I wish to highlight that the staffs are pretty good and friendly. We are enjoyed staying here with a country side view & relaxing environment. A small suggestion to provide a heater inside the room will be much more comfortable at midnight

Hotel provide airport shuttle. We arrived MEL T2 around 12 midnight, call them and they arrived within 20min. Checking in fast. Rooms is excellence, service is good.

We like the convenience of having the 24/7 shuttle service provided. Generally clean rooms though the place is a little dated. Like to point out though, it’s in house restaurant called The Reflections serves really good food, especially the seafood paella.

Arrived at the airport at midnight and stayed here just for a night on arrival. The room was more spacious than I expected, kind of too big for one person. Clean enough, comfortable bed, enough amenities. One thing, when I got to the hotel, the door was locked because the receptionist was out for the airport to drive some guests. I was waiting outside for like 15 min and it was quite chilly. This is the only problem here. Yet, the receptionist was nice and helpful so I’m satisfied with the stay. Thank you.

Hotel service is excellent. They let us check in early as soon as they have the family room ready and helped us with our bags to the room. Hotel also provides shuttle van to Melbourne airport. I forgot my mobile phone upon check out and they helped to post to me. Very happy with their service!

Good place if you need to catch and early flight. Let the staff know your flight and they will give you a free transport.

The room was quite large ,but the facilities were old.Beds were good. It was located near the Melbourne Airport. The service of free shuttle buses to airport was very good.However,the air conditioning was hard to control.The wind blew directly to my face.

From the moment I arrived in the driveway till checkout, everything about this hotel was perfect. Reception was professional yet friendly. Room was spotless and quiet.

Best Western Melbourne Airport is a fantastic place to stay pre or post air travel, especially when you have an early or late departure or arrival. This was our second visit and both times it was immaculately clean, exceptionally comfy and very quiet. The shuttle service is great, a quick call on arrival and in about 10 mins the BW mini-bus is there to pick you up - or schedule drop-off to the airport with the friendly faces at reception - too easy. Very affordable for the facilities and services provided. Highly recommend!

Best motel near the airport, best services for shuttle bus 24hr service. Very easy, quite and convenient location .
