Returning to Kazakhstan after the years, was very special to me. I wanted to stay in the best hotel of all. Everything is outstanding with this hotel. The lobby is spectacular (it's a special moment when you pass through the doors -special big thanks to the doormen with all your kind smiles). The rooms are large and comfortable. The large walk-in closet is really useful (moreover when you're spending a week). The bathroom is very luxury. All the technology is working well and perfectly useful.And the bed was exquisite.I was immersed in the timeless elegance and luxury that this iconic hotel is known for. Perfection and excellence from the moment we entered the hotel. A warm welcome really set the scene for our stay special thanks to Aigerim ¡). Outstanding in every way and staff simply brilliant. Nothing was too much trouble for the hall porters, receptionists and waiting staff and so very glad that we had such a heavenly time. Room exquisite and all aspects of this charming hotel were fabulous. The room was stunning, the bed was like sleeping on a cloud. The marble bathroom was beautiful with large fluffy towels and lovely toiletries. The food at Ozen restaurant was beyond delicious and the service was impeccable. A very big thank you to the all of the staff as they made our stay a memorable occasion, just want to highlight the names: Nurai, Zhansaya and didn't ask his name, the manager from Karaganda ( only memorized his home place ). The central location allowed me to explore the city's attractions with ease, from Baiterek to Astana Opera. Dining at The Ritz Carlton Restaurant was a culinary journey, with impeccable service and gourmet cuisine. It's exceeded all my expectations, and I eagerly look forward to returning.

I've spent 10 days in Sheraton Astana in October 2023. Me and my mom had 2 separate club rooms and both of us really enjoyed our stay. The hotel is centrally located next to all the attractions, parks, and a huge shopping mall. The rooms are comfortable, quiet, and spacious. The club room serves excellent food for breakfast and dinner, and offers soups for lunch. The spa is great as well. But the best part of staying at the hotel is interactions with the staff. Everyone is helpful, polite, has a nice, positive vibe, and truly cares about their guests. All the little issues that we had were resolved promptly and readily. We spent a lot of time in the club room and I would like to thank all the staff there for taking a great care of us. I want to especially mention Olzhas the club lounge manager who made every visit to a club room enjoyable.

Плюсы: -потрясающий вид на город через панорамные окна (рекомендую для фотосессий😉, фото прикрепила) -чистота -наличие бассейна -расположение: в центре, до всего можно дойти пешком, идеально для туристов. Рядом трц, супермаркет. Минусы: -в моем номере была дверь в другой номер (есть на фото, позади кресла) о которой не предупредили. Через нее слышен был разговор и смех проживающих в соседнем номере. Как минимум надо о таком предупреждать, как максимум снизить номер на такой номер -72% растаявший СПРЕД вместо сливочного масла на завтраке! Это ужас для отеля такого уровня. -официанты не смогли подсказать как работает тостер, приклейте к тостеру краткую инструкцию -скажите официантам на завтраке что смахивать крошки на пол это не нормально, их надо аккуратно вытирать тряпкой и не на пол, причем крошки убирать из под солонок и перечниц тоже!

Расположение удобное - на такси минут 25 от аэропорта, до центра города тоже минут 20 пешком. Завтрак - шведкий стол (немного фруктов, сосиски, яичница, блинчики, сырная и колбасная нарезка), кофе, различные напитки - я не особо привередлива, мне понравилось. Сотрудники однозначный плюс - отзывчивые, вежливые. Из минусов - в ванной комнате холодно и видно, что фонд неновый - потрепаная дверь, шатающийся туалет, ненадежная розетка. Также в отеле не курят, но запах курева (?) ночью ощущался (возможно, из ресторана на первом этаже доносился). дял того, чтобы чисто переночевать подойдет, в целом.

For the amount you pay for the stay the hotel is well beyond the expectations! The rooms are clean, perfect interior, tasty breakfasts. Relatively small rooms, but again for the price they request they are better than most of the hotels and apartments to rent. Nice sitting area downstairs. If you have some time before the flight, but don't want to hang out in the city with the luggage, you can sit here or leave your luggage. Nice and pleasing staff. Generally Hilton Hotels are the best hotels that I have experienced.

We stayed for two nights. In general it’s a positive experience The location is good. It’s very close to major attractions and there are plenty of restaurants around We also like their breakfast. They have pretty good selection. Room is standard and not much to highlight. The wall is a bit thin. Someone on our floor snoozed the alarm for an hour and we were awaken by it in the early morning

Gutes Business Hotel ungefähr auf halbem Weg zwischen Bayterek Turm und Expo Gelände.Personal spricht weitgehend Englisch,Touristen spielen dort aber wohl keine große Rolle,denn sie haben keinerlei Broschüren oder gar einen Stadtplan und wissen auch absolut nichts,wenn man sie fragt.Englische Karte im Restaurant gibt es auch nicht.Aber das Frühstück im 17.Stock ist okay bei super Ausblick.Zimmer sehr groß,sauber,tägliche Zimmerreinigung.Kühlschrank und Wifi funktionierten.Super sind die Doppelscheiben,die jeglichen Lärm abhalten.

This hotel is well located in Astana. The rooms are spacious and clean and warm (luckily, because it was minus 25 outside) There is a pleasant lobby/bar, but the bartenders don't speak English. The reception is very good with skilled staff that speaks English very well. Especially Madiyar did everything he could to make our stay a succes! Thank you Madiyar, great job! The breakfast is moderate, quality is okay, staff unfriendly. The hotel says that there is a gym and pool, but this is a scam. The pool and gym is part of another neighbouring business and there is a whole procedure to get in there. in the spa/gym/pool they charge you for everything, even if you are a resident from the hotel: you have to pay for every step you take, every breath of air you take, you are charged. So the gym and pool is not accessible from the hotel unless you are willing to pay for every hair you lose on the ground. I can recommend the hotel (apart from the facilities).

В этом отеле все замечательно, начиная с гостеприимного ресепшена, просто перечислю и все будет понятно! В здании приятный запах, несмотря на то, что на каждом этаже есть комнатки для курения. На втором этаже есть стационарный компьютер, где можно поработать и распечатать документы! Ежедневно в стоимость номера входит - посещение сауны, приятно ведь правда. И завтрак достойный -шведский стол + по желанию на заказ омлет или яичница и свежесваренный кофе ☕️! Все что необходимо для полноценного завтрака -все есть. Наш номер был на 4 этаже - большой с массажной ванной, зоной отдыха и сна. Уборка ежедневная, постельное раз в 3 дня. И оснащение ванной комнаты такими мелочами как : шампунь, гель, бритвенный набор, ватные палочки , шапочка , мыло, зубной набор очень порадовало. Сейчас редко встретишь такой комбо-набор в 4**** И Wi-Fi стабильный скоростной 👏 Также на территории отеля бесплатная парковка. Рядом есть заправка и мойка ! Отдыхали семьей с маленьким ребёнком и нам у вас было очень хорошо! Спасибо за гостеприимство! С удовольствием вернулись бы снова.
