not at all hygienic the pool was not clean there were all dead small cockroaches in the pool, the room’s WC was blocked and smelly. The staff was good and friendly but they need to work on Hygiene and cleanliness.

Nice and beautiful place to visit with family. Pool also there to enjoy but water not clean. Room and food was very good.

We recently stayed at the property for two nights. The hotel has both pros and cons. Pros: the rooms were comfortable with basic necessities. The view was amazing too. Food was good too specially poha and a loo paratha. Cons: there is no mobile network in this place so you are completely dependent on the wifi and the wifi was going down quiet frequently. Breakfast had limited options. The first day it was just us in the hotel so they served us only poha with pathetic tea. Second day there was another family too so they served poha and misal with tea. No option for coffee. The hotel does not give water you have to buy it. The swimming pool water was dirty.

It was a good experience with ss residency. There are some disadvantages also, like staff was not customer friendly and they asked us to close doors while using ac.
