Piere - Anne Beach Hotel

My son and his friends are currently staying at the hotel. Last night the shower drain become blocked and flooded. The manager was contacted and said there was no other room available and there was nothing he can do but it will be sorted in the morning. My son was not able to have a shower or return to his room instead share his friends room for the night. In the early morning my son and his friends were ask to leave their rooms, their luggage were kept in a holding area, haven’t showered and have been waiting for over 3 hours.

I have never stayed in a worse hotel before. The service my whole stay was so bad that i do not even have words for it, the atmosphere and vibe from the staff is very unpleasant and makes you not want to be here. At our arrival, (3 young females travelling) a man at the hotel said that it is NEEDED for us 3 to give him our passports to keep until we leave. I have refused this made me feel VERY unsafe . He has said that it is necessary but could not give a reason to why he needs to keep all passports of 3 girls travelling alone. We did not end up giving him our passports, and it has never been mentioned again therefore the reason of trying to keep our passports would have probably led to a tragedy . Staff is not helpful at all, very rude on top of it. I have stayed here for 7 days, only 1 time i recieve room service, i have asked for toilet paper multiple of times and got told that ‘it is not her job, she is a receptionist so if i want some im gonna have to get myself some from somewhere and ended up having to buy it from the shop. Her name was joanna or something like that. The same story with towels, since our arrival we have not once recieved fresh towels, eventhough we have asked for them multiple of times. In the restaurant a MALE STAFF MEMBER has made a sexual comment to me which made me feel very uncomfortable and unsafe, he has said that ‘i need to cover up in the restaurant in this country because i am asking for it’?!?!! I am honestly so upset with my experience at this hotel, makes me never want to travel to cyprus again after these events.

Very old building with broken airconditioning. It will be your task to negotiate for hours with technicians in case it doesn`t work. Even if you pay for the sea view as myself did you can get the room next to the roof with the number of noisy electrical appliences. So you will not be able to enjoy the view from the balcony. And yes, your request for upper floor and silent room will not be satisfied. It is located on the beach but the beach is all of stones - almost nobody cannot swim there. Reception at the hotel - the worst I`ve ever experinced. Not only unhelpful but also rude. Pool is ok but the number of sunbeds is not sufficient. Breakfasts are good, rich as for the EU. Dinners - nothing special but not bad. In general, very uncomfortable vacation. Do not recommend.

The hotel is located in the best place in Ayia Napa. I would say is the closest located Hotel to the beach from others around. You could enjoy your time in a shade of palm trees in the garden and whenever you need - have a swimm in the sea or swi***ool. The hotel also has beautiful views. Room we were staying wasn't renewed, however cleaned everyday. We had a problem with the ants, what we reported to the reception. Reception staff super helpful and so friendly - especially Andrea and manager Diamond (best regards for you both ❤️). Meals in the restaurant nice, fresh and everyday different, except of breakfasts (but still great with plenty of options to choose). Localization was great - close to city centre, shops, restaurants and lunapark. One thing we were disappointed was not deep enough swimm pool. I'd say my best friend and I had great time here.

Hotel is terribly dirty ants are everywhere some hotel staff are very lazy didn’t even give us another room we had to wait 48 hours for are room to get cleaned we are here for 7 days this is terrible

Good Hotell perfect view Nice pool, friendly staff . The hotel is near the centre and close to restaurants, bars and fan park. The view of the sea is fantastic and its only a few minutes walk from a small sandy beach. Come to cyprus 🇨🇾 visit now

me and my 5 other friends went to this hotel didn’t really know what to expect because of the reviews but was very surprised we stayed in the new refurbished part ‘kai’ was very nice room was abit small for 3 of us but was very modern and nice with a nice view of the sea, room got cleaned everyday and the staff were very nice. The restaurant was always very nice, not sure why there is many bad reviews we had a lovely time!

Stayed there 15 days. Few days in main building than the rest in newly refurbished Kai building . If you are staying few days than main building is ok. The rooms are old ,bed and pillows not comfortable..also bathroom falling apart .the bath doesn't have a shower curtain so be careful when you have shower because water drops everywhere outside the bath. Also there are many teenagers staying in this rooms so prepare for loud nights and mornings.. the rooms have a big balcony sea views so this is the plus point👍 also daily room cleaning is done but housekeepers are very loud making so much noise at corridor.. Kai rooms are luxury sea view I will recommend them for longer stay and for couples. Nice and quite.. daily housekeeping done nicely Without disturbing you . The rooms are all digital so you can just press the button if you want privacy or room cleaning . First floor has private pool for each room 👌 I will also recommend b&b for this hotel . breakfast is fine but dinner I wouldn't recommend.simple tastless ,dry food with little choose. Most of the time I ate outside.only Saturday I ate there, they had cyprus night ..food was ok that night. Overall they need to improve the food quality urgently for evenings. I was happy with my stay I will give 3/5. I would like to thank to diamonda at reception for being so helpful at my stay ❤️ also other colleagues at reception were nice and helpful. I will recommend the hotel to family and friends

The only good thing about this hotel is the location. The rooms were dirty, the bathrooms were so small and also dirty. We had ants infestation in the room. One morning we went down to breakfast (that wasn't even nice) came back up to our apartment room wide open, when we told reception all they said was "a cleaner that was new" must have left it open. Disgusting that all our belongings were in there and anyone could have gone in! Most of the staff were very rude, and not friendly in the slightest. When we told them we was not happy with the condition of the room, they said they couldn't do anything. False advertisement all over the website. It states "fridges and wine upon arrival for all guests for a welcome gift". There was no fridge in our room, no wine upon arrival (which isn't a big deal, however don't advertise it, if it is just false information). The pictures of the rooms, are not what the quality of the actual rooms are. We were very shocked of how they've made the hotel look on pictures. On the day we were leaving, we had a late flight (7pm leaving the hotel) when asked if they had a place we could shower (considering we were in 35 degree heat all day) they laughed at us and said they will let us know. I had to ask multiple times, and when they finally allocated us a room to shower, it was even more horrendous than our room. there was mould all up the walls. We met another couple there that were also leaving the same time as us, they were told they need to shower outside next to the pool and get changed in the toilets. We had to check out of our room by 12pm (as you normally would), and when asked where to secure our luggage, they have a room which was left un-locked and un-supervised, meaning we had to check on our bags every 30 minutes. disappointed, to say we stayed in another hotel last year, of the same star rating and yet it was a million times nicer and more welcoming than this hotel. AVOID!
