It is reasonable condition for budget price. The staffs were kind and bed was OK though the road to metro station was less safe.

Le personnel a été à la hauteur. Néanmoins les autres clients ont été gênants. juste à coté de notre chambre plusieurs personnes fumaient et fessaient du bruit

，四份早餐已經付了，7:16去餐廳也不讓進去，説時間沒到開發時間，因為有事出去，然後就沒有吃，所以早餐味道不能評價，浪費了四份早餐可惜😊

if you ever learn anything from the internet then let my review be it. DO NOT go anywhere near this hotel, or the district it is in. I was robbed right outside this hotel by 3 immigrant crack heads. And this was at 10am on a Saturday morning. So god only knows what goes on during darkness. There are crack heads and robbers hanging about all over the place outside of this hotel and they will not care less about who you are or what you look like, they will rob you if it means they get their next fix. I have been brought up in London, and spend some years in south London so have seen most things. But this place is next level scary. Do not go near it.

A great location out of the busy city but about a 25minute subway ride, plenty of restaurants nearby with good service. There is a good laundromat down the road and instructions in english, food market every Tuesday & Friday. Take the subway from the main centre which goes to all parts of Paris and you can catch to the station near Galleria Layfayett and lots of other attractions. Download the Paris subway app as that helps you navigate throughout Paris especially if you are one side of the city and need to get elsewhere.

Check in was good, no hassle, pleasant staff. Room was nice, very clean with a nice en-suite bathroom, again, very clean with a really nice power shower. Particularly liked the flooring. Breakfast was €10 and was fairly good. Downsides for me, there was no tea/coffee making facilities in the room, you have to pay for a cuppa in reception and the Wi-Fi wasn’t great. Good location, near the metro station.

I wiil advise my enemy to stay in this hotel. First day, ceiling of the lounge dripping with water aand the whole place smelling. Getting into the room, they provided family of 4 with one bed. We complained that this wasn't what they showed on the advert. They said if they are to change us into another room. We have to pay extra money, which i did paid 136.74 euros. They the environment was full of ***** and crooks like criminals hanging around looking for their next target. We are always scared to go out to train station or shops. I will never recommend the hotel for my enemy

Habitué des B&B parisiens( Porte de Choisy porté des lilas ect.) nous sommes très déçu de celui-ci !Nous avons demandé un oreiller supplémentaire ça n’était pas possible un sèche cheveux pas possible non plus! Et un accueil pour le moins fade,!

J’avais réservé une chambre au B&B Hôtel porte de la Villette pour un séjour du 1er au 5 novembre 2024. Bien que je me sois présenté le jour de mon arrivée, je n’ai finalement pas séjourné dans la chambre, et je n’ai pas non plus profité du petit déjeuner inclus. Malgré cela, l’hôtel a refusé de me rembourser, même partiellement. Lorsque j’ai expliqué ma situation, le personnel m’a assuré qu’il comprendrait et semblait prêt à considérer un remboursement. Cependant, au final, il n’a pas été fait preuve de flexibilité, et aucune compensation n’a été accordée. Il est décevant de constater ce manque de considération pour le client, surtout dans des cas particuliers comme celui-ci. J’espère que cet avis encouragera l’établissement à revoir sa gestion de la politique de réservation et à adopter une approche plus attentive aux besoins de ses clients. Cet avis est ferme et souligne à la fois l’incohérence dans la réponse du personnel et le manque de souplesse dans la politique de remboursement.
