The room is clean. Most of the room design is made of marble. It’s an old design but classy. I like the place because its near the mall and Manukan country which is known for Bacolod’s chicken Inasal. Staffs are very accomodating!

The Hotel amenities were superb! The foods from the buffet was great! Will love to be back again for a longer stay since I only stayed there for one night and was not able to enjoy some of its amenities. The rooms were spacious and clean! Overall, will recommend this hotel!

Wi-Fi was decent, and the breakfast offered a good selection, though it could be improved with fresher options. Overall, a good hotel for the price, but I would suggest addressing the bathroom issues. Would recommend for short stays, especially for those looking to explore the city. This format gives a detailed, honest view of your experience, helping future guests understand the pros and cons.

Location is good as it is in the city proper - situated beside the famous capitol lagoon and just few walks away from Ayala mall. The room is just the right size - not too spacious though but has the basics- study table, kettle, fridge, hot shower is also availbale but not hot enough. Staffs are good and very courteous and attentive. Breakfast buffet is available and has a wide variety of food - also changes menu for the next days which is good. Their hot chocolate is creamy and not too sweet which is also good. They have a pool available in the 2nd floor, also a gym and spa area. Also, one of the higlights will be the rooftop bar where you can chill with their classic and signature cocktails and other alcoholic beverages. It also has a good view of the capitol lagoon especially at night. Overall a good experience, we were just not approved for a 3-hour late check out even if we are willing to pay. Have not seen much people checking-in that day as it is a Monday so not sure if they are fully fully booked for that day.

We enjoyed our stay at GT Hotel the place is clean, staff are friendly, amenities are nice and complete. It is easy to find and at the heart if the city. I will recommend this to my friends and relatives. Thank you GT Hotel.

Pros: The location is great. Staff were accommodating. Room and sheets are clean. Cons: Hair blower is not available in the room but can be requested. Telephone is useless, no dial tone. No bottled water is given but a water station is available in the hallway but no pitcher per room, only an electric kettle.

The staff were incredibly welcoming and attentive, going above and beyond to make sure all my needs were met. Overall, Circle Inn exceeded my expectations, providing excellent value for the price. I highly recommend it for anyone visiting Bacolod!
