Mbali Mbali Tarangire River Camp

Tarangire River Camp is a Beautiful place with an awesome friendly crew! We stayed here for two nights and had a wonderful time here. At night you can hear animals and we even heard lions but always felt very safe with the crew on guard outside. Highly recommended.

We had a wonderful stay at the River Camp. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, always available whenever needed. The food was excellent, and the views of the national park were simply stunning. The sunrises and sunsets were breathtaking. The accommodations were beautifully decorated in the local style, and everything was very clean. There were staff members all around the camp, always ready to assist with any questions or help with carrying bags. Overall, the camp was very clean and well-organized. It was also a great experience to learn about the local culture, especially the Maasai tribe, during our stay. Greetings from Switzerland 😉

Beautiful environment, the swimming pool is a good refreshment after a long safari. Huts are luxurious, showers are hot and excellent. Staff is friendly and professional. Breakfast is fresh and there is a good variety of food. Eggs are on request.

Last week we visited Tarangire River Camp and when we were welcomed we got already the feeling we were at the right place to spend a couple of days. After our 7 day safari we can confirm that we were at the best place ever!!! We were also happy that we planned an early arrival at this place to be able to enjoy it during the afternoon. The service at Tarangire River Camp is of a very high standard with a great hospitality. Everybody here has the passion to offer you the best experience. Our home was very comfortable and had a beautiful river view with a lot of animals crossing the river. Beautiful to be part of this and watch them from your veranda. We enjoyed it a lot. During the night we also enjoyed the sounds of the animals. Breakfast was very well and it was nice that you had some options for dinner. The food was prepared with knowledge and much love. From our table we had a beautiful view! Also the lunchboxes were of a high quality. Thank you very much Tarangire River camp team!!!

Fabulous stay at Mbali Mbali Tarangire, staff was so careful and kind (especially to our young kids). Lots of animals to be seen, tents are very nice and comfortable and food is very good. We surely loved our 4 days here and would definitely come back !

We had a lovely stay. The level of service was amazing, we really felt welcome and everything was taken care of. Food was great, including a full dinner menu including vegetarian options and great breakfast buffet. I would definitely come back!

This was the perfect place to spend our last night of an 8 day safari that started in the western Serengeti. The staff were so attentive and friendly! The river view from our private deck and the group fire pit were breathtaking. Sunset over the river with forever be one of my favorite views and I’m so grateful this was how I got to spend the last night of safari.

From the very warm welcome to the excellent service and the beautiful location, we very much enjoyed our visit. The food was excellent and the staff extremely friendly and polite. It was quiet, we had a good nights sleep in the comfortable tented lodge. We would highly recommend. A special experience!
