進酒店前台的小姑娘很熱情也很貼心，進了房間放了東西就出去了，晚上回房間竟然發現冰箱裏面有喝吃剩的餃子，很詫異，很讓人反感，有理由懷疑房間的冰箱洗衣機燒水壺等物品沒有打掃，沒有消毒，不然怎麼連那麼大盒剩的餃子都沒發現並且倒掉，預訂的時候看有一對一的管家，去了以後沒有任何此項服務，衹到房間出現這個問題以後才有個管家進來加了方式，而且大過年的住酒店不是為了補償也不是為了找問題，但是這種錯誤能發生並且兩個工作人員都説打掃了衞生但是這麼大盒餃子，讓人不可理解，不可能是忘記了吧，承認錯誤這麼難嗎，此外主卧的淋浴房，不知道是哪個房客推反了，現在的推門簡直是反人類，不知道平時怎麼查房的，除了這些。其他還是不錯的……

酒店整體綠化不錯，前台服務也好，小姑娘又熱情又親切，還給我們介紹了周邊好玩好吃的地方，房間衞生乾淨，入住很滿意
