in a B&B. Thank you both! Antonio and Sharon Risoldi, Rome

My wife and I just returned from Italy. We were fortunate to spend one night at Portica10 and it was fantastic. Carmine and Lia are exceptional and accommodating hosts. They are owners, operators, and residents of the hotel and it is clear that they have put tremendous love into their business. Everything is pristine and Lia's homemade delicacies for breakfast are extraordinary. The hotel is located right in the center of town and a short walk from all of Assisi's historic attractions. I highly recommend Portica10 to any visitors to Assisi.

The B and B is exceptional! Unbelievable! Best place we have stayed in during our trip ! The host carmines and Lea are wonderful and so talented in all they do ! Having renovated the space together ! So clean so modern and comfortable the breakfast was amazing all homemade cakes and jams very very good ! The area is hilly just be aware but what a holy and beautiful little town We will go back just to stay here again !

Carmine and his wife were gracious hosts and the B&B was spectacular! Delicious home made cakes at breakfast were a treat. Room was very modern and comfortable. Great location in the middle of town. Do yourself a huge favor and stay here!!!!

Wonderful on every level. Amazing friendly hosts where nothing was too much trouble. They went over and above for us, such as advising on restaurants, making reservations and giving us directions on best routes around the city. Portico 10 was spotlessly clean with much attention paid to every detail in the rooms and communal areas. Beautiful tasteful interiors with a relaxing roof top terrace. Lia’s breakfast was exceptional with freshly home cooked breads made from a variety of different flours and home made jams. The hotel is centrally located so very easy to access places of interest, shops and restaurants, this also helped us with elderly members of our party.

Carmine and Lia are warm and charming hosts. The hotel is immaculate and the beds are more comfortable than our own at home. It is located right in the center of town where all the sites and shopping are. Highly recommended.
