Soggiorno al top. Struttura ricettiva centrale e ben servita. Camera e bagno molto ampie. Vale assolutamente le 4 stelle. Personale molto gentile e la sala dove viene servita la colazione è davvero molto bella e intima. Nel complesso lo consiglio assolutamente. Nonostante non vi sia l'ascensore poiché è un palazzo d'epoca, la struttura merita davvero i miei complimenti! Bravi!

We loved everything about this hotel! The staff was wonderful, the rooms were comfortable, and the had the best breakfast of our whole trip.

This charming boutique hotel is located in an historic building, just a 10 minute walk from the St. Francis Basilica. The bed and room was very comfortable and the restaurant was fantastic! There is not an elevator as the building is historic. If you cannot handle stairs, then I would not book this hotel. If you can navigate stairs, then it offers a pleasant stay.

We were placed in an annex building 100m away.
We were on the 3rd floor with no elevator.
AC did not work nor did WiFi. Manager said he would fix it but it still didn’t work. AC finally cooled the room at 2am on our last night. Room was very nice.
Check in was great. Breakfast was great.

Nicely refurbished hotel in the centre of Assisi. Very helpful reception staff who will carry your cases to your room. Our spacious room was on the first floor so not too many stairs to negotiate. Lovely relaxed feeling to the junior suite in muted colours with some of the old palace on display too. For a longer stay it would have been disappointing as the room looked onto a side passageway and the windows had obscure glass and net curtains meaning no outside view at all. Bathroom is well appointed although the lavatory was set more as a throne and there was no toilet roll holder. Even though it has been recently refurbished, the stair carpet has some stains and there are scuff marks on the walls in the communal areas. Very good range for breakfast and staff on hand for special requests. Hot water is provided by a kettle so you can have boiling water for a decent cuppa! Breakfast room has windows to the street so plenty of natural light.

Great location next to the "New Church" and just around the corner from St. Claire Basilica with everything in the old city of Assisi accessible by a short walk. Discounted parking included a short walk away with luggage drop off and pick up available very close to the apar**ent. Note in the Assisi Suites there are stairs up to the units with no elevator available, although on check-in the hotel staff helped to carry our bags up to our room. An excellent breakfast in the charming restaurant next to the main hotel office with made-to-order cappuccino and expresso was included with our stay. The room was spacious and very clean with a large bathroom and amazing shower.
