Confirmation with Best Western plus Larco, Pontou Street was made months before my arrival requested to put me in room opposite my friend's apartment. When I arrived the receptionist literally told me they are over booked i must go stay in a hotel 5min away for one night and I they will offer me lunch or dinner, like half board. I wanted to experience Larnaca eat in different restaurants everday Luckily I was with a friend who is a local, she immediately said No because the hotel for transfer was terrible, tried another and she said No terrible as well. Eventually I was booked in another hotel for one night called Leonardo Boutique Hotel, George checked me in, he was fantastic. I will stay here next time because location is great and hotel is very clean. My evening with friends was ruined, even the person driving to the new hotel wasn't happy. What upset me the most about Best Western plus Larco was being ordered to go stay in a different hotel without apology. The first thing to say is to apologies and explain the situation. Even the next day when I came back to check in, the lady at reception was so defensive agressive speach, she just said they are just receptionist they don't make decisions then I told her she never apologised and then she replied oh im sorry. That already spoilt my stay. I thought your employer gave you the job and you must take responsibility, sometimes by just apologising, you are the first point of contact and depending on how you speak can make a difference to someone's stay. It was my first time to stay with Best Western and I dont wish to stay with them again.

Great sea-view room, nice private balcony, wonderful breakfast with lovely staff, and a beautifully kept swimming pool with an adequate supply of sunbeds. The only downside is the noise at night as the hotel is right on Athens Avenue and the Finikoudes beachfront. We suffered one night with a tuneless egotistical singer who went on at crazy volumes until 2am. Obviously not the hotel's fault, but be aware that noise can be an issue.

After visiting another hotel of this group, I was extremely curious to come to The Ciao Stelio; however, I was disillusioned after seeing some reviews. Despite my doubts, I decided to go and was glad of my decision. From the first email, I got prompt and kind assistance regarding everything I was interested in (special thanks to Alexandros, Dimitris, and Stella for that), my additional requests have also been kindly noted (and satisfied at the end). Guys, thank you very much, you are amazing! Thanks to Anna, the check-in procedure was smooth and fast, and of course, I also annoyed her with tons of questions because I was so curious about everything around me. After coming to my spacious and lovely room, I forgot the fact that I’d ordered sparkling wine in the room and completely forgot about payment, was ready to come back to the reception but my thoughts were interrupted by the knock and when I opened the door I saw a smiling man who was welcoming me and telling that he was honored to deliver my complementary wine 😊 Nicos, you are top! A handsome man filling up the glass of champagne in my room – a better welcome is hard to imagine)))) Your service at Gambino Bar later for the dinner was so speedy and professional – thanks for making my evening, really. Adored Gambino bar for yummy-yummy food – quality is on the level (please make portions a bit bigger), will definitely come there again for a drink/snack. The only disappointing moment I had is due to the early working shift and the need to come back to Pafos I haven’t had a chance to appreciate the taste of breakfast but this issue can be easily sorted by the next visit. Thanks to all The Ciao Stelio Team for making my short stay so remarkable and relaxing!

To be honest for the price we paid for it was one of the best hotels under 100$.. very nice and clean.. breakfast it was perfect .. as well what got our attention and impressed us is that in the room there was one use toothbrush with toothpaste and shaving set plus some extras for each guest that you don't find even in a 5 stars hotel that you pay over 500$ per night.. and thats in cheapest room plus has ropes and slippers.. there is no pool facility but u cant have it all trust me..

The hotel is very clean and has friendly and helpful staff. The beach is directly in front of the hotel and has sea views from the rooms. There are local amenities right outside the hotel, from a kiosk to a pub with fresh food. The hotel is definitely worth the price and would highly recommend visiting it. Was a lovely stay with a beautiful atmosphere.

Brilliant hotel. Very unique decor (urban graffiti) mixed with modern aesthetic. Nice big rooms, nice balcony and 10 minute walk from the beach. Breakfast was included (good mix of hot and cold food, pastries, was sometimes a little cold) nice staff and even had one of the guys make me a pizza when I arrived late and he was about to finish his shift.

До пляжа идти буквально четыре минуты, поблизости находится большое количество кафе, кондитерских и различных магазинов. В стоимость входит и качественная уборка раз в три - четыре дня. В отеле есть и стиральные машины на первом этаже. От души рекомендую этот апарт-отель.

We stayed in the suite room, it was great, big and clean. We came to the hotel at 10 am and the room wasn't ready so we could keep our luggage in the luggage room. We came back again around 4 pm to check in and we got one card for the room although there were two of us. The staff was kind to give us an adapter, but when we asked for coffee capsules (which weren't at all) the guy came to our room with a coffee machine, and we showed him what we meant, then he came again and gave us milk capsules. We felt uncomfortable so we didn't ask again. The breakfast was fine, although some things were dry and not as good as we thought. We didn't use the pool because of the weather but it was small. We loved that the hotel is saving electricity. The hotel also has a connected kiosk that sells Sim cards and other essentials. The hotel is located in a central area and is safe at night. Overall we had a great time.

I was asked by the manager of the hotel to give a positive review, I advised him I would give an honest review. So here it is. This hotel has unfortunately a significant cockroach problem. I'm surprised health inspectors have not forced a closure until this is sorted. I had cockroaches on my bed and trying to get into my suitcase. When I told management about this problem they said the cockroaches were flying in from the balcony. So they are aware of the problem and lying about it because it was very clear that the issue is within the hotel and that it's due to lack of hygiene, maintenance and care. During my one week stay my room was not cleaned, only the rubbish was emptied, it is no wonder the pest issue exists with such practices. Such a shame as the hotel is in a good location and could be a good 'cheap' place to stay, but cheap should never equal dirty or a health hazard. Find another place to stay in Larnaca.

This was the third time we stayed at this hotel and we liked it as much as before. We like the location, in the very center, and 150 meters from the lovely beach. Surrounded by restaurants, shops and bars. Very close to the airport bus and other transportation, for example bus to Nicosia. The breakfast room is on the top floor with a good view, and on the rooftop a terrace with pool and sun beds. It’s a very nice and friendly place to stay and we wish to come back

A hotel with a very good location, the price-value ratio is perfect. Breakfast was very varied and delicious. Daily cleaning was fine. The prepared toiletry items satisfy all needs, you really only need to bring your personal belongings here, so it is also a perfect accommodation for backpackers. There is no extra charge for a safe, which is very positive. The air conditioning works very well and the Wifi is quite strong. The view from the room on the top floor was good. The hotel is easily accessible, the bus stop and the nearest beach are a 5-minute walk away. It is possible to book a group excursion at the hotel, which was also a very good program. The staff is kind and helpful. I would gladly return to this hotel another time. I can mention only one negative, the elevator does not have a sensor that detects passengers getting in and out, so during the time I was there, the elevator door closed several times, or if I wasn't fast enough, it left before boarding.

I had some problems with my flight and i reach the hotel very late. I was surprised that Livadhiotis hotel charged only one night instead of two. And to be honest, all my previous bookings were charged even before my stay but this is the first time the amount was withdrawed during my stay! I felt very appreciated as a human! Livadhiotis hotel is a very respectful hotel: the staff are very helpful and professional. The room and the WC are so clean, the bed is confortable and the air conditioner is smart! The breakfast is perfect! You can find hot drinks and many kinds of juices, croissants, different kinds of cheese, ham, bread, jam, vegetables and fruits. You can also have an english breakfast: eggs, bacon, hot dogs... The hotel location is excellent! Near to the beach and a few steps from Lazarus church! Briefly, it is the best place to stay!

Stayed here for a week bed and breakfast just to get a bit of winter sun and see somewhere different. The location is a little out of town but good for us as it gave us the opportunity to stretch our legs and get some steps in. The rooms were clean and functional, the staff incredibly friendly and helpful and as a retreat the rooftop pool area was wonderful, sheltered from the breeze and sun all day. Breakfast was fine for what we needed, something to start the day and plan what we were going to do. There are lots of restaurants within walking distance, some further than others and some bars along the main road to town. It's a 2 star hotel and we had a lovely relaxing week here.

A perfect place to stay as very central. Stayed in room 4 for 3 weeks and it had everything needed for a long stay. Nice outside seating with sunbeds on upper veranda. Clean with regular sheet & towels changed. Great communication with the owner. Definitely recommend & would return. Might ask for room 101 as that has private balcony /seating

I had some problems with my flight and i reach the hotel very late. I was surprised that Livadhiotis hotel charged only one night instead of two. Livadhiotis hotel is a very respectful hotel: the staff are very helpful and professional. The room and the WC are so clean, the bed is confortable and the air conditioner is smart! The breakfast is perfect! You can find hot drinks and many kinds of juices, croissants, different kinds of cheese, ham, bread, jam, vegetables and fruits. You can also have an english breakfast: eggs, bacon, hot dogs... The hotel location is excellent! Near to the beach and a few steps from Lazarus church! Briefly, it is the best place to stay!

My daughter and I stayed for 5 nights. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Room was not bad , but I must say toilet was a bit on the small size. Hotel is right at the beach. Coffee shops, restaurant and shopping are right around the corner. Even the bus stop is right next to the hotel. Taxi stops too. Breakfast room was my favorite. I loved it was fresh and u could oversee the beach … would use hotel on our next visit for sure

Stayed here for a week bed and breakfast just to get a bit of winter sun and see somewhere different. The location is a little out of town but good for us as it gave us the opportunity to stretch our legs and get some steps in. The rooms were clean and functional, the staff incredibly friendly and helpful and as a retreat the rooftop pool area was wonderful, sheltered from the breeze and sun all day. Breakfast was fine for what we needed, something to start the day and plan what we were going to do. There are lots of restaurants within walking distance, some further than others and some bars along the main road to town. It's a 2 star hotel and we had a lovely relaxing week here.

I was asked by the manager of the hotel to give a positive review, I advised him I would give an honest review. So here it is. This hotel has unfortunately a significant cockroach problem. I'm surprised health inspectors have not forced a closure until this is sorted. I had cockroaches on my bed and trying to get into my suitcase. When I told management about this problem they said the cockroaches were flying in from the balcony. So they are aware of the problem and lying about it because it was very clear that the issue is within the hotel and that it's due to lack of hygiene, maintenance and care. During my one week stay my room was not cleaned, only the rubbish was emptied, it is no wonder the pest issue exists with such practices. Such a shame as the hotel is in a good location and could be a good 'cheap' place to stay, but cheap should never equal dirty or a health hazard. Find another place to stay in Larnaca.

After visiting another hotel of this group, I was extremely curious to come to The Ciao Stelio; however, I was disillusioned after seeing some reviews. Despite my doubts, I decided to go and was glad of my decision. From the first email, I got prompt and kind assistance regarding everything I was interested in (special thanks to Alexandros, Dimitris, and Stella for that), my additional requests have also been kindly noted (and satisfied at the end). Guys, thank you very much, you are amazing! Thanks to Anna, the check-in procedure was smooth and fast, and of course, I also annoyed her with tons of questions because I was so curious about everything around me. After coming to my spacious and lovely room, I forgot the fact that I’d ordered sparkling wine in the room and completely forgot about payment, was ready to come back to the reception but my thoughts were interrupted by the knock and when I opened the door I saw a smiling man who was welcoming me and telling that he was honored to deliver my complementary wine 😊 Nicos, you are top! A handsome man filling up the glass of champagne in my room – a better welcome is hard to imagine)))) Your service at Gambino Bar later for the dinner was so speedy and professional – thanks for making my evening, really. Adored Gambino bar for yummy-yummy food – quality is on the level (please make portions a bit bigger), will definitely come there again for a drink/snack. The only disappointing moment I had is due to the early working shift and the need to come back to Pafos I haven’t had a chance to appreciate the taste of breakfast but this issue can be easily sorted by the next visit. Thanks to all The Ciao Stelio Team for making my short stay so remarkable and relaxing!
