My flight was delayed so I missed the connection and thankfully stayed just one night.
No toiletries (just soap) or hair dryer in the room. I asked for a hair dryer to warm up the room, but all were given away.
The toilet was clean the bed was comfortable, the room was quiet, but the heating was off and ventilation impossible to turn off, even though it was 14c outside and raining.
The rooms are small but have the basics.
The front desk has vending machines with sandwiches, snacks, hot and cold and drinks, and the breakfast is 11€.
Hotel doesn’t accept cash and my Union pay card did not work, and my Mastercard was blocked so I spent the night without food or water.
The free shuttle was on time (goes every 10-15min), and takes less than 10min to reach Schiphol airport, but it was crowded.
On my way to the hotel I took a taxi and paid it 23€ because it was night and very cold and I had no clothes since my luggage was kept at the airport.
The receptionists were kind but always very busy because obviously many flights get delayed.
I would never stay here but this was an emergency and the hotel is 5,3km from the terminal.
