We booked three rooms in between Aug 5th to Aug 7th Begam Butik Otel. Hotel itself is good. Close to town center, various restaurants and souvenir shops. The hotel also has site seeing tour operations/ office at the premises. We purchased 8 tickets for Hot Air Balloon ride from the hotel. It charged us 4,000 LIRA per person. Before booking, we asked whether this ride would be suitable for 85 years senior (our mom) who has mobility issues. The hotel owner/ staff saw her mobility challenges. We also asked to confirm that there will be some stool for her to sit during the ride as she can not stand for hours. The staff/ owner called balloon operator and re-assured that she will have a stool and is suitable for her. When we arrived at launching site , we were directed to Balloon Operator named Assiana Balloon. Then we found that we can not just step in the balloon basket. Rather we need to climb up and then down at the basket. Because her mobility challenges my mom can not get into the basket. They brought a ladder to keep outside, but no ladder to come inside. She can not keep balance to get into the basket. Also, there was no promised stool for her to sit during the ride. Obviously, she could not take the ride. Lading is also not suitable for a senior who has mobility challenges. This is not that they could sale the spot to another person if we had not purchased a seat for my mom. The balloon basket still had few more empty spots. And the hotel staff/ owner who took the money. Never returned the money for my mom. This is nothing but dis-honesty. They are running this operation for years. They knew this ride is not suitable for 85 years senior who has mobility issue. This is just cheating.

Staying at this wonderful family-run establishment arranged by our agency was truly unforgettable. With its clean and delicious breakfast, along with its quiet and peaceful atmosphere, we were very pleased. Its location surrounded by a beautiful garden that made us feel like we were in the heart of nature. The warmth and helpfulness of the staff were also commendable. The time we spent at this venue was truly relaxing and enjoyable. It's a place we would definitely want to visit again

One of the best stay .. beautiful, well maintained and clean suite .. breakfast was very good .. ideal for family stay there is shop next to the hotel .. walking distance to red river and restaurants .. it’s like a home away from home .. beautiful people inside out running the hotel

Çok ilgili, hoş sohbet ve kültürlü insanların işlettiği muhteşem bir aile oteli. Ramazan bayramı haftasında konaklama fırsatı bulduk ve çok güzel bir deneyimdi. Kapadokya başlı başına eşsiz bir yer iken, işletme sahiplerinin ayrıca yardımsever ve yönlendirici bilgilendirmeleriyle hafızalarımızda unutulmayacak anılar bıraktı. Kaldığımız odadan başlayarak, kahvaltısı, güleryüzlü ve sıcakkanlı çalışanları, işleten tüm aile fertleri, nefes alabileceğiniz bahçesi ve gezimize olan tüm destekleri ve katkıları muhteşemdi. Kendilerine çok teşekkür ediyorum.

Bu lokasyon içerisinde her yer çok güzel,masal kitaplarındaki gibi,lakin konaklama için Avanos ideal bir bölge.Avanosta ailecek huzurla kalabileceğiniz,kendinizi aileden biri gibi hissedebileceğiniz,şirin,nezih ve tertemiz bir işletme.Misafirliğimiz boyunca eksik etmediğiniz güler yüzünüz ve içtenliğiniz için başta Bahtiyar Bey ve Bekir Bey olmak üzere,bütün Begam Otel ailesine sevgi ve selamlar.

Çok şirin otantik bir mekandi. Odalar temiz ve güler yüzlü personel vardı. Biz ailecek gittik akşamlari otantik bir Cafe kismi vardı çok huzurlu ve güzeldi. İlgilerinden dolayı otel personeline teşekkür ederiz. Otel konum temizlik konusunda tavsiye ederim
