Lovely stay staff were amazing and the place was nice and relaxing and clean will be back again.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay--they had live music playing and the band was wonderful!! The breakfast was enjoyable and the beds were heavenly! Definitely recommend!

Loved this hotel it was very quiet but had shoes and ect around it with bus rought right to town within a 5 minute walk

Attended the Athlone Springs for wedding last week and my god what a service. The staff were so friendly, rooms so tidy and beds so comfy. There are no words to describe the food the favours I have never experienced anything like it! Will defo be back 😍

The hotel was very nice. The staff were efficient, polite and pleasant. The room were clean and warm. Unfortunately, as a vegetarian, there was very limited hot food options for breakfast. This was disappointing. However, the evening meal was really good, with a better selection of vegetarian options. We would return again.

I was working nights, I requested quiet room at booking and again at check in . Room 216 at the front . First morning they start work on a room directly across from me. Another guest was complaining about the noise as well as he had asked for a quiet room also this was at 11.30 am I had breakfast and had gone to bed only after approximately 3 hours . Then the room was cold , the radiator could not be controlled from the room , enquired was told it was on a timer, thought I’d missed the heating as I was on nights. I turned the room thermostat to full came back second,morning and last morning still cold even the floor felt cold underfoot . The room it self was well appointed large double bed , work station etc , WiFi was a bit on the slow side for work . One of the best features was the shower , loads of hot water, downside was the fan stayed on the whole time I was there The staff were friendly especially front of house. It was only when I was checking out I again mentioned the heating and this time I was informed there most have been a problem

This hotel exceeded my expectations. Every single staff member goes above and beyond for all guests. The room was spacious,the bed was so comfortable and clean. The pool is massive, Food in the bar / restaurant was amazing the best hotel food we have ever got fantastic. Breakfast was again wonderful,plentiful and delicious. We will definitely return again and recommend to everyone.

Honestly the friendliest staff on Reception during check in & out, was also greeted by the hotel manager while passing. The room was so so clean and well presented. Only one probelm I couldn’t get the air conditioning to work. Got room service for breakfast and actually came on time and the food was hot. The young man that brought it up was very polite. One of the best hotel stays I’ve had in a long time.

Very comfortable bed, lovely room and meal, whole experience perfect. Would definitely recommend and will use again. Facilities are brilliant, gym, sauna, and swimming pool. Staff friendly and extremely helpful, could not do enough to help.

Its not in Athlone. Box box among the malls. Wedding and conference venue. You need to take the motorway into town. Poor workmanship in the room for example the cupboard door hits the door hinge whenever opened. Clean. Breakfast OK. Staff average.

First class hotel could not find fault with this hotel . The food was excellent both in the restaurant and breakfast. Bedroom was clean bed extremely comfortable. leisure centre was excellent both swimming pool and gym . The staff were very professional and helpful . Location is great just off motorway and not far from town . Would highly recommend

The room was large comfortably and clean. There was a bottle of water in the room which was a nice touch. Loved the shower and the products for hair shampoo and conditioner. If I can give one piece of contructive criticism it was disappointed going down for dinner at 8.30pm and advised we would have to be quick in ordering by a manager even though we were told by the receptionist that last orders was 9pm so I don' t think manager's should model to the rest of the team how to welcome guests that have travelled to stay at the hotel Also at breakfast it would be nice to See more options for vegaterians and that the food is away from the meats as some of the utensils for the sausages and bacon and pudding was beside the mushrooms tomatoes and beans so it is easy to pick up using the same utensils.
