Very nice non smoking hotel with amazing quiet location and clean. Helpful reception and good breakfast with beef as Korean style. However house keeping team talk too loud.

This is the hotel I always look for when I go to Bak Ninh. It is the best value for money. I want to visit this hotel again when I go to Bak Ninh. The breakfast is good, the staff is friendly, and the facilities are clean and nice. I am very satisfied overall.

Good: The location is convenient on Korean Street. The price also includes breakfast, which is cost-effective. Bad: I was asked to pay "towel cleaning fee" when I checked out (speechless), everyone should be careful that the hotel will find reasons to charge extra. The mattress is very hard, so those who don't like hard beds should pay attention.
