Personal con amabilidad y profesionalidad destacable. Muy buen desayuno con amplitud de horario. La situación del hotel es muy buena, con excelentes vistas y a solo un paseo de las principales atracciones de esta fascinante ciudad. Si vuelvo a Astaná, volveré la Hotel Jumbaktas.

Stayed here for a week with my family. Hotel itself was nice and in a good location. Booked the family room which was big and nice. Breakfast and room service was good. All staff was pleasent and good. Spoke english well and very helpful. The confusion comes with the amentities. You have to have a pass from the front desk for the pool, gym, and everything. I booked and paid for 4 people. The hotel would only give passes for this for 2 people. Not as advertised. Not a child friendly hotel. Kids can not swim in the pool unless they are 13 years old. The pool, gym, and spa are different than hotel. Not easy to use. Have to get a pass and show passports to just use the gym or pool. For adults the hotel would be fine for just 2 people. For a family you need to look at another hotel. I paid a lot for these rooms and amentites and did not get what was advertised.

Rated 4 star, by who? Old, tired and at best 3 star. No WIFI in room, decor a through back from the 80's. Just not worth staying again. There is an exhibition on, last minute booking never tp be repeated.

This hotel is well located in Astana. The rooms are spacious and clean and warm (luckily, because it was minus 25 outside) There is a pleasant lobby/bar, but the bartenders don't speak English. The reception is very good with skilled staff that speaks English very well. Especially Madiyar did everything he could to make our stay a succes! Thank you Madiyar, great job! The breakfast is moderate, quality is okay, staff unfriendly. The hotel says that there is a gym and pool, but this is a scam. The pool and gym is part of another neighbouring business and there is a whole procedure to get in there. in the spa/gym/pool they charge you for everything, even if you are a resident from the hotel: you have to pay for every step you take, every breath of air you take, you are charged. So the gym and pool is not accessible from the hotel unless you are willing to pay for every hair you lose on the ground. I can recommend the hotel (apart from the facilities).

Жили в отеле с 15 по 19 августа, номер 615. С первого дня пребывания не работал кондиционер! Обращались в администрацию, безрезультатно. Администратор сказал обращаться до 18 вечера, после этого времени они ничем помочь не могут. На дворе август! Мы намучались, не спали из-за духоты. С открытым окном спать нереально, отель расположен на крупном перекрестке. Сигналят машины, лаят собаки под окнами. В номере ужасная слышимость, слышно как шумят трубы. Также в номере не было одной шторы, нам ее так и не принесли за 4 дня. Мы соединяли две шторы заколкой, чтобы закрыть окна. Мы приехали по работе, для нас было важно надичие интернета. Но здесь - это чудо, если хоть на время он появится. Приходилось ходить работать в Макдональдс. На все наши просьбы и замечания администрация отеля никак не реагировала, нам предложили переехать в люкс, раз нам не нравится, с доплатой 86 тыс тенге за 2 ночи. Это стало последней каплей. Утром мы решили покинуть отель на день раньше, но возврат нам не дали. При этом никаких чеков отель не дает. Как итог мы категорически НЕ рекомендуем данный отель для проживания!
