Ulasan Montcalm East, Autograph Collection

This is by far one of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed at. The service from the staff was incredible, so thoughtful and kind. The room wasn’t ready for check in time unfortunately. The hotel is beautifully designed. I will definitely be back.

Great location with various eateries and groceries nearby. Close to train station and buses. comfortable and clean room. Staff were pleasant and helpful. Carpet was a little sticky in room when we arrived but it got better after housekeeping came twice.

As we arrived staff greeted us, and were very helpful. Check in was easy. Room was very clean, very comfortable beds, coffee machine and everything we needed, including soft robes. Pool was nice a little cold but the hot tub was very warm so very much enjoyed. Again all areas were very clean and comfortable. Breakfast was OK, some bits were alittle cold, but the chef cooked me poached eggs to perfection, and was a good range of cereals, pastries. All in all a very good stay and hope to go back Thank you Montcalm East 🙂

Lovely relaxing stay

非常的好 附近有車站 好幾間超市 還有連鎖咖啡廳 雖然不是在市中心 但去哪裏都不遠 十分鐘會到不少知名景點 總體來說還會再入住

首先房間的燈光設定不方便，浴室的水温也無法調節。此外，最讓我無法忍受的就是在我退房之後，也沒有我的確認之後扣了我每天兩人的早餐，四晚的住宿總共扣了我152磅，我一個人住宿怎麼來的兩人份早餐？後來經過多次溝通，説我在入住的時候同意了早餐。如果我同意了早餐，怎麼可能每個早上從來沒有去過餐廳？更何況我一個人住，哪裡來的兩人份早餐？真是想坑人想瘋啦！一個所謂的五星級酒店，在退房的時候都沒有任何確認直接扣錢，這操作也是聞所未聞！勸退各位，一定不要入住！

倫敦酒店通病，貴而小，非常普通的酒店，但是總體安靜睡的還可以。早飯普通能湊合, 酒店服務還算可以，問了都會很nice的幫你解答。

房間尺寸是可以的，但是前台和用餐服務很差，酒店搞錯亂收費，給前台打電話詢問去，全部都是甩鍋，至今都為你有收到退款，印象非常差勁！
