This hotel is at an excellent location in the centre, with quick walking access to a mall and lots of eating, as well as several clubs. But why leave the hotel when the hotel bar/restaraunt has great food and stays open late? This hotel was clean with plenty of work areas, had a great gym and pool and really friendly staff.

I have had the opportunity to visit this hotel several times over the past few years, and I must say that the service has consistently been excellent. In particular, one of the receptionists I have encountered frequently, Dariya, has always been exceptionally friendly and professional in her assistance. I highly recommend this hotel to those in need of accommodation and rest in Atyrau for a few days, especially considering its convenient proximity to local department stores.

I have been staying here on and off for 6 years. It has always been great. This was my last stay here as im returning home and will not be returning. So, a special shout out to Dariya at the front desk.who gave me a upgrade and a tasty cheese player and beverage sent to my room.simply the best and highly recommended hotel

While in Atyrau for extended stay, the Renaissance was the perfect place to stay. The staff was so kind and helpful and really made all the difference. The breakfast each morning was lovely and enjoyed the dinner and bar area as well. Thank you to all the staff for all your did to make my staff so lovely.

All infrastructure of even deluxe rooms, except bed, is old and outdated. Floor covers, toilets, faucets, tissue boxes, everything in need of overhaul. They don’t have even adapters for foreign power plugs. Staff badly trained, breakfasts are ok but barely. Avoid

Good hotel! Very friendly personal! The chef of restaurant is very kind man. The breakfast was beautiful! Clean rooms. Good location. There is a sauna and gym. There is a bar and coffee shop. There is a laundry. I hope I will come back again. Thank you very much!

You can call and call but you won’t have anyone answer the front desk. Check in was painfully slow. Had to wait in the restaurant until they figured everything out. service was fairly good a few months ago, but times have changed. Very disappointed with the visit.

I bought a vodka tonic in the Lift 2500 I bought a vodka tonic in Renassance 4500 I bought a vodka tonic in Chechil 1750 Renaissance was empty, lift was empty, Chechil was full. Barmaglot at 2250 was full. Oil is $120 a barrel, but the operators are not passing it on to the contractor or workforce, so only a few have Renassance money.
