We had a wonderful stay at Qingdao Litian! The hotel is perfect for families with kids, offering a welcoming and safe environment that made our trip truly enjoyable. The staff were incredibly friendly and always ready to help with any requests, making us feel right at home. They went out of their way to ensure we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Highly recommend Qingdao Litian for families looking for a kid-friendly and supportive hotel experience. We’ll definitely be back!

This is a mixed review for me. On one hand, we paid for a Seaview that had a building blocking 80% of our view. When we asked to change rooms, they gave us a run around and told us to deal with it. We contacted ctrip, and quickly got a room with a better view. From that point they were pretty kind and courteous. Afterwards, we went to the Hawaiian BBQ restaurant that is affiliated with the hotel. We could only stay there an hour as they were closing. My girlfriend and I had one beer apiece, along with two plates of cold kebabs as they didn’t want to heat anything else. We would have eaten more, but there was no food. When the bill came, it was 572. That was surprising to say the least. Throughout the days to come, we realize that all of the restaurants were quite expensive. So when we looked at their room service selection, we were happy as it appeared to be less expensive. Each meal, we bought no more than 300 worth. And we only ate four times while we were there. The bill came out to 4300. I don’t know where their additional expenses came from. The hotel offered quite a few amenities, but we were busy exploring the city. Please not they have very slow room service. However, besides our initial interaction, all of the staff were kind and warm, It is therefore that I say that it was a mixed review. And I hope that this helps someone when deciding to stay.

This is not your top five-star hotel, if that's what you're after. I've seen much better ones. BUT, I somehow had the best swimming beach vacation since 1975 at this hotel. Problems: 1) worn-out towels: 2) no clothing cupboard; 3) no bathrobes; 4) smallish room size; 5) noone speaks English at the check-in desk 6) no in-room safe. Havingg said that, I REALLY enjoyed a simple swimming beach vacation at this holiday. They clean up my room when I asked them to; They don't bother you when you're there; they're friendly when you check in or out. And there's a common refrigerator at the check-in desk if you really need to have your food to be preserded for a couple of days. One problem: DIDi cars have a hard time accessing you: the road outside the Hoel is pretty much heavily-used, so get ready to facing difficulties when getting to your DIDI ride... Overall, a very positive outlook. Will definitely come again Positives: 1) Great Location. Right on the Bathing Beach 1; 2) Helpful Destk Sfuff; 3) Located In the best Qingdao historical area of Badaguan; 4) near the best Qingdao sea food restaurants; 5) you'll get the best of the sun and ocean vacation overall. 開始出了點小插曲，但是很快給解決了，還給升了房，送了下午茶。房間很大，設施完備，衞生總體不錯，美景無敵，可以房間看日出。服務很到位，專屬服務高小姐真的很不錯。早餐在12樓，種類適中，味道不錯，可惜冬天去沒有晚餐了。位置的話略偏，不過棧橋啊，中山路啊，我走着也過去了，離青島站很近，要不是帶的箱子太重，可以步行過去的，下次去還會住。 建議定期擦一下外窗，外窗真的都是印子，對不起這美景

特別讚的一次入住體驗，首先酒店裝修很現代，智能化程度高，不需要房卡，電梯，房間，就餐都衹需要打卡即可，其次房間很乾凈，空間大，環境也好，有入住甜點，嶗山可樂和牛奶，房間還有咖啡機和茶台，咖啡就有兩種，茶有三種。洗浴用品是高雅的茶香味，房間內電視，燈光，窗簾都可以用小度控制。攜程和酒店還特意為我協調了我需要的房間，下面有拍攝，房間風景也很贊，我住的房間可以看到體育場，湖和山，早上在房間晨練，打開窗簾，風景就映入眼簾。我住了兩天，房間服務小哥幫我疊好擺亂的衣服，多留了幾瓶水，還寫下了温馨的字條，全程體驗都很棒，最後酒店前台還贈送了雲上海天的體驗票，服務體驗棒極了！

Well the hotel itself no bad, a bit outside though, just something annoying is the cleaning woman ignores the „Do not disturb“ sign outside and continuously knock on the door like there’s something gonna happen. Besides it’s quiet hotel.

Overall a pretty good hotel. I can recommend this place if you are traveling on business and need to stay somewhere for a couple of days. However, there is almost nothing nearby. The lack of malls was especially disappointing. The hotel staff is very responsive and always ready to help you. The hotel restaurant has quite tasty food. I especially liked the selection of food for breakfast.

Overall it’s a nice hotel. The room was clean, beds were cozy and it was not noisy. It is literally 100 meters far from the subway station so it’s easy to move around. A bit far from the beach, the closest beach (Golden beach) were one can swim is 30 min by car. Breakfast is Chinese style and affordable, 15 yuan per person.
