My review of this hotel cannot begin without expressing admiration! The food is delicious, especially the Caesar salad, which was the best we've ever tried. This is truly an amazing place to relax, a real oasis where you can rest both body and soul. The hotel is thought out to the smallest details to ensure every guest feels comfortable. But what makes this place truly unique are Anetta and Georgi. These two people made our vacation truly unforgettable! I want to extend my deepest gratitude to them for their genuine hospitality, friendliness, and professionalism. From the very first day, they delighted us with their smiles and were always ready to help, answer any questions, and make our stay even more enjoyable. Without their attention and care, our stay at the hotel would Anetta and Georgi are true professionals who turned our vacation into a real pleasure. Thank you for making this holiday unforgettable. We will definitely return.

Don’t be put off by negative reviews. We stayed here from 13th July for 4 nights and the only thing we can fault is the room not being cleaned. The room itself was very spacious and modern, we requested a pool view on booking and got one. The only negative thing we have to say is that the room didn’t get cleaned the whole time we were there but when we asked for fresh towels and bin bags there was no issue in getting them. The food and drinks here are reasonably priced and the portion sizes are big. The area that the hotel is in is a quiet area about 4 minute walk to Ayia Napa square which we found nice as you weren’t amongst the hustle and bustle constantly. The bar and housekeeping staff were amazing and very accommodating.

There’s absolutely nothing more I can say about this hotel other than excellent! It was my husband’s 60th birthday and nothing was too much trouble for them. Andreas you were fantastic organising everything for me, making sure my husband had an experience he will never forget. Balloons, in the room and around the private cabana by the rooftop pool, a cake, fantastic room and he even made sure there was my favourite wine ready for us, chilled to perfection. Alexandra the restaurant manager at the Courtyard, was so attentive and very generous, making us his special desert at our table, followed by a lovely liqueur at no cost, a birthday wish from him, yes and again another bottle of our favourite wine waiting for us. (The wine was not on the menu but they made the effort to ensure it was available to us). The staff are all amazing too, Ali the waiter at breakfast and the lovely lady who cooked fresh eggs for us. The lovely handsome Greek waiter at the Courtyard Restaurant and the DJ was outstanding!! A big big thank you again Andreas I am so grateful to you and your staffxxx Jayne & Mark

The staff at The Napa Prince are fantastic. They were very helpful and nothing was too much trouble. Our apartment was great, living/sitting area with separate bedroom. Fully equipped kitchen. Air conditioning in both rooms. Good sized balcony with outdoor table and chairs. The food was delicious and was priced very reasonable. Good sized swimming pool with smaller pool. Lots of loungers by both pools. Pool side bar, which was also reasonably priced. Hot and cold food also available. Parking available on site. WiFi available. Thank you Napa Prince. Paul and Paul.

I want to start this review by saying that the staff at this hotel are outstanding, they go above and beyond to help, they are friendly and very hard working. However, I can’t understand how majority of the reviews for this hotel are positive from what we and other experienced from our stay. Upon arrival the hotel is clean and modern, the rooms are airy and modern and all looks very nice. I think the main issue with this place is there is far far too many guests for the amenities that the hotel has to offer. BUFFET: The buffet restaurant is absolutely tiny, every night there was a huge que wrapped all around to get to the food. This is not ideal with 2 small children when you have go back and forth separately for everyone to get their plate of food. This resulted in my partner not getting anything to eat because of the length of time it took then returning on his own at 9pm. The que went from the very first dish right to the last so it took a long time to get to the end. Not only that the food was not being replenished quick enough, everything was stone cold and the food all had a crusty top layer as if it had been standing for a long time. The food is one of the worst we have had. The hotel is aware of this issue as they had one of the staff members asking for peoples feedback and agreed it was far too small and that the hotel was looking into it. A LA CARTE: My next issue was the a la carte, there is only one included a la carte and the food here was absolutely disgusting and stone cold. The restaurant itself is outdoor but is very very dirty and unkept. While we were there the majority of people were leaving without finishing their meal. We waited over 2 hours and ended up leaving before our dessert as it was just taking so long. ENTERTAINMENT: this also wasnt great, there was only 1 thing on most nights that last 30mins-45mins and then that was it. It was out on the terrace which again there was not enough space or seats for how many guests were at the hotel. Daytime entertainment was very lacking, if you have children this is definitely not a good choice hotel for that reason. There is only 2 young girls that run entertainment during the day and they run very few activities. POOL: the pools upon arrival look great however we found these to be dirty, they all had scum rings around the outer which was never cleaned the whole time we were there, the tiles were black and mouldy in lots of places. We saw ants crawling all over the bar counters too. My suggestion to this hotel would be stop trying to make more money and concentrate on catering to the guests that have already paid a lot to stay here. Open up the paid a la carte as an option to all inclusive guests which would free up more congestion in the buffet. Open the roof top bar also as an option to all inclusive guests, not an extra charge. This would allow for more space for guests to enjoy their night rather than sitting in a small lobby for the whole duration of their holiday

Just had a quick two night break here. Absolutely fantastic hotel. Really warm welcome from all the staff and made to feel very welcome. Room had the most amazing view of the sea and the pool. There’s even steps straight into the sea literally 30 seconds walk away. Breakfast was awesome, just loved the place. Drink service around the pool was also fantastic, can’t comment on the food as we didn’t eat dinner there. You have to be up by 7 to get a decent sun lounger- but that’s the guests fault not the hotels! Fabulous location, fig tree bay right behind you and the bars and steamers a 5 minutes walk. Booked into this hotel because friends who just called in for a drink liked what they had seen. First impressions were good. Friendly receptionists and the place looked very nice. First impression of the room was that it was spacious, had a large bed and nice bathroom. On further inspection though we noticed = No tea/coffee facilities. Only 3 soft, cheap quality pillows. Bottom sheet not a fitted one and didn’t cover all of mattress. The quilt itself barely covered the bed area an it and it’s cover again seem poor quality. Mini bar had two bottles of different beer and one can of Fanta. No complimentary water offered. The only English speaking channel was a Turkish news channel. Some better points:- Shower was excellent. The sports bar was very nice, very reasonably priced with lovely staff. The restaurant food was nice but make sure you ask for time between your starter and main. In summing up this hotel I would say that with a few adjustments and and more attention to detail I would stay here again. Until then I’ll sadly give it a miss.
