Sauber und nett eingerichtet. Freundliches Personal.

This hotel is located near the hospital, around 5 km (3 miles) away from the city center. You can visit the city by tram or by taxi/Uber. The hotel has spacious rooms (for European standards) and it is clean. The beds are comfortable. But what I liked the best is the attitude of the personnel. They are *ALL* very kind, ready to help you with anything, and very accommodating. One thing you need to keep in mind, though, is that the reception is not open 24 hrs. If you leave after hours (e.g., early morning) you need to check out the night before and then you leave the room key in your room. Another great feature is the quality of the breakfast buffet they have. you really need to try it! It includes eggs (hard-boiled and scrabbled), an assortment of cured meats and cheeses, freshly baked croissants and various breads, sweets, and a bunch of other items. If breakfast is not included in the room price, it costs 15 Euros (and it is well worth it!) Around the hotel there are not too many things to do. You can have dinner there or walk 7-8 min to go to a nearby biergarten (Grill 'n Chill). But be aware that at certain times at night, sitting outside makes you a mosquito target. If you are going to the Munich airport they can recommend you a taxi/limo service, which operates a direct shuttle service for 50 Euros (they have more expensive options if you do not want to share your drive). This is a great deal since the railway ticket costs 29 Euros, you need to get a taxi to the station (I paid 15 Euros for Uber), and you need to change trains in Munich. So, if you need to stay near the hospital or you want a very good place to stay while visiting Augsburg, this is a great choice.

Der Aufenthalt war angenehm, schönes unkompliziertes Hotelambiente, freundlicher und prompter Empfang. Mein Zimmer war ansprechend eingerichtet und sauber. Die Lage zum Park hin top, absolute Ruhe in der Nacht. Herrlich! Das Personal war freundlich bis sehr freundlich- hilfsbereit- aufmerksam. Das Frühstück fand ich ok. In kleinen Portionen angerichtet, schmackhaft. Besonders hervorzuheben die OrangeRosmarin Marmelade- laut Auskunft selbst gemacht! Ich hätte mir einen „besseren“ im Frühstückspreis inkludierten Kaffee gewünscht. Der angebotene Filterkaffee war für meinen Geschmack leicht bitter. Inklusives Konzept des Hotels hat mir gefallen, die kleinen Small Talks und die wahrgenommene Authentizität! Lage außerhalb der Innenstadt, gut erreichbar mit Bus und Bahn incl. 5 minütigem Fußweg. Noch ein Wort zur Zimmereinigung. Wie viele andere Hotels auch, wird der Verzicht auf die tägliche Zimmerreinigung bei einem mehrtägigen Aufenthalt aus vollmundigen Umweltschutzgründen „nahegelegt“. Dafür gibts eine kleine Belohnung, z.B. ein kostenloses Getränk. Jede(r) weiß, es geht vorrangig um Kosten-, Personal- und Zeiteinsparung mit dem schönen Nebeneffekt des Umweltschutzes. Das mag jede/r finden wie er/ sie es will..

Hotel excelente. Chegamos tarde e nos recepcionaram bem. Fica a uns 300m da estação de trem. O quarto era muito confortável. Havia um bilhete de boas vindas e um biscoito de cortesia. Havia amenidades de banho. Os detalhes foram todos bem pensados. O café da manhã não era incluso na diária.

Waren bereits zweimal im Hotel einsmehr. Mit dem Auto gut zu erreichen, in der Nähe des Klinikums Augsburg liegt das Hotel einsmehr. Neben den sauberen, zweckmäßig eingerichteten Zimmern ist das Thema Nachhaltigkeit und Inklusion ein großer Pluspunkt dieses Hotels. Das Frühstück hat eine große Auswahl an Bio Produkten. Service super und auch schnelle Email Antwort. Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis ist sehr gut. Wir kommen gerne wieder.
