"This hotel is located in the city's commercial street, within walking distance of the beach. The service was excellent, warm, and friendly from the owner to the staff. I arrived at the hotel before 8:00 AM, and the staff quickly urged the room manager to clean a room so I could check in early, even though check-in was supposed to be at 2:00 PM. I would consider staying at this hotel again in the future."

"Small comfortable hotel behind the seafront. Room was clean, bed comfortable, the room needs a bit of refurbing, tired in places but didn't affect our stay. Breakfast was tasty, restaurant was clean and bright, andria and elsa in the restaurant were lovely, very helpful and friendly as was the lovely lady on reception. Views from the hotel are not the best because of it's location but there is nothing the hotel can do about that, but very convenient for the seafront and shops. Would stay again because of the helpful and friendly staff and location, the hotel has just been taken over by mercure Hotels, and we were told there are plans for a refurbishment of the rooms 😁"

"It is a nice enough hotel for the price. Room, nice balconies, clean enough. However a bit far/a hike from where ypu might want to be, and although close to the sea the nearest neach is not very nice. Neither any nice cafes nor any decent supermarket anywhere inside. No cooffee maker or fridge. Minus for service/amenities, or rather lack thereof. Pool open only until 7-30pm, and no pastries or food at all after breakfast ends at 9h30. Barely any coffee. All sad and stale/tired."

"I received an exceptional service during my visit. Even though I arrived early before the check-in time, I was given a room by the lady at the reception desk. She was exceptionally kind and helpful. Because the room was located on the gallery floor (M Floor), near the offices of the hotel, a gentleman from the hotel team showed me the way to the room and helped me find it quickly. The room was beautifully decorated and clean, it had a strong air-conditioning, kettle, tea, coffee and cups, a refrigerator, nice shower with 2 sets of towels, 2 shower robes, supply of tissue and toilet paper, soaps and shower gel. The room I was given had no view visible from its window, because it was situated near a wall of the nearby building - blocking the view. But the functionality of the room was perfect. The shower had a constant supply of hot water, and the water pressure was relatively good. The breakfast room was located on the 6th floor, which is the upper floor of the hotel. It includes omelettes, eggs, cheese, bacon, bean, pancakes, jams, bread, salads and pastries, along with orange juice, pineapple juice, coffee, tea and other hot beverages. The stay was a great experience. It is important to note that even though the hotel situates itself as a 3 stars hotel - I find it to actually meet the criteria of a fine 4 stars hotel. Highly recommended."

"The highlight of mine and my brother’s stay was Georgia the receptionist. After a long and tedious night due to a cancelled flight we got to the hotel far too early but she was so friendly and accommodating and helped us with everything. The room was spacious and clean, we slept very well, only tiny thing I would’ve loved would’ve been a bin in the room and shampoo as there was conditioner but those are only personal preference. We even had a mishap a few hours after checkout and the emergency number who deals with the hotel were so helpful. I would absolutely return and the price was such a steal for the space in the room! Thank you everyone, it completely turned around a very bad 12 hours :)"
