Hotel dengan Balkoni di Shangrao

The location of this hotel is good as it is within the valley scenic area. the room that we booked was nice and clean with a good view. It was also near the food street and the main activity area. The valley was quite scenic (esp.night time when the whole vallley is lighted up), and the experience in the valley was good with many food stalls and cultural performances. The buffet breakfast spread was very good. Note that there is no laundry service. However, the hotel service needs improvement. When we arrived, the taxi was not allowed to drive to the hobby lobby, and we need to drag our luggage to the hotel reception from the entrance of the scenic area although it's not a long distance. My room was quite far from the hotel reception (10 min walk with many steps) , there was a hotel staff to guide us there. He was kind enough to help my wife with her luggage, but I can see that it was not a default service for them to help with the luggage as it was not mentioned by the reception to call them to help when checking out. The reception did not offer us the map of the whole vallley and make recommendations of what to do. We were a bit lost after we checked in to the room and had to walk up to the reception to get the map. Check out time was 12pm. But after breakfast, we came back to the room and found that we couldn't access the room with our card. We called the front desk, and they couldn't unlock it via the system and had to get a staf member to come to our room. Good thing that I bought the local SIM card and am able to call the front desk . If not, I will have to walk up to the reception to get this sorted out, and I had a train to catch! After checking out, I requested reception to call a taxi for us. To our surprise , she replied that they don't do that for guests. She asked us to call the car hailing service ourselves even after i told her we are not local and not familiar with the didi app. After repeated requests, she eventually helped us call a car. I'm not sure why she didn't offer assistance from the beginning. The experience would be better if the hotel could look into improving the areas that i have brought up.

The bedroom is clean, beautifully decorated, and has usable space. The owner is friendly. Very kind and helpful to tourists. There is a pick-up and drop-off service at Wangxiangu when returning from sightseeing. There is a welcome fruit basket. And the taste is very delicious. Before checking out, they were still given fruit and drinking water. Everyone here is very nice and friendly. It's like staying with family. I highly recommend it. We were tired the next morning after visiting Wangxiangu the night before. The owner seemed concerned and took the initiative to text me in the afternoon asking why he did not see us going out.

I love yo stay in this place because from the moment I came the owner was very nice and gave me the whole information about places to visit, cost and best advices to have a better information from the place. The hotel is clean, safe and they also have a great coiffed shop highly recommend. If I go back to this place I will definitely go back to this place again ! ❤️

一路遊玩，這家民宿是體驗感最好的一家民宿了，民宿裝修別緻，氛圍很好，讓人感覺很舒服。房間簡潔明亮，衞生非常乾淨，床品也很舒服。民宿是新開業的，設施很新，全部都是智能化的，使用起來很方便。民宿樓頂有一個超級大的露台花園，花花草草很漂亮，還可以觀賞遠處的山景和村莊，一家人在樓頂曬曬太陽，老闆還給我們準備了零食和蜂蜜水，超級熱情。這民宿真的值了，特別誇獎老闆娘的熱情服務。體驗很好，下次有機會再相遇，還會選這家民宿。

如果你對住宿有要求，這間民宿絕對不會讓你失望。整個江西的行程從景德鎮、婺源到望仙谷，這間民宿最滿意，圓滿了我的行程。 位於半山上，清幽安靜，景色極好。躺在床上可以看日出。距離望仙谷很近，車程15分鐘 裝修簡潔大方，極度整潔。該有的都有了，兩邊落地窗再加一個大陽台，陽光滿滿。午後坐在陽台喝茶遠眺山景是一種享受。 浴室極大，浴具與電動馬桶都是Kohler的。説明老闆非常注重品質。 民宿老闆非常友善好客，親自開車接送到景點。 民宿阿姨煮菜非常非常好吃😋 就算不外出，躺在民宿一天也是一種享受。 對住宿非常挑剔的我，對這個民宿也無可挑剔，硬件軟件俱全。堪稱五星級酒店的享受，極度推薦。

我們是下午到的望仙谷，然後打電話讓老闆來接，想着把行李放酒店在下來玩，老闆説他先把我們行李拉回酒店放在房間裏，還省得我們多跑一趟了，我們就在景區玩着，玩到晚上快九點了，老闆又來景區接我們回酒店，非常的熱情，第二天又送我們到可以坐車去高鐵站的地方，總之非常的熱情[玫瑰][玫瑰]，民宿環境也是很清新那種，和圖片比起來有過之而無不及，實際環境也是非常不錯，很推薦，毛巾那些都是一次性的用着很安心，總之是一個非常推薦住的民宿，忘記拍房間圖片了哈哈哈[笑臉]

The place was lovely and quite comfortable for 4 friends in the same room. The workers were so kind and the bar next to the hotel (of the same property) was great!

We had a great stay at the Wangxian Courtyard. The location is excellent, close to the Wangxian valley scenic area and very quiet. The owner, Mr. Yu is warm hearted, very helpful and resourceful. The service is great. We could walk to the Wangxian Valley, but he drove us to the scenic area and picked us up in the evening. Mr. Yu also booked a car service for us for our next stop. He took good care of us. We would highly recommended this place.

The guy at the front desk was super helpful. He picked me up from where the buses were. He dropped me off to the Scenic area and he arranged my car the following day back to the train station. The room was also really cute and spacious. It was clean and nice, which is really important when travelling.
