I very rarely write bad reviews, but this was so frustrating. The hotel was great, room was nice, breakfast was really good. But - they overcharged me for a night and won't fix it. I asked the front desk specifically the night before if I could check out on their app. I was told that was fine. But the app didn't check me out, nor did it tell me it didn't check me out. By the time I realized it, it was too late for them to check me out that day. I'm glad I checked for the receipt, or they would have charged me five more days, instead of just one. I had to run back over to the hotel and tell them what happened. They wouldn't (or couldn't) fix it at the front desk, so I just told them to check me out because I had a flight to catch. I didn't want to argue with the poor front desk people who were nice to our whole group all week. I feel so bad I recommended this place to my firm. I won't make that mistake again. I did call Hilton and they said they called the manager, who just said NO Refund for the day, I guess because it was after 11 AM. Needless to say, I am no longer a Hilton fan. FIX. YOUR. APP!
