I had a wonderful experience at the Atour hotel, the room is clean and very comfortable. In addition, all the staff are accommodating and friendly, they will patiently respond and assist if you needs any assistance. Checkout was also quick and easy thanks to 颜儿. The location is a bit confusing and you might need to contact the hotel before arriving to know your drop-point, on which they can dispatch a small car to pick you up, or if you don't have too much luggage you can enjoy the Yantaishan scenery while walking to the hotel. The staffs were friendly, and we got a free room upgrade because our chosen type was not available anymore. Overall a good stay and will chose this again if I'm coming back to Fuzhou.

Walking in the courtyard of the hotel has a great hidden in the city of comfort, overlooking the Minjiang River halfway up the mountain, landscape property market, pavilions. I can't help but cry that this is not the height of time. It is the best choice for your travel and business trips.

酒店坐落在煙台山景區，鬧中取靜，新開的，設施都比較新。帶娃特意選了他家的童趣閣樓房，一進門的滑梯果然驚艷了我，娃很喜歡。酒店一樓還有咖啡，大廳很寬敞，説第二天早上提供早餐，所以還小小期待了一下。但是早餐是一杯飲料一個三明治，雖然味道可以，但反而是個失分項。友情建議，在入住時告知下早餐內容，方便住客後續選擇，不然一大早沒有足夠的東西吃。問了説可以外賣，我的汗，後來想到去酒店時路過的麥當勞，解決了小朋友的早餐，飲料衹提供牛奶和橙汁，沒有咖啡，這個完全可以讓住客補差提供。酒店的女工作人員服務態度好，白班入住時的就是個女漢子，還幫客人提行李。晚上睡前準備泡澡時，晚班看到後免費提供了自製版檸檬浴鹽，這個很舒心。雖然有閣樓房，是親子家庭入住的亮點，但不巧的是遇上了隔壁的熊孩子，酒店的晚班幫忙協調無果後，再給我們安排了後面一棟的標間房，才安穩睡了覺。酒店有合作停車場，免費停車，自駕很方便，會提前加微信發定位和視頻告知，但視頻和實際有點出入，我們自己找到了最近的出入口，後續到酒店也不是很遠。建議要以住客的視角細化一下視頻。總的來説，來福州旅遊，想住煙台山景區裏的，從價格和位置來看，這家是個不錯的選擇。

Extremely clean hotel (cleaner and higher standards than Australia) with all the modern amenities. We had buffet breakfast every day with a mixture of fresh cooked noodles, western and Asian food. A great mix of food which everyone can enjoy. The hotel provides endless premium tea and always on offer for complementary and easily to take on the go. The staff are so kind, attentive, happy and willing to help with anything, even with my mandarin being very poor they were able to efficiently communicate with me. They even called my parents a free premium taxi. The bed was very comfortable with a great selection of pillow. I loved the pillows and slept well every night! Gym is good. The cleaners are very friendly and love to have a chat, they give you new amenities every day. Very central, lots of shops around and right next to a beautiful massive park. I have stayed at many 5 star hotels around the world, and this is one of my favorite hotels I have stayed at. I can’t speak highly enough regarding the front desk staff. I encourage everyone to stay, and this is a very welcoming hotel for westerns also. Thank you for having me and my parents. We will be back very soon, I miss this hotel already and the amazing staff.

本來訂了別家酒店，中午到酒店對面的胡攀家吃東北大鐵鍋看到了，臨時換了，結果真沒換錯。酒店為園林式，悠靜，房間也超大，與三坊七巷昨晚那家比簡直好太多了，價格還低了三分之一。離綠道也近，適合自駕來的。對了，酒店前台戴眼鏡的服務員特別熱情，給小朋友泡泡水，娃子玩的很開心，要點贊。

PPengguna Tetamu服務：服務非常棒！是一家三口開的民宿，每一個都非常友好。是有接送站服務的，這個是我最最最喜歡的一點，因為一般出了站就是找公共交通或者打車，但是都要看各種路線還要等待，就可能會要上點心，但是有接送站就無腦打電話等安排了，非常喜歡🥰！這裏還提供多種多樣的早餐，非常豐富了。環境：是在一個村莊裡麪的自建房，但是裝修很不錯，位置很寬敞。衞生：衞生很不錯。設施：設施都蠻齊全的。有洗衣房和曬衣服的地方。老闆也可以幫忙租電動車或者小汽車，真的很友好。如果下次再來平潭，還選這家！！！

KKelvin OeySpace Pod Capsule (white UFO shaped) rooms are not available. I was clickbaited with the picture shown on Trip.com app. The check-in counter said that the capsule room we booked isn’t ready yet, so they gave us an upgraded room, which is turned out as a normal square (apartment vibe) boring room. (Check my pictures) Boo-yah! When i explore the area, i found the space pod capsules in a restricted area & don't think they're operating them anymore (just as the glass slides). Stand-outs: + the Receptionist & concierge are very friendly & english spoken! + the Hotsprings are tremendous, 50 ponds in total of outdoor & indoor ponds. (consider to start visiting by the time it’s opened which is from 2:30 PM until sunset around 6PM). Then continue to dine at the restaurant afterwards. We took ab 4,5hours to finish all the 50 ponds lol. This is like a (man-made not natural) Hotspring Wonderland! + kids-friendly which is smoke free & we required to wear swimsuit (unlike japanese onsen which req us to be totally naked).

朔朔宇Location just next to airport and the owner provides free transportation from and to airport and he’s very polite and nice person. Although is far from town but no worries about food you can order from menu and they deliver to your room even in midnight. Thanks to the hotel owner. Cheers

ZzhangI’ve been stay there for three times for our family vacation this time,we like their services , location, and luxury. we been check in and out for 3 times , at first time everything were super impressive, so we decided to booked with them again a week after, 2nd time they gave us a smoked room with very bad smell of cigarettes, so tthey upgraded room to 5th floor which is stunning, so we decided to reserved again with their hotel again , this time really makes me aware, me and my husband been bites by some kind of bugs or mosquito,at room 3341 first and second night, and talked to reception staffs, and they change our room . They also give us an ointment to help with , but 3 days later we still in very itchy redness condition. It’s really nice hotel , but just be aware of the room 3341.

JJohnTingBooked 3 rooms for 2 nights stay. Rooms were clean with modern amenities. Bedsheets used were white in colour like normal hotels. Towels were disposable type. Overseas guests be warned that you need to get in touch with the rooms owner. Luckily for us we had Wechat. Our air transfer driver did assisted us by calling the owner on his phone. That was because your room number and at which floor with the door security key numbers as well as the room door code would be send to you. Secondly, once you gained entrance to your apartment unit, you needed to go up a flight of stairs (troublesome with luggage). Each apartment unit, the owner had converted to either 2 or 3 individual rooms. Location was near a lot of eateries and we even managed to have supper around midnight at one of the eateries inside the apartment complex. Also there were a number of convenience stores that opened till late or even 24 hours. There was a metro station within 15 minutes walk. One added bonus was that there was a washing machine inside the room Concluding, the owner should have sent the doors security codes to us via Trip.com to avoid the hustle in checking in

PPengguna TetamuThe boutique hotel is located within the famed sanfangqixiang tourist area and is a refurbished olden style building. Many eateries and malls around and walkable from the train station. Breakfast is provided which allowed us to try the local style fishballs and wantons. The staff also drove a buggy to help us get our luggage from the hotel to the edge of the tourist area when we left. However because the building is so old, the floorboards within the room creaks a lot when walked on. We were there in June (summer) and there were mosquitoes in the room even though we closed the windows and doors. The mini fridge was plugged in but it didn’t seem to work. The room is also a lot smaller than how the picture shows, since the picture was taken with a wide angle lens. Overall an interesting and functional hotel for 1-2 nights stay.

PPengguna TetamuThis is the our first visit to Fuzhou. I traveled with my husband and my mum. I booked 4 different hotels for a total of 9 nights in Fuzhou. Narada is the second hotel. We stayed for two nights at the private hot spring wing. Was given free upgrade upon checking in. We were then driven to our rooms by the lovely front desk lady, Xiao Li (前台小李). She is very professional, super helpful as the moment we got out of the cab, she carried all our baggages. Throughout our trip, she is always there to answer all our questions and is very warm and personable. The next morning, we then called the front desk for the buggy to pick us up to the main hotel side for breakfast. The spread is very good with both Chinese and Western cuisine. The chefs are very nice and approachable. I want to take this chance to thank the restaurant waitress, Chen Hong (陈虹). Every morning we were greeted by her superb service. She shared with us about the culture, food and places to go in Fuzhou. She really go out of the way to make us feel welcomed. Checking out was a breeze too. We just called the front desk and leave our keys in the room and head off. We then made our way to next hotel nearer to the city centre. We were shocked by the condition as the surroundings and the exterior of the hotel looked so rundown and dirty. We then decide to go back to Narada. We were again served by Xiao Li (前台小李). The moment she saw us, she immediately came to us asking if there’s anything she can help us with. We told her about our horrific encounter at the other hotel and she helped us arrange for 2 rooms at the main hotel side. She even brought us up to see the rooms before committing the stay. We also met Chen Hong (陈虹) while waiting for the rooms, she was empathic and recommended other local places and events. We were so impressed by the rooms, the hospitality and the impeccable service by Xiao Li (前台小李) and Chen Hong (西餐厅陈虹) that we decided not to move in to the city centre and stayed here for 7 more nights before our flight back to Singapore. Big thumbs up to Narada Resort & Spa, Shoukai, Fuzhou. The people there are truly amazing. Thank you very much!

It wasn't very clear in the beginning that the Huiya hotsprings were actually within the hotel's building. The only way to reach the facility is by taxi because even if there are buses (only one line 331) they come once in a while. It was difficult to get back to the city, we had to walk to the little town and wait bus and also keep calling a didi which eventually came... The service at the reception wasn't as good as should be. They couldn't even find the reservation I made, just because it was a foreigner name. No English at all, which I can understand but even communicating in chinese wasn't that smooth. The room was average, honestly we were expecting much better quality, the TV was old and small, no movies, nothing. There was mildew in on the wall. We were expecting to go to the gym as the facility said was available on the description but no open gym, we couldn't even find it, the reception guys didn't even know where it was located. We thought we could have free or discounted access to the hot springs (considered the price of one night!!) but just a slightly lower price. The hotsprings were ok, honestly we were expecting a bit of variety of baths like with aromas or oils.. But no, just water and 2 different temperatures. Differences were in size and temperature. One bath was bigger with a stone bed to relax. No free snacks or drinks (except water but no cups in every water dispenser), even if the service book in the room said there were available. Every thing was to pay. No other meal included besides breakfast. We tried to have dinner, the menu was only in chinese and no many options available. So we had to go to the town to find food. Breakfast was the best part, very rich and complete. The only really good thing we found there. Overall relaxing days and night, but for thw price we paid we could have had a better service experience. Also for the hotsprings, I visited better and cheaper ones elsewhere. I wouldn't recommend it, I would stay to another nearby facility and come only for the hotsprings

SStephen Russell 56Great view. No problem communicating with the apartment owner but the results weren't satisfactory. As can be seen from the photos, there was a broken door latch to the outside air conditioning unit. When I reported this was letting cold air in. The answer I received was that it wouldn't be cold tonight (this is still winter). Then given the options of look for other accommodation or other room. This is 3 o'clock in the afternoon and unpacked. Checked out the other room but too much trouble to pack Ended up using a chair to keep closed. If I was given the latch and a spanner/ screwdriver, I could have replaced it in 2 minutes. It is a simple latch used on electrical/industrial panels. If you don't maintain things they turn to poo.

PPengguna TetamuThe room was very nice and clean, with a large bed below and another large bed in a loft area. Really quaint and pleasant, with friendly service. The owner (very friendly) could not speak English, but this is quite normal, just use your phone app. There was a cool kayak to paddle around on on the beach about 50m away. The beach area wasn't very attractive compared to other places on the island, but the inn is a good base to stay at to move around the island. Breakfast was free, but basic Chinese breakfast (boiled egg, friend bread, soya milk, no coffee). The inn was at the north of the island, so we had to use a 60RMB Didi each way to get to the south of the island (where all the best stuff is), taking 30 minutes. This expense added up over the stay, so bear this in mind. Overall, a lovely stay in a great room and would recommend.
