Hotel berhampiran St. Sophia’s Church of Acropolis, Athens

First the hostel was not as good as it was the years before, because of the prices, they were much higher. But then I met Johny at the reception, we were talking the 1st evening for 2 hours for everything. Next evening I was at the bar with Johny, Martin, Walther and Ami. The reason to come here is Johny, Martin, Walther and Ami.

This is a beautiful hotel located close to restaurants, shopping and the Acropolis. The rooms are large and well appointed with a mini kitchen inconspicuously included. The hotel staff member present at our check in was friendly, helpful and personable. We were a family of 10 (3 rooms) and had only one half day and evening on this short stopover. Yet we ate, shopped and visited the Acropolis easily during our stay! I definitely recommend this hotel

Excellent value for money hotel in a fantastic location just a few minutes walk from Athens’ most visited spots. The staff were friendly and helpful, the room was clean and spacious and the breakfast buffet was fantastic. No tea/coffee making facilities but I don’t know if that’s normal in Athens, but there is a fridge and great air conditioning. Then roof top bar in their sister hotel Plaka is well worth a visit. Highly recommend.

Bilik kami disusun di tepi, tanpa bunyi jalan raya, agak sunyi. Di seberang hotel adalah Taman Negara Athens, dengan tumbuh-tumbuhan yang subur dan udara yang segar Ia sangat menyenangkan untuk berjalan-jalan setiap pagi dan petang... Bilik dan bilik mandi agak luas dan kemudahannya agak lama Ia adalah konfigurasi hotel tradisional bertaraf bintang, tetapi ia diselenggara dengan baik dan pembersihan bilik harian dilakukan dengan baik. Terdapat serangga terbang kecil di dalam bilik mandi… Sarapan pagi yang kaya, lengkap dalam kepelbagaian, rasanya enak, dan perkhidmatannya tepat pada masanya. Perkhidmatan penerimaan adalah sangat baik, semua orang sopan dan seperti bintang. Sangat mengesyorkan hotel ini apabila di Athens. Saya pada asalnya menempah bilik ini melalui Tempahan, tetapi kemudian secara tidak sengaja melihat cadangan di Ctrip Jumlah perbezaan harga bilik selama 4 hari adalah lebih daripada 1,000 yuan, jadi saya dengan tegas membatalkan pesanan Tempahan dan memilih pesanan hotel di Ctrip. Oleh itu, adalah disyorkan agar anda membandingkan pelbagai platform.

Stayed in a 6 bed hostel room. Bunk was comfortable. Nice large lock boxes. Good lighting and electric outlets with each bunk. Good curtains for privacy and lighting. Staff was really helpful and welcoming. Nice cafe on street level. Bathrooms were clean and kitchen on 1st floor was nice and coffee and tea were available. Great location in a Athens. Right where you want to be for quick access to attractions, transportation, restaurants and nightlife. Yes staying in a shared room can get noisy when people come in after a night out, but that’s hostel life. In any case bed was comfortable and I slept well. Would stay there again.

This was my second stay at Athens Center Square Hotel and it was as good as the first. Location is fantastic in the old marketplace with a great restaurant at the corner and easy walk to Monesteri and metro. It is a budget hotel - so don't expect luxury and can be a little rough around the edges, but the price is good and the staff is fantastic. From the roof-top bar you get as good a view of the Acropolis as you have from any luxury hotel with friendly service and good prices at the bar. Breakfast included in the rate and was excellent with a large variety of fresh local items plus standard international options. Highly recommended if you want great value, comfortable rooms and fantastic staff. Not luxury, but my choice in Athens every time!

No kettle coffee or milk in the rooms buffet breakfast was very minimal and bland reception staff are very polite and professional and there’s is security at the foyer outside at night which is amazing for single woman travelers 🧳 air conditioner is perfect 👌 and has a balcony with views of locals in the apartments but still glad to have a outside area off the bedroom

The location is very good, near metro and train station. The roof restaurant and swimming pool are nice. There are nice view at the roof.

Bei der Anreise ist aufgefallen, dass die Lage nicht die beste ist. Dies ist allerdings sehr schwer in Athen. Die Armut und die Auswirkungen der FInanzkriese sind noch immer allgegenwärtig. Das Hotel versucht das beste daraus zu machen. Es ist sehr sauber, das Personal freundlich und bemüht. Das Frühstück ist nicht das was wir als aus Hotels gewöhnt sind. Es ist klein aber ausreichend. Bei der Anreise gab es eine Information welche Gebiete man meiden sollte. Zu Fuß ist man innerhalb von 10 bis 20 Minuten dort was einem als Tourist interessiert. Eine Metrostation zum Flughafen ist auch in der Nähe. Die Gegend selber ist bis in die Nacht relativ laut und Abends ist es ein ungewohntes Gefühl dort. Es ist ein wenig wie um den Hamburger Hauptbahnhof. Was definitiv besser geht, sind die Möbel die teilweise nicht vernünftig aufgebaut worden sind, es sind Schränke die mit Druck aufgehen sollen, aber da die Vorrichtungen fehlen ist dies nicht möglich, der Einbautresor steht lose im Schrank. Der Abfluß der Dusche funktionierte nicht richtig, so dass wir nicht nacheinander duschen konnten. Es mussten mehere Stunden gewartet werden wenn man das Bad nicht unter Wasser setzen wollte. Dieser Umstand wurde zwei Mal an der Rezeption gemeldet aber es hat sich leider nichts getan. Zusammenfassend kann man sagen, man fühlt sich im Hotel nicht unsicher, das Personal ist freundlich, an den Zimmern kann man definitiv was machen, gute Ansätze sind da aber es sind nur Ansätze.

It looked good on screen and it looked just as good in real life. Friendly and helpful staff to not only get you checked in and into your apartment with ease but to give you some insights to the local area and all that has to offer. We booked the Superior Suite so was a cute mezzanine layout. Proper coffee machine, kettle, hob, fridge and oven; even a fruit bowl packed with juciy oranges ready to be squeezed (there is an electric juicer too). Special call out to Panos who was super helpful throughout our stay. It's very close to the Stavros Niarchos Foundation Cultural Center, which combines a great viewing point for sunsets, the modern architecture of the Opera House as well as park land, sports facilities (running track, outdoor gym, swimming pools etc) and a great restaurant (Jardin All Day Stories)
