Hotel dengan Balkoni di Larnaca

Great sea-view room, nice private balcony, wonderful breakfast with lovely staff, and a beautifully kept swimming pool with an adequate supply of sunbeds. The only downside is the noise at night as the hotel is right on Athens Avenue and the Finikoudes beachfront. We suffered one night with a tuneless egotistical singer who went on at crazy volumes until 2am. Obviously not the hotel's fault, but be aware that noise can be an issue.

I'll start with the positive, beds quite comfortable and clean sheets every 4 days. Didn't dare look at the mattress though. Plenty of hot water. Location was great. Very disappointed with everything else. On arrival I complained about the room and was told I had booked an economy studio room! Absolutely nowhere on my booking confirmation did it mention economy, I showed the reception staff my booking confirmation but they insisted I had booked economy and there was nothing they could do as they were fully booked. We had booked 11 nights and we know of 2 rooms on our floor that we're not occupied so not quite the truth. My other complaint was about cleanliness especially the floor, we were told by reception that they would arrange for it to be cleaned but it wasn't for the whole time we were there! We had a couple of cockroachs and found mouse droppings. Facilities:- bathroom lacking in storage just one tiny shelf over the sink and although plenty of hot water the over the bath shower was old with a narrow spray and the shower screen did not seal properly so a big puddle on the floor after every shower. Very,very basic kitchen facilities, thank goodness we didn't want to cook. There was a brand new kettle and toaster though. The kitchen cupboards were extremely tatty and in definate need of refurbishment. We always book a balcony as it's important to us but what we got was a metre square space! In nobodies world could this be called a balcony!! Just enough room for the 2 very tatty old plastic chairs which we did not use as it was so unpleasant and filthy dirty. There wasn't even enough room to put up the airer completely. There is a note on the door regarding the room key which is very harsh and unfriendly which I think says alot about how they feel about their guests. The public spaces are lovely, very well decorated, styled and very clean it's a shame they cannot have the same standards and pride in the rooms.

The perfect hotel for the religious Jew. The amenities were basic, but the service was very good and the location is right next to the chabad and they have minyans every day. Also there is a very helpful tour office down the block where you can rent bikes and also get guided tours. All in all, I had a very good experience at this hotel.

Останавливался на 3 дня в отеле, по приезду в отель меня поселили в номер без вида на город, хотя я оплачивал именно такой номер. Менеджер сказал, что других номеров нет, только люкс с джакуззи за который нужно доплачивать, что освободятся номера только через 2 дня. На следующий день был другой менеджер, который меня переселил в номер с видом, и было большое количество людей, кто выехал из отеля. Потом было продолжение истории, о которой не буду рассказывать. Поставлю минус главному менеджеру за негибкость и неклиентоориентированность. Еще минус 0,5 балла за завтрак: каждый день всё одно и тоже, за 3 дня однообразная еда надоела. Нет переходников на розетки, их нужно самостоятельно покупать. По стоимости этот отель с завтраком стоил как отель mercury larnaca beach resort без завтрака. Лучше 4*, чем такой сервис здесь. На 3* не тянет.

This hotel has superb reviews. It is a very good hotel, but not without a few flaws Firstly the positives: 1 it is in a great location (notwithstanding the ugly outlook from lower floors over a car park and graffiti buildings) 2 the rooms are very nice 3 the breakfast was excellent 4 nice bar area with a lovely courtyard But I couldn’t give this hotel a 5 rating for number of flaws , albeit non individually significant: 1 out check in experience was not good at all. We had booed through an agent and booked a non-cancellable rate where we had to pay upfront. When we arrived, the lady at reception asked us for our ‘voucher’. We didn’t have a voucher, simply an email confirming our booking. The receptionist then asked that we needed to prove we had paid to avoid being charged twice. We spent 20-25 minutes at reception having to log on to all our email accounts trying to find evidence of payment, and then had to download credit card statements from 8 months ago to prove payment. The hotel must have known we had paid and it wasn’t a great start 2 at check in, the lady at reception advised that ‘every sunbed around the pool has a buzzer, and you use this to call service for drinks etc.’ When we go to the pool, across 16 beds there were in fact 2 buzzers so you had to go up to other peoples beds to borrow a buzzer. Why not just put one on the bar ? 3 the pool wasn’t that clean and had a distinct line of grime around the water line A few other niggles as well , so no way I could rate this 5 stars

Останавливались на одну ночь. Вход в отель не так-то просто найти, вообще ничем не выделяется. Ресепшн небольшой. Несколько этажей, есть лифты. Отель рядом с набережной. Номер большой, с маленькой кухней-гостиной и небольшим балконом, который смотрит прямо в окна соседнего отеля. Удобный матрас. Есть всё необходимое

To be honest for the price we paid for it was one of the best hotels under 100$.. very nice and clean.. breakfast it was perfect .. as well what got our attention and impressed us is that in the room there was one use toothbrush with toothpaste and shaving set plus some extras for each guest that you don't find even in a 5 stars hotel that you pay over 500$ per night.. and thats in cheapest room plus has ropes and slippers.. there is no pool facility but u cant have it all trust me..

What a lovely place to stay. The room was spotless and completely sound proof! Ok, you don't get a sea view, but a short walk and you're there. The breakfast was superb with plenty to offer. The bathroom was a delight including a corner bubble bath! All the staff were friendly and helpful. I'd stay there again.

The room was clean and well outfitted. The bathrooms recently renovated and had all necessary amenities. The breakfast was outstanding! Freshly made spresso coffee - latte, capucino, whatever you prefer - and wonderful full breakfast with home-made hummus, olives and olive oil from the farm of a family member of the waiter & cook - nice juices. It is also located 5 minutes from the city center and the sea. Great hotel at a great price.

The property is very conveniently located, close to shops, restaurant and a 2-minute walk to the beach as well as the bus station, both the local buses and the intercity buses. Our apartment (Gaugain) was quite small but had everything we needed (kitchenette, hair dryer, iron and ironing board, complimentary bottles of water etc.); the only downside is it was a little noisy, because of the air cons behind the block and a terrace that played loud music until late in the night. Nevertheless, we enjoyed the roof-top terrace where we had breakfast which was really nice, with lots of fresh fruit and a great selection of pastry and vegetarian dishes. The staff was very kind and helpful, offering useful information and advice. Would definitely stay again and also recommend.
