Inhumane service! I stayed at this place for almost 20 days. I felt sick and the hotel called the ambulance. I was hospitalized for 3 days at Tenon Hospital (Paris), when I returned to the hotel I had a terrifying experience. They entered my apar**ent without my consent and charged me 640 euros because my apar**ent was dirty (it really was, but they didn't give me the opportunity to clean it). The worst part was that I arrived sick and the manager, Alessandro, gave me 30 minutes to pack my things and leave. I stayed on the street, sick and with suitcases looking for a hotel. I had panic attacks and had to return to Brazil after this experience.

Almost perfect. Advantages: very clean, warm, large bed, new mattress and pillows, opening window. The kitchen equipment has everything you may want. The stuff is very polite and helpfull. Disadvantages: too warm at night and early morning, I tried switching off the radiator but the heat was there whatever I did, An extra bedsheet would be nice so I wouldnt have to cover myself with the quilt. The TV has only one channel with movies in english (which I had to adjust to english from the settings) and everything else in French. Breakfast is nice but a little overpriced (no eggs or fruits), however coffee was excellent and the serving lady was so sweet and smilling. No hairdryer and although there was a laundry service there was no vending machine to buy soap.

Surprisingly positive experience, would rebook again without hesitation and would recommend to anyone looking for absolute value for money. It's right by the metro, great bakery near the building, room was spotless everything new and clean and all the staff was nice.

The only thing I didn’t like was the location. Everything else was fine.

You can run out of water for several hours at any time. It's not recommended for an occasional tourist passing through Paris and not recommended for tourists who will attend the next Olympic Games in 2024. They don't clean the rooms. Hotel not recommended.

Very nice accommodation, but not so clean. We had a lot of mess on the floor and under the bed. We was waiting for room 1 hour because of cleaning :-))). So we got room at 4 p.m. (not in 3 p.m.). Bed wasn't so comfortable and it was so hot in the room. We got 2 pieces o toilet papiers for 2 persons and 5 days. Equipment of the room was excellent and the e***loyees were so kind. Subway, supermarket and bakery next to the accommodation was excellent.

We’ve visited Paris a few times now so we decided to stay somewhere cheaper and not further from the city centre. This hotel is 2 minutes from a metro station so getting into the centre of Paris didn’t take long at all. Overall we were pleased with our stay. The reception staff were friendly, the room was adequate and good value for the price we paid. The hotel was also clean, secure and quiet and there was a secure luggage room where we could leave our cases while we made the most of our last day in the city. The only issue was the room was very warm at night so it was difficult to sleep. There was a fan provided in the room which helped a bit. We stayed in late April / early May and the weather was still quite cool.

Room was too warm and couldn't open windows very much, room looked clean, but have noticed bites (possibly bed bug ones) First night was ruined by the sound of someone drilling at midnight. Disappointed there was no hairdryer either

Great. Good reception. The only issue is that no cleaning service during our stay. The shower goes hot and cold. Sometimes it can get so hot. Overall very good place during the winter. Without AC or a fan, it can be very hot in the summer.
