Ulasan Chalet Baguio

Thank you Chalet Baguio for another good experienced from our Baguio staying with my husband. Perfect location. Im hoping that you will be pet friendly so we can stay with our pet.

Room was surprisingly spacious and clean bathroom. The breakfast is buffet with super nice menu and selection. Super love their hot chocolate 😍

Great location, the staff are all friendly. The view as well is great.

Not bad but I really prefer somewhere near the center of Baguio.The food is bit salty . Thank You 👍

We upgraded the room to a suite at around an extra 30% because the booked room was a little small, great view and near the mall, but is a little pricey

Small cozy room, we had a pleasant stay overall, near to city center and bus terminal,that’s the advantage of this chalet.

Premium Suite is cozy, love the bed! Nice View, Love it!

The staffs were easy to deal with.

The check in was smooth. They will ask you to register but I guess it’s also for yout own security. The location is very accessible - going to SM, Burnham, Session or even camp john hay. The security guards were really efficient and attentive. The personnel were also pleasant without asking for tips. Our Baguio experience was made easier because of them. Thanks

First, need to improve their service towards customers, also need to improve their rooms, the rooms are bit old and need for renovation.  I think it is needed to have a  customer skills seminar for all the staff.

The roller curtains were hard to navigate. We need to call front desk for them to send tech to fix it - it is really faulty as he did a remedy by putting tissue for it to work as it should. The walls has stains which needs maintenance. The curtain has stains which made me wonder if those were molds. The shower Does not give you that "bath" feels; the shower is weak. If you put full blast it would be colder water... try to minimize the water only the will it be warm. For me the prize is not its money's worth. There are other hotels in baguio with better value

The hotel was generally clean and smells good with accomodating staff from guard to housekeeping personnel.

Excellent service! Staff were accomodating and courteous. We'll book again soon... 😊
