Awesome base to stay at in South Auckland. Clean rooms, fresh towels available daily-you just need to let the office know between 10am-4pm. Close to heaps of good shopping spots. Absolute value for money, highly recommend!

First impression was the place looked a bit dated however the rooms are very large and quiet. Lovely towels and bedding plus the bed was very comfortable . The room also had a hot plate etc . Bathroom was clean . Good place to stay if you have an early flight . Free airport transfer .

Proximity Apartments is my go to accommodation option when I stay in the Auckland area. The staff are excellent and have always made my stay enjoyable and are always professional. The location is really handy close to shopping and transport hubs and other local sights. The facilities provided are always well presented and very clean, I especially like the one/two room apartments, with the bedroom balcony a great spot to relax with coffee and breakfast or a private spot for a date night dinner. The value for money is great considering all of the benefits Proximity has to offer. I actively recommend Proximity Apartments to my friends and family and would also recommend anyone to stay here, Thank you so much to the team at Proximity Apartments Manukau, can’t wait to be back.

Don't let the frontage and location fool you - The room was modern (it appeared recently renovated) and had a great bathroom. Whilst not large, it suited what I needed as a solo traveller, and had great things like air conditioning, fridge, microwave, Freeview on the TV, and it was a very clean space.

The people were great with accommodating its guests, they gave my husband i a free upgrade just so they could keep us in the same building as the other couple we went with, very clean and quiet apartment, would definitely stay again

Having to come to Auckland after the sudden death of my father we were pleased to be able to book our first night at the Quest, but disappointed we couldn’t stay for the duration of our visit. Again superb service on arrival which was again surpassed after lunch. Arriving back at the hotel , Atek the duty manager advised us that due to a cancellation and changes made by the staff we could in fact stay at the Quest for our time here. Atek your empathy, efficiency and caring made a difficult situation so much better. The Quest Hotel is indeed fortunate to have you as an employee and you will always be remembered by us for your caring and genuine understanding. The word has been spread around my family and friends. Well done Atek and the Quest. Again nothing but superb service and accommodation. Thank you. Mike and Kay Legge. May 09 2022.
