Cari Hotel dengan Balkoni di Pozzuoli

Firstly I should start by making it clear we weren't booked in at this hotel. We were due to be at the neighbouring hotel, The Best Western, but this was closed due to 'issues with the hot water', and since this is it's 'sister hotel' the manager waited outside for our arrival and re-directed us here. The American Hotel is dated (although they seem to have renovated some of their rooms), with no pool, no tea/coffee facilities or vending machines, and worst of all, no atmosphere. The restaurant is open for breakfast (a basic range that doesn't change from day to day) and from seven pm for dinner but the food is okay at best and contains some defrosted elements, while the bar is usually closed. The place is like a ghost town, with few staff and very few other holidaymakers. The hotel's one saving grace is that they have decent free WiFi. The area in which it sits is industrial to say the least - it is one long road lined with car showrooms, workshops and engineering factories. The beach is unreachable despite claims that it is not far away, and the only places of refuge are a nightclub over the road (not open during the day, not most nights) and a 'bar' a little way down the street. The 'bar' seems okay, but is more of a cafe with food on offer, bottled beer only, and as it seems to serve the  workers of the nearby motor-related businesses it definitely doesn't scream 'holiday', and despite google saying it opens on Sundays it didn't. If you intend to break out from here be warned - the hotel doesn't organise or advertise excursions, and due to a strange cultural quirk, tickets for the local buses can only be purchased immediately before you travel from a 'tabbacheria', none of which are within reasonable walking distance of the hotel. Your options are limited to long-distance walking (assuming you have studied the route) or taxis to the nearest metro (which don't come cheap - we paid 18 euros for a 5 minute journey). If you wish to travel through to Naples expect to pay in the region of 60 euros each way. The 502 bus schedule is okay on weekdays and sketchy at weekends, and the bus stop is directly outside the Best Western Hotel but you'll still have the issue of how to purchase your ticket in the first place. Overall, a stressful experience!

Premesso che questo è stato il nostro 3° pernottamento in struttura, ciò che ci ha colpiti di più (facendo un confronto dal 2021 ad oggi) è che ogni volta troviamo delle novità in termini di crescita che ci lasciano sempre contenti di aver scelto il Puteoli. A parer nostro la differenza è decisamente palpabile, dal parcheggio sul retro che è stato implementato e reso più accessibile, la complessa rete di telecamere di sicurezza degna di nota e la continua ricerca del miglioramento attraverso progetti curati e mirati. Merita secondo noi la 4° stella. Ciò che ci fa stare bene più di qualunque altra cosa quando siamo qui è il modo in cui veniamo trattati ogni volta dallo staff, che con gentilezza e cordialità ci accoglie sempre col sorriso. Bravi tutti i receptionist, sempre disponibili e particolarmente vigili durante i turni di notte. Oggi come allora, consigliamo vivamente a tutti di prendere in considerazione questo hotel come prossimo alloggio per le vacanze. P.S.: Vorremmo dedicare un pensiero speciale a Lucia, che tutte le mattine prepara una colazione fantastica e scalda l'ambiente con la sua calorosa personalità. Se tutti gli esseri umani avessero la fortuna di essere accolti al mattino da Lucia e dalle sue colazioni, il nostro sarebbe un mondo migliore. Con tanto affetto, Alfredo e Sara

Abbiamo pernottato nella suite privè 25 febbraio Camera in sè piccolina, ma accogliente Bella la vasca idromassaggio con gioco di luci e cascata,letto comodissimo. Ho apprezzato che la vasca sia stata riempita al momento,per sgomberare il dubbio che sia stata già usata! Frigobar fornito,bottiglia di spumante con stuzzichini e calici all’arrivo in camera. Bagno bello grande, con kit cortesia ben fornito, saponette bagnoschiuma spazzolino da denti con dentifricio,oltre al set di asciugarmi standard c’erano anche due accappatoi con ciabattine da camera( non tutti gli hotel forniscono). Colazione super servita in camera,super! Cameriere ai piani gentili, (sono una vostra collega, vi stimo) Gentile il signore che ci ha accolti al check-in. Sicuramente ci ritorneremo, lo consiglio, ideale per festeggiare una ricorrenza… ( anniversario, San Valentino ecc)

Sono stata due notti in questo b&b e devo dire che mi sono trovata benissimo!!! Il gestore, Guido, è un ragazzo veramente accogliente, garbato e disponibile con i suoi ospiti. Le stanze, come tutta la struttura, sono molto pulite, curate e ordinate. La veduta dai balconi è fantastica! Lo consiglio vivamente!
