Nachdem der erste Besuch im Sommer vor Corona sehr entspannt war und mir positiv in Erinnerung geblieben ist, habe ich nun zum zweiten Mal im 53 Grad Hotel übernachtet. Gebucht hatte ich ein Premium Einzelzimmer zur Seeseite und mich sehr auf eine kurze Auszeit gefreut. Der erste Eindruck war ernüchternd, denn das Fliegengitter zum Balkon war stark beschädigt, der Bademantel wies ein großes Loch auf , der Badvorleger glich einem Putzlappen und es gab Schimmel in der Dusche. Für ein Zimmer in der Premium Kategorie hätte ich zudem ein Kleiderschrank erwartet, leider gab es nur ein Regal, ohne Schubladen und Stauraum. Auf der ersten Etage, auf dem auch mein Zimmer lag, gab es für alle Gäste eine kleine Küchenzeile mit Minibar auf Vertrauensbasis. An sich eine gute Idee, leider endete die zweite Nacht bereits um 1 Uhr da andere Gäste / Mädelsgruppe die Minibar plünderten und der Lärmpegel enorm hoch und die Nacht vorbei war. Der Service im Hotel war okay aber auch hier war der Personalmangel zu spüren und die Aushilfen im Frühstück und auch am Nachmittag haben keine Ahnung von der Gastronomie. Fazit: Das Preis - Leistungsverhältnis hat für mich dieses Mal leider nicht gepasst!
