We had a great stay. Im very picky and i found this hotel to be clean, modern and in great condition. Rooms are massive. Housekeeping was responsive and the location was very convenient. Would definitely stay again.

This is my 2nd stay here. It’s very close to Americasmart. It’s an all around winner for me. All the workers are kind and helpful. The room is clean, nicely decorated. The hairdryer is a big plus. It is powerful enough to dry my long hair. The bathrooms are well stocked with a nice brand of shampoo, conditioner, bath gel, and body lotion. They are large mounted refillable bottles.

Amazing customer service, comfy and clean rooms. No complaints! At all!!!

Loved how the hotel was connected to several restaurants without needing to go outside. Valet staff was wonderful!!

Very clean and the staff is very nice.

We upgraded to a corner suite because our room didn’t have a view. The suite was nice however it wasn’t equipped with hand soap, drinking glasses or cups in the bar area. The bathroom was very small and tight. The bathroom water faucet didn’t have enough water pressure it just dripped. The breakfast at the Hotel restaurant was pricey and didn’t taste good. But even with this we enjoyed out trip

It was extremely expensive for what the property had to offer and the shape of the property. Its my first time not staying at a Hilton and I'd never do it again.

We stayed at the Hyatt for the Peach bowl. The room was quite small for the $303 price tag. The parking garage was full when we arrived so we had to park in a public parking lot down the street. We had breakfast at the Sway restaurant, while there was multiple choices on the buffet the taste of the food was average. The breakfast buffet was 40 dollars per person. Over priced in my opinion. The service how ever was great. The next day I was charged an additional 50 dollars not really sure why I was charged that amount.
