We love the hotel because of the location and the free breakfast. We were expecting a simple breakfast because it is free but what they served was a big one. Plus the hotel is clean and the staff are friendly.

polite staff. Superb Location and Beef Tapa for breakfast is a must from their restaurant 🫶🏻 we had a great stay❤️

The only good thing about the hotel was the shower… at least the pressure was good and water hot. Other than that the free breakfast they’ll charge you extra (additional) p55 for a little thing of milk for your coffee! Why are Filipino owned hotels so cheap! That’s how they lose customers by not being generous! I’m mean the charge how much per night for that crappy room! Stay somewhere else for the money!

our stay was very satisfactory except that on our last day there had been a low pressure water on the faucet but eventually resolved after a few hours. Room and bathroom are spacious, clean, very good service, amenities were refilled each day except for the hotel slippers but it is not an issue for us. Location is superb, fast wifi, bfast not buffet but has selections. Cons: No fridge

Location and transportation service is near to attractions like Burnham park and Baguio city night market you can take a walk and will only take 10-15mins. Walking distance to famous Good taste resto. 15-20 mins travel via taxi to La Trinidad strawberry farm with 130-150 pesos fare only. Few issues we encounter is the room does hava AC but it not functioning. The weather is quite cold but when it comes to afternoon its humid. The main issue is the parking area. We inform them of the early checkout but since the parking is small and crowded. We waited for 1 hr for the other guest to arrive and remove the car in the driveway. It's frustrating because our travel was delayed because of that. Overall the experience is great. But i recommend to improve their coordination with the guest and parking to avoid travel delays.

Bagiou is the capital of mediocre overpriced hotels. Extremely bad value for money and no staff seem to have any training in hospitality. This hotel is surrounded by busy roads that are noisey all night. Do not expect to sleep! There is an electric kettle with wires falling out (unusable) and no tea or coffee. No hairdryer and the walls are covered with poorly painted murals. I keep thinking of Gordon Ramsay hotel nightmares. At the complimentary breakfast, my husband had a tea and was told he would have to pay as he chose a twinnings tea bag! No notification of this anywhere! Seriously, Bagiou, no wonder no international toursists come here! Its a mess. Wouldnt recommend this hotel, local tourists seem to like it. If you are here from a western country and have travelled in other parts of Asia, you will be disappointed.
