Pros Proximity to stores and malls No fuss hotel Cons House keeping is 8 am to 4 pm only If you need anything you need to get it yourself from the front desk If you are a gold member per day $10 food and beverages credit has to be asked and not offered by default The lady on reception is not exactly helpful They are dingy with water bottles and a 40 cent bottle is sold for $2. Tips Always ask for front facing rooms, the back facing ones faces a building, effectively blocking the window. Body lotion is not provided by default. You need to go to the reception and get it yourself. However if there is a lady on reception chances are she probably will refuse it flatly. If you need plates and cutlery, go and ask from the restaurant. They will give you paper plates and cutlery without any fuss. And there are no charges for it. For gold members if you don’t take $10 credit then you are offered 759 points for the whole stay which exactly are worth nothing. If breakfast is offered for free or complementary, do ensure they put it in the notes under your reservation. Else you will end up haggling with the front desk. Breakfast is $15 per person, which I don’t think is worth the money. It only has basic food items. There are nice eateries nearby to have a better breakfast.

Bed was not cleaned had hairs and stains on it. Manager was rude and didn’t want to help us and hardly apologized. Never dealt with such a rude manager before when we are just trying to have a nice stay. Not coming back for sure. Terrible service

The linen in the room was dirty. Our first room had a dirty bathtub. We requested with the gentleman/or lady (not sure what they identified as) to have the linen changed and they did not. This is not part of the rating but the cell service inside the hotel stunk. So you will have to rely on the wifi.

Fantastic stellar customer service. Everyone at the hotel took care of us like kings. Everyone at the hotel was well trained very personable and on a scale of 1 to 10 I would give the whole operation a 20. Great and wonderful experience. Very happy.

From check in to check out was a great experience! The lobby is beautiful and inviting. The staff was always helpful and kind. The room and hallways were very clean and breakfast was amazing, great French toast! The pool had enough chairs and towels although the edge of the pool wall was a little dirty. Overall a great stay.

We were in town visiting family and spent a night at HGI-Naperville. I always pick up a key card in the event the digital key doesn't work. As a HH gold member, I normally received a credit for food/drinks and water/snacks when checking in. Brian checked us in around 9 pm; gave us 2 bottles of water and mentioned $20 credit. We picked 5th floor, the highest with 2 queen beds. The room was clean with the exception of some hairs on the shower curtain. It was comfortable to spend a night. Note that they don't have SmartTV for Netflix. The walls are quite thin as we could hear the neighbor's TV until 1:30 am. Good shower pressure and bed was comfy. We missed breakfast and only got an orange juice. I grabbed a Gatorade and couple bags of chips for the road as all these were still within $20. Sedina checked us out but she never asked how was the stay. She said everything was settled including the snacks/drink that we got. To my surprise, i was charged $4 for the orange juice. I tried calling the hotel twice and it always went to the call center. No one has ever gotten back to me about the charge. I was told that I had $20 credit and then they charged me?

We were in town talking sewing classes at the Bernina Creative Center in Aurora and this is the property which they recommended. We booked two rooms - one for us (couple) and an additional Accessible room for my elderly mother. We stayed Monday through Saturday in May. The staff at this hotel is absolutely fabulous!! So friendly! We interacted with all of the front desk staff and the restaurant breakfast hostess/waitress and the Chef. Every staff member greeted us daily. The Chef came out to check to make sure my mother’s food was cooked just right after she had given some feedback regarding the prior morning’s breakfast. The rooms were clean and climate control was easily managed. Elevators were a tad slow but we weren’t ever in a rush so this wasn’t an issue for us. Keurig coffee machines are in the rooms and the front desk will provide additional Kcups if desired. For those staying here that booked through Bernina, a continental breakfast is included - bagels and toast, pastries, cereal (cold and oatmeal), fruit and coffee and juices. There is not a hot buffet, though they have a menu you can order from and pay for a cooked to order breakfast. Prices vary. Food was delicious! Bernina also offers a shuttle service to their Bernina Creative Center and it is included. Just make sure you are not late for the pickup time. Our class members met in the lobby in the mornings. There are numerous restaurants in walking distance and a Starbucks. There is also a Target that is across the parking lot. Very convenient location. But once again I must commend the staff as they were most pleasant!!!

The hotel was very clean, staff was helpful including Brian at the front desk. Room was clean and appointed nicely. We didn't have time this trip to use any other amenities but they appeared to be very good. Will definitely stay here again.
