I never wanted to write a negative review for this beautiful hotel with Sofia and Dora being such lovely impeccable professionals! But there’s the old guy also from the front reception that has been extremely rude, unhygienic and has been stepping on me! He clearly has issues with me. When he came into my room on my last visit; to check the air condition unit, he was coughing and gagging so hard and loudly without a mask and he did not even bother to cover his mouth. I didn’t know if it was deliberate or not because he faced me directly when he did that! When I went down today to pay for my room, he started coughing again without a mask and he didn’t bother to at least cover his mouth; instead he just let it go full face, I didn’t say anything as not to offend him. But! During my payment, I stifled a sneeze ever so slightly and he went berserk on me! Started shouting at the top of his voice about why I have to sneeze and accuse me of sneezing earlier when he was smoking at the entrance of the Hotel. I tried to pacify him by saying excuse me but probably the cigarette smoke got to me as I am a non smoker; still, he continued with his tirade. The more I remained quiet, the more agitated and angry he became! I left the reception when he escalated to calling me: “A SICK COVID PATIENT”!?! How ludicrous and preposterous can this be!!? He clearly has anger management issues because even when I ask him on my last visit where to throw the garbage, he rudely ordered me in the most condescending shrill tone to “get out of the hotel and throw it outside”! When he returned me the change today, he ordered me to keep the change for tomorrow’s payment and not use it. He’s tired of changing for me! What an obnoxious character he is! I am getting very tired of his antics and anger management issues! He should never be in the Hospitality Business. He is rude, disrespectful, unprofessional and extremely aggressive! For what it was worth: GOOD RIDDANCE TO BAD RUBBISH!!!

I arrived early for check in but clerk said my room was ready. Very happy about that. Upon check in, clerk showed me my room. It was fine but the air conditioner was blowing warm air. Clerk said it just took time to cool down. That sounded reasonable so I unpacked and took a nap. When I woke up the room was just as hot as it was in the morning. Went to the desk and told the clerk (night clerk now) that my air conditioning was not working. He went with me to the room and said that it was working since the fan was running. I told him the fan had been running for hours and not provided any cooling. I thought at that time he was going to let me change rooms and I followed him back to the front desk. The clerk went to his computer and made a phone call. I waited for a good 15 minutes as I thought he was making preparations for repair or to give me a different room. After waiting I walked up to the desk and the clerk asked “can I help you?” I said I thought you were checking about moving me to a new room because of the air conditioning. He said “you have trouble with air conditioning? I said “yes - you went with me to see the air conditioner was not working!” (Several more iterations of the previous conversation) Then the clerk said “the hotel has a problem, I just work here, there is nothing I can do “. At this point I called Travelocity service line and your service person solved the problem by getting directly in touch with the clerk and getting him to provide another room

Je vous ai même téléphoné pour vous le dire car je voulais un remboursement. Après avoir discuté avec votre agent virtuel il a simplement mis fin à la discussion. Fourmis sur le plancher. Climatisation défectueuse. Impossible de tirer chasse d’eau sans avoir inondation sur le plancher. HORRIBLE COMME EXPÉRIENCE!!! Remboursement demandé de votre côté.

je ne m'attendais pas à atterrir à cet hôtel mais dans un autre qui venait de fermer définitivement. bravo à la réception 24h/24, qui m'a procuré une chambre pour cette nuit là, et les suivantes. avec un tel prix, je ne m'attendais pas à un palace, mais tout est plus que convenable. c'est surtout le caractère accueillant et serviable du personnel qui me fait leur dire Efkaristo, thank you!

沒有空調,換了其他四間都沒有可以正常工作的空調,體驗極差。虛假宣傳,酒店設施條件與發佈的描述嚴重不符,影響休息並且沒有解決,投訴多次不予理會。

Petit hôtel plein de charme avec un personnel très souriant . La chambre était propre les lits confortables. La station de métro est a 5 minutes. Je recommande cet établissement.

Centraal gelegen bij station en metrostation Larrisa. Grote supermarkt dichtbij! 1 nadeel voor de stad bezoekende toerist, het ontbijt is erg laat! 8:30 aanvang, dan willen we al aan de wandel zijn!
