Good environment nice facility good staff only poor infrastructure - though they have a kitchen, breakfast & other stuff is not included at the time of booking. Hotel is charging huge for small stuff as they don't have any small shop around not good or else it might get 5 star rating even no mineral water while check in serving regular water not good

Wifi Great Check in was taken care of by. Ms. Aditi and. Mr. Digambar On day 1 . Check out was ease with. Ms. Sakshi. And. Mr. Digambar All of them made our life easy.. Rooms. Over. Size and with. Sofa . Spotlessly clean . Bathroom very good size , water pressure excellent and 24/7. Hot water . We had dinner all 3 days and were not disappointed. As a matter of fact chef came and asked how we want food prepared . Being allergic to. Cream and excess oil he made sure every detailed was taken care of . HOST. MS PP and on last day Ms. ARPITA welcomed us with a smile at the entrance of restaurant. Food was served by. Ms. DUHI, MS. RUTH and the team. DUHI specially went over and beyond . In the morning during breakfast both ladies did excellent job in preparing freshly brewed coffee . There was lots of variety of food choice from. Fresh fruits , juices, northern to southern food choice , continental, cereal etc etc.. There were few choices for non vegetarians as well. There was live counter for. Uttapam, dosa, omelette. Every one working in the restaurant did fantastic job . It was overall managed by. Mr. Gavin. We requested him few vegetarian items off the menu if could be done. He definitely obliged. I will certainly recommend this place to any one coming to. AURANGABAD. This hotel is about 45 minutes from. Ellora caves . As and when I return I will definitely stay here and enjoy their flowless hospitality. We had booked through. Agoda and including breakfast Thank you team. We had a great time with Shyam, dining and Srideep, manager going out of their way to take care of us. I would not stay anywhere else the next time I visit. In fact, the hospitality as so good that I decided to book more ITC resorts while in India. Srideep even promised to give heads up to those ITC.

The warm welcome at reception set a positive first impression, with staff making us feel genuinely welcomed upon arrival. However, this initial experience was somewhat overshadowed by the hotel's apparent need for modernization across multiple areas. The room, while functional, showed clear signs of aging. This was particularly noticeable in the bathroom, where the bathtub's worn condition affected both its appearance and cleanliness. While not unsanitary, the dated fixtures definitely impacted the overall comfort and luxury feel one expects from a hotel stay. The facilities left much to be desired. The gym, though available, is undersized and features outdated equipment. As for dining options, the Latitude restaurant offers a buffet service, though at 4000 RNI for two people, it feels overpriced for the overall experience. Our stay was significantly impacted by noise from a birthday celebration that continued until 10 PM. While understanding that hotels host events, better sound insulation or event management would have been appreciated to maintain guest comfort. Pros: - Excellent, welcoming staff - Convenient restaurant on-site Cons: - Dated rooms and facilities - Noise management issues - Expensive dining options - Small, outdated gym While the hotel benefits from its friendly staff, it requires substantial updating to justify its pricing and meet modern hospitality standards. Well equipped rooms, restaurant with a selection of delicious meals, outstanding staff in reception and in restaurant and last but not least reasonable prices - what more to could I want? When we are next time in Aurangabad, we will definitely stay in this hotel and go for a dinner here.

Outdoor amenities was decent but major miss on in room amenities. Air conditioner was not functioning properly and hotel teams was also not able to resolve it. Spent whole nigh night without air conditioner in hot summar. Disappointed
