Bambos made our holiday a special one, such a top guy, would highly recommend, the hotel staff were friendly and the atmosphere in general was brilliant but I have to say BAMBOS made our holiday, he is a right laugh we actually love him so much.

Very welcoming and respectful staff. Food was and is amazing. The staff are so polite and friendly. Nothing is a hassle. Hotel room was large and tastefully decorated as was the rest of the hotel. Would highly recommend a stay here!! The shows and attractions Are so close and the Freddie Mercury show ar the Queen Vic was great and the Stardust Show was out of this world!. All well presented. We can't thank Lorenzo and the team enough for their warm welcome. See you next year with a few more family we hope. :-)

Recently returned after a lovely family holiday first time to Cyprus for all of us and weather did not disappoint. Hotel positives - very clean and modern with daily visits by the maids - reception staff very helpful providing extra pillows etc on request and able to give advice of the local area which was very central and ideal within walking distance of beaches, shops and nightlife - which was helpful due to the lack of entertainment at the hotel. Despite being advertised as having ‘regular evening entertainment’ this consisted of a background singer / duo on a Tuesday and Friday night. This did not cater to families who then had to resort to going out of the hotel to find alternative entertainment venues to suit a family - therefore not a particularly good use of the all inclusive package - which was a shame as the all inclusive drinks options was quite extensive compared to other places we have stayed offering a large range of cocktails, beers and spirits. During the day you had to be up pretty early to get a sun-bed in the pool area. The pool itself was lovely and warm which was an helpful as you were unable to leave children unsupervised due to the pool being all one depth. Unless you were over 5’7” you were unable stand up anywhere in the main pool therefore unable to play with the children - there is a very small seated / jacuzzi area at one end of the pool which got quite busy and an ankle deep raised area at one side but nothing in between for mid-age children or their under 5’7” parents! There is a very small children's pool with a slide however our youngest (5) preferred not to play in there due to the sheer capacity of children AND adults who took to sitting in there! Food - breakfast was as expected offering cereal, continental and cooked with the bonus of freshly made pancakes much to the delight of our children. Lunch - nice choices however we regularly ate from the snack bar as more accommodating for the family needs. Evening meals VERY repetitive with very little choice or variety for the children and even the adults becoming fed up after a few days ( thank goodness for mcdonalds which was literally next door) one very small improvement could be to offer ice cream as a dessert in the restaurant as other than fresh fruit there was nothing they would eat. While we would be unlikely to stay again with young children we would not rule out as returning as adults only holiday or much older children. Don’t want to end on a negative as we did enjoy our holiday and this was partly due to the stafff who went out of their way to make us feel welcome in particular bar staff Eleni, Anna- Marie and the lifeguard / barman/ waiter Pari who spoke to us regularly and interacted well with the children ( he needs a pay rise as never stopped morning noon or night 😂)

My review of this hotel cannot begin without expressing admiration! The food is delicious, especially the Caesar salad, which was the best we've ever tried. This is truly an amazing place to relax, a real oasis where you can rest both body and soul. The hotel is thought out to the smallest details to ensure every guest feels comfortable. But what makes this place truly unique are Anetta and Georgi. These two people made our vacation truly unforgettable! I want to extend my deepest gratitude to them for their genuine hospitality, friendliness, and professionalism. From the very first day, they delighted us with their smiles and were always ready to help, answer any questions, and make our stay even more enjoyable. Without their attention and care, our stay at the hotel would Anetta and Georgi are true professionals who turned our vacation into a real pleasure. Thank you for making this holiday unforgettable. We will definitely return.

Just back from 11 nights at the king Jason and had a nice time. Now for the bad side of this holiday, the sign round the pool said no sunbeds to be reserved before 8am, it might of well said free holiday for everyone next year, nobody respected the sign and beds were taken from as early as 6am every day, after 7.15 you could get a bed but in the shade and only got the sun late afternoon. This real spoils the holiday when you go away to relax and have a lie in. The hotel is nice and the staff make this place they work so hard and long hours and don’t get the best wages for the hours they do, it’s not cheapest hotel to stay in Protaras ( we have stayed in better and cheaper hotels in this area) and I believe next years prices are even more expensive, I hope they increase the staff wages with the increase as without them this would just be a normal hotel in a nice position. The food is ok but repeats it self weekly, drinks ok as well. Rooms nice and clean with everything you need. We are glad we tried it, but the king Jason in Pahos has the edge on this one. I want to start this review by saying that the staff at this hotel are outstanding, they go above and beyond to help, they are friendly and very hard working. However, I can’t understand how majority of the reviews for this hotel are positive from what we and other experienced from our stay. Upon arrival the hotel is clean and modern, the rooms are airy and modern and all looks very nice. I think the main issue with this place is there is far far too many guests for the amenities that the hotel has to offer. BUFFET: The buffet restaurant is absolutely tiny, every night there was a huge que wrapped all around to get to the food. This is not ideal with 2 small children when you have go back and forth separately for everyone to get their plate of food. This resulted in my partner not getting anything to eat because of the length of time it took then returning on his own at 9pm. The que went from the very first dish right to the last so it took a long time to get to the end. Not only that the food was not being replenished quick enough, everything was stone cold and the food all had a crusty top layer as if it had been standing for a long time. The food is one of the worst we have had. The hotel is aware of this issue as they had one of the staff members asking for peoples feedback and agreed it was far too small and that the hotel was looking into it. A LA CARTE: My next issue was the a la carte, there is only one included a la carte and the food here was absolutely disgusting and stone cold. The restaurant itself is outdoor but is very very dirty and unkept. While we were there the majority of people were leaving without finishing their meal. We waited over 2 hours and ended up leaving before our dessert as it was just taking so long. ENTERTAINMENT: this also wasnt great, there was only 1 thing on most nights that last 30mins-45mins and then that was it. It was out on the terrace which again there was not enough space or seats for how many guests were at the hotel. Daytime entertainment was very lacking, if you have children this is definitely not a good choice hotel for that reason. There is only 2 young girls that run entertainment during the day and they run very few activities. POOL: the pools upon arrival look great however we found these to be dirty, they all had scum rings around the outer which was never cleaned the whole time we were there, the tiles were black and mouldy in lots of places. We saw ants crawling all over the bar counters too. My suggestion to this hotel would be stop trying to make more money and concentrate on catering to the guests that have already paid a lot to stay here. Open up the paid a la carte as an option to all inclusive guests which would free up more congestion in the buffet. Open the roof top bar also as an option to all inclusive guests, not an extra charge. This would allow for more space for guests to enjoy their night rather than sitting in a small lobby for the whole duration of their holiday
