We had a great time with Shyam, dining and Srideep, manager going out of their way to take care of us. I would not stay anywhere else the next time I visit. In fact, the hospitality as so good that I decided to book more ITC resorts while in India. Srideep even promised to give heads up to those ITC.

The warm welcome at reception set a positive first impression, with staff making us feel genuinely welcomed upon arrival. However, this initial experience was somewhat overshadowed by the hotel's apparent need for modernization across multiple areas. The room, while functional, showed clear signs of aging. This was particularly noticeable in the bathroom, where the bathtub's worn condition affected both its appearance and cleanliness. While not unsanitary, the dated fixtures definitely impacted the overall comfort and luxury feel one expects from a hotel stay. The facilities left much to be desired. The gym, though available, is undersized and features outdated equipment. As for dining options, the Latitude restaurant offers a buffet service, though at 4000 RNI for two people, it feels overpriced for the overall experience. Our stay was significantly impacted by noise from a birthday celebration that continued until 10 PM. While understanding that hotels host events, better sound insulation or event management would have been appreciated to maintain guest comfort. Big chain hotels are not my favourites but it was hard to find nice accommodation in Aurangabad; we settled for Fern -judging by the reviews- and we were really pleased: very spacious room and comfortable bed, shower in a cubicle with hot water and good pressure, friendly and professional staff, powerful aircon, easy to find, good buffet breakfast, efficient housekeeping. They gave us packed breakfasts perfectly on time (even at 5 am), and it was filling and had a variety of snacks. After exhausting days in the caves it was great to come back here and get good service, good food, good rest.

Over all a satisfying experiance in all departments , staff courteous and food simple and appeasing - a kind of experience you like on a trip with family Excess of nothing and things of need in place. Enjoyed the overall spread of the breakfast options with a mix of both Indian and English food variety. Will be looking forward to stay again at the property in future.

Entrance is very elegant & restful. Very clean new property. Looked very new even though it opened in 2019. Our room was spacious & fresh with clean sheets. All the staff were friendly, helpful & accommodating. Shweta in particular. She was in touch with me, gave us a late check out for 2 hours. However we needed 2 more hours so we paid ₹1120/- as we were very tired. Shweta also coordinated for an efficient cab to be with us all day for visiting Ellora Caves & Bibi ka Maqbara and later dropping us to the airport. Disliked: The hotel did not have a roll in roll out bed for the 3rd guest. So my senior citizen friend slept on 2 mattresses!
