Nachdem mein gebuchtes Hotel mir 5 Minuten vor dem Check-In abgesagt hatte, habe ich spontan das ANA LIVING gebucht, und - ich war vollauf begeistert! Ein ganz wunderbares Apartment! Schön gegen in der Altstadt. ruhig, in einem sehr alten Haus, wo alles schief ist, knarzt und Charakter hat. Außergewöhnlich geschmackvoll eingerichtet, nicht nur im Apartment, sondern auch in den öffentlichen Bereichen. Das Apartment selbst - groß, komfortabel, bequemes Bett, schöne Aufteilung und sehr gut ausgestattet; und alles, was in der Küche fehlen sollte, findet man in einem Wohnzimmer-ähnlichen Raum im 2.Stock, wo man Töpfe, Pfannen, Tassen, Gläser, etc. entnehmen kann, ohne dass man sich in irgendwelche Listen eintragen muss. Sehr sympathisch! Kleines, aber schönes Bad mit guter Dusche und in einem öffentlichen Bereich Waschmaschine und Trockner. Und auch der Service war ausgezeichnet. Da ich bereits in der Stadt und in der Nähe war, gab man mir den Haustür-Code, damit ich dem Regen entfliehen konnte, bis meine Buchung übermittelt war. Und auch der Check-In verlief absolut reibungslos. Gute Beschreibung, 2 Zimmerkarten. Wenn man auf hohem Niveau meckern möchte: die Tische und Lampen am Bett waren etwas staubig, und mir hat ein besseres Schmink-Licht im Bad gefehlt, sowie ein wenig mehr Deckenlicht im Zimmer. Die Spülmaschine war defekt, aber für einen Tag fand ich das nicht so gravierend. Das WALN könnte etwas stabiler und schneller sein, was wegen des alten Gemäuers wahrscheinlich nicht möglich ist... In diesem schönen Apartment (1.Stock) mit besonders netter Atmosphäre wäre ich gerne länger geblieben ;)

Hotel non troppo grande molto accogliente. Il personale dell’albergo (anche se presente solamente durante il giorno) è molto cordiale e disponibile. Colazione a buffet molto buona e abbastanza assortita. Camera spaziosa e letti comodi. Alcuni dettagli di usura potrebbero essere sistemati semplicemente con una mano di vernice ma la pulizia è impeccabile. L'hotel ha a disposizione solo 4 parcheggi anche se nella via si trova eventualmente dove parcheggiare 'auto.

Poor communication, difficult to contact. We arrived at the hostel and there was nobody to receive us. We waited for more than 1 hour for someone to come, after sending messages through **********. About the room: we were in 4 people in the room for 2 days, and we had only ONE toilet paper, no refills. No reception, no staff, nobody to assist us, during all the time we were there. The TV in the room wasn't working, as well as the heating. The towels dryer in the bathroom was SO dirty, with old stuck dust, that I had to use one square of toilet paper (because I had to save) to TRY and clean it to put my towel to dry. I was at the kitchen preparing my dinner and some old man shout with me, out of nowhere, and turned off the lights (?) leaving only 1 light on (I have vision problems) — I think that maybe he's a manager or something. That was SO absurd and disrespectful! I mean, what the f*? Are you serious? Worst experience in hostels in all my life.

This old convent is located almost opposite the train station and is excellent choice for those arriving by public transport (less when you come by car). It is an old convent and the rooms are quite strangely divided over floors and courtyards. The rooms have all the basics and are spacious enough. As is the bed, though I only got a single sheet which was also rather small and warm. The shower is hot and the lights are okay. You need those as the windows in my room were not all too large. The hotel decoration is plain and simple. Staff is okay though they may get some hospitality-update training. Breakfast is okay, though not surprising, with sufficient choices for people with allergenic reactions. In fact this is a decent hotel to further explore Augsburg and to not spend too much time in your room.

Great ! The hotel was close to the city tram , which you can ride for free. In fact , it's only about 50 meters - you can reach it in 1- 2 min depending on traffic. You can reach the downtown area by tram in about 10 - 15 minutes. The hotel was clean and the staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The breakfast was included and quite good. Not as many choices as a large chain hotel but still good. Would definitely stay there again !

Salvo solo la posizione vicinissima al centro e la colazione (a pagamento). Camera da ristrutturare ed essenziale, impressione di poca pulizia dovuto forse alla mquette sicuramente poco igienica. Parcheggio a pagamento sotto hotel. Struttura datata, andrebbe rivista perchè ha delle potenzialità.

Breakfast is okay, though not surprising, with sufficient choices for people with allergenic reactions. In fact this is a decent hotel to further explore Augsburg and to not spend too much time in your room.
