PPengguna TetamuOur experience at Citadines for the first time we checked in it was amazing the room was really comfortable and super clean, the food wow! My daughter tried the Filipino breakfast with danggit, and the service at the front desk was explained well and she was very generous to my husband, who liked it all staff members of the Citadines because they are approachable and helpful to their guests. For me, the rate of Citadines Bacolod is 5 stars. Well

PPengguna TetamuThe staff were very friendly and the service was excellent the food in the restaurant is beautiful and for the price i couldn't believe the quality of the room. we were there attending a wedding and stayed overnight i would recommend this hotel to anybody staying in bacolod

EEmma L.Nice room with good size. Nice restaurant on the second floor with good food. Nothing spectacular but no complaints either. Hotel staff was friendly and helpful. One big downside--the street noise was excessive. The main thoroughfare had big container trucks passing through round the clock. The noise insulation was non-existent. Huge room windows which would've been nice to let light in also let much street noise. We were sensitive sleepers and it really bothered us even from the 3rd floor. We tried to ask for a transfer to the other side facing away from the street but they were fully booked. Although I wonder if it would've made much difference since the building was narrow and the other side would've been only a few meters farther from the street. Sadly, I won't be booking again if I had other options.

The sound proofing can use a little bit of improvement though because we can hear late night laughing in the hallway and outside the door by other guests. Over all it was fun and convenient stay.

MMaxx SteelAt first I was hesitant to book again in this hotel due to my previous experiences with their branches particularly the very basic amenities they offer, but my recent booking on this newly renovated hotel changed my impression. Definitely worth booking and the rooms are much more nice and location is best especially for those planning to head north of Negros.

EetartHuge room, clean and staff were accomodating.
Very near to sm, with parking, i definitely recomend and book again if i'l be in bacolod.
And one more thing, when were there, bacolod was in the state of calimity due to typhoon, other hotel had no water and electricity, but Mo2 had a good generator, no brown out and still has water..

The hotel's location was also very convenient, making it easy to explore the city. We would highly recommend this hotel and would definitely stay here again.”

I liked that it had complete amenities and even came with free breakfast. The breakfast wasn’t fancy just basic meals like egg and bread but it was still good and I appreciated that it was free. I also really appreciated the staff; they were easy to talk to and very hospitable. Overall, it was a great experience
