Just had a quick two night break here. Absolutely fantastic hotel. Really warm welcome from all the staff and made to feel very welcome. Room had the most amazing view of the sea and the pool. There’s even steps straight into the sea literally 30 seconds walk away. Breakfast was awesome, just loved the place. Drink service around the pool was also fantastic, can’t comment on the food as we didn’t eat dinner there. You have to be up by 7 to get a decent sun lounger- but that’s the guests fault not the hotels! Fabulous location, fig tree bay right behind you and the bars and steamers a 5 minutes walk. My review of this hotel cannot begin without expressing admiration! The food is delicious, especially the Caesar salad, which was the best we've ever tried. This is truly an amazing place to relax, a real oasis where you can rest both body and soul. The hotel is thought out to the smallest details to ensure every guest feels comfortable. But what makes this place truly unique are Anetta and Georgi. These two people made our vacation truly unforgettable! I want to extend my deepest gratitude to them for their genuine hospitality, friendliness, and professionalism. From the very first day, they delighted us with their smiles and were always ready to help, answer any questions, and make our stay even more enjoyable. Without their attention and care, our stay at the hotel would Anetta and Georgi are true professionals who turned our vacation into a real pleasure. Thank you for making this holiday unforgettable. We will definitely return.

Stayed a week at this little gem of a hotel. Arrived a bit later than the AI dinner service but was promtly given a snack bag by the reception staff. We were in the studios/apts at the back of the hotel and they were excellent. Loads of space for our toddler to run around and a great travel cot for the wee one aswell. Bed was comfy, rooms cleaned to a great standard on a daily basis and housekeeping staff always went out their way to give our daughter a little smile and a wave. Plastics at the pool glasses at the napa crown, made sence however would have prefered pints rather than halves when it came to the beer on the AI however not going to grumble to much anout that. Breakfast was plentiful and tasty, lunch and dinner service at the nelia beach was outstanding and was a nice touch for gardens guests to be able to stau and enjoy the evening entertainments along with AI drinks. The pool area was great, not massive and sunbeds where always available. Reception made our last day a bit more easier by granting us a late checkput, we had to move rooms for it but it allowed us to get freshened up propely before a long night of traveling home. Alot of complaints about bar staff on here but we never had any issues, smile at them, say hi and they will do the same in return, they are there to do a job and they do it well. Massive fan of the gardens and we hope to return in 2025! Keep up the great work ladies and gents!

Very welcoming and respectful staff. Food was and is amazing. The staff are so polite and friendly. Nothing is a hassle. Hotel room was large and tastefully decorated as was the rest of the hotel. Would highly recommend a stay here!! The shows and attractions Are so close and the Freddie Mercury show ar the Queen Vic was great and the Stardust Show was out of this world!. All well presented. We can't thank Lorenzo and the team enough for their warm welcome. See you next year with a few more family we hope. :-)

The hotel has a really lovely atmosphere. Tranquil and relaxing. We chose this hotel due to the lounge area near the pool and bar as we prefer to sit in a chill environment opposed to a hotel with entertainment. On arrival we were shown our room. There were two paper bags each with a sandwich, apple and a carton of juice. This was a nice touch but have had better in other hotels. The room was dated, as other guests have said. There was a funny, chemical smell in our room, the wooden furniture was blown from the condensation and the bath really needs to be replaced with a shower. Air-conditioning worked well and rooms were cleaned to an acceptable standard daily. Only niggles were the balcony was not swept so sand from the beach was there for our entire stay and mirrors were not wiped down. Our first night was peaceful, but the following night and then for the next four nights we had some very load neighbourhoods who were next to us and directly opposite. They were going out at 2am shouting and coming back crashing furniture, being sick, shouting and on one evening howling like wolves. I reported this to guest relations on the first night who took the room numbers, but nothing changed. Luckily, they went home after the fourth night, and we just slept in the sun bed through the day. We were all inclusive and cannot complain about the quality of the food and drinks. The three restaurants were absolutely amazing, Pepper bar being our favourite. In the hotel the cocktails were superb, however, the service was slow and took us a while to change from the quick service expected in the UK to the chilled environment of the Soma Lounge. We did feel that guests who were paying received a better service than those who were all inclusive. They were served quicker, more frequently and with a more friendly manner. I found this annoying as we were still paying, but we had just prepaid. It felt like the staff had the opinion that we were not worthy of the same level of service. Sunbeds were not an issue during our stay, there were still many available at 9am. Obviously the best positions around the pool had been reserved with towels, but we didn’t mind. As we entered the second week of our holiday, we noticed a change over of guest which changed the sunbed reservation dynamics and people began to reserve sunbed between 6-7am. If you went out in the morning you were unlikely to get a sunbed on your return. The food in Cloistesr was always delicious. Staff in the restaurant were friendly and often remembered what drink you were having with your meal. We were only ever offered one but had usually finished our meal and returned to the Soma Lounge for another. The surrounding area was pleasant, lots of bars, restaurants and shops. Some enjoyable excursions and the beaches are stunning! I am glad we chose this hotel as it was right in the middle of everything and a beautiful, peaceful oasis inside. I am not sure that we would return to Ayia Napa again as we pref

The staff at The Napa Prince are fantastic. They were very helpful and nothing was too much trouble. Our apartment was great, living/sitting area with separate bedroom. Fully equipped kitchen. Air conditioning in both rooms. Good sized balcony with outdoor table and chairs. The food was delicious and was priced very reasonable. Good sized swimming pool with smaller pool. Lots of loungers by both pools. Pool side bar, which was also reasonably priced. Hot and cold food also available. Parking available on site. WiFi available. Thank you Napa Prince. Paul and Paul.
