Hotel Dengan Spa di Hainan, China

The hotel was spotless clean and comfortable. The room price included lunch, afternoon tea, and late night noodles. Kids loved it. The 19th floor on the roof was a cosy little spot. The pool wasn’t working during the time we stayed but seemed nice on the top floor. Only thing is when checking in it would have been nice if they had a sheet in english explaining the time and meal/package inclusions and whether children had to pay or could enter. Only found info on inclusions from my trip.com booking page.

This hotel is clean and the rooms (at least when stayed) were nice. The cleaners are attentive with when then clean the room which is appreciated. This is not at fault of the hotel or staff, but do not expect any English language skills from the front desk. It is a nice local hotel in Haikou so just change your expectations. Note that western food options are limited in the direct vicinity but the breakfast had a lot of options.

I immensely enjoyed my stay in Central Coast Sea.View Hotel Sanya for 4 nights. Excellent breakfast hall and food selection. Excellent butler service by Levi . You can request water, towels, utensils (cutlery) from WeChat message. Also, the complimentary fruit plate was excellent . ( look for the mango mini size and passion fruit). The front desk staff ( Lila ) was very helpful in ordering food from ******* ( dumplings ) and then I simply send her money from AliPay. As of April 2025, There is a major construction ( underwater tunnel ) and there is some noise, however the noise subsided at night around 9pm. Overall, highly recommend . Excellent hotel, amazing views, amazing location, very central and amazing value compared to other 5 star hotels in Sanya Hainan area. No doubt, I would recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Sanya.

A perfect trip to Sanya must be given a full five-star review by Pullman Sanya Bay! The hotel is in an excellent location, right in the center of Sanya Bay, with convenient transportation. The overall design combines Chinese and Southeast Asian styles. It features a tropical garden, a huge swimming pool and a private beach, every corner exuding a vacation atmosphere. The room has a wide sea view and is fully equipped, making it extremely comfortable to stay in. Special praise for the butler, Xiao Yang! Warm and cheerful, with considerate service, she took the initiative to plan our itinerary, recommend delicious food for us, and even prepared a little surprise with great care. Any questions are replied to immediately. No matter how big or small the matter is, everything is arranged without any problem. It's really like being as considerate as a friend. It's such a plus! The price is very reasonable. The facilities, environment and service are all top-notch. The cost performance is definitely among the best in Sanya Bay. Highly recommended!

重點：指望旅程中途在這裏洗衣服，是完全失望，還浪費時間。 1.洗衣房衹有兩台洗衣機，左邊那台顯示的剩餘時間根本不準，比預計的時間長多了，光是洗衣機洗滌本身就花了八十分鐘左右，一直折騰到凌晨一點，最後拿出來的衣服還沒有甩幹，啊啊啊啊啊啊啊，氣死我了。 2.洗手枱堵水，浴室地漏堵水。 3.桌子旁邊的插座居然容易鬆動從而斷電，一開始插上以為開始充電了，結果充了一夜，第二天早上起來發現根本沒充滿，浪費時間。啊啊啊啊啊啊啊。 4.整體感覺，酒店就跟前台裝修風格一樣老朽不堪。 優點：有大陽台，窗外風景不錯，

We stayed in the family theme room and were very impressed! It was spacious, with one king-size bed and a super single bed—almost 130cm wide, which comfortably fit our family of two adults and two children. The location is also very convenient, close to several shopping plazas and restaurants. The hotel provides a free self-service laundry room, but you’ll need to collect a voucher from the front desk first. Overall, it was a great experience. Check-in and check-out were smooth. Special thanks to the front desk staff, 小进, who kindly arranged a late check-out for us and even reminded us about an item we had left behind. Much appreciated!

Our stay at JW Marriott turned out to be a truly unforgettable and deeply touching experience. During our stay, it happened to be our baby’s second birthday. Sharry prepared a birthday surprise for us that went far beyond anything we expected. It was not just a simple room decoration, but a genuine celebration of a child’s growth, done with real care and heart. The room was beautifully decorated, but what moved me the most was this: almost all hotel staff personally wrote handwritten birthday wishes for our baby, folded each note into a heart, and placed them together in a glass bottle. Seeing that bottle filled with so many handwritten messages from different people was incredibly touching. It wasn’t just five-star service — it was warmth, sincerity, and human connection. What made this experience even more special was that Sharry learned we had stayed at JW Marriott Khao Lak, Thailand, in October last year, and that our wonderful experience there was the reason we chose the JW Marriott brand again. After hearing this, she went the extra mile and coordinated with the team in Thailand to record a birthday greeting video for our daughter. Receiving birthday wishes months later from familiar faces we had met before, from another country, was incredibly emotional and meaningful for us. It truly showed a level of care and connection that is very rare. The hotel also prepared a birthday cake for our baby, and the next day surprised us again with a lovely animal-themed cake. The care didn’t stop at one moment; it continued throughout our stay. In addition, our room was upgraded, and during the entire stay, Sharry checked in with us daily about our experience, always attentive but never intrusive. This kind of thoughtful, genuine service made us feel truly valued and well taken care of. Objective feedback: • The sound insulation of the room door is not very strong, and corridor noise can be noticeable • Breakfast is average, without many highlights • It would be great if the breakfast area could include clear allergen labeling, which would be very helpful for guests with food allergies • The hotel feels more business-oriented and mature in style, and the overall resort atmosphere is not particularly strong Overall, this is a hotel with solid facilities and exceptionally warm, thoughtful service. The sincere, unrequested, and carefully executed details made this stay truly special and memorable.

We had a wonderful two-night stay at this hotel and truly enjoyed our experience. The room was comfortable, clean, and well-maintained, making it easy to relax during our visit. The overall atmosphere was welcoming, and everything was well organized. A special thank you to Annie, who was incredibly helpful throughout our stay. Good afternoon, everyone! A hotel for those who like to travel without being tied to a hotel. Excellent buffet: dumplings, sausage and cold cuts, seasonal fruits, natural coffee and Chinese food. Attentive staff. I especially want to note Wendy's respectful and attentive attitude at the reception: they raised the room level, advise on household issues. An electronic translator is recommended for better communication. The rooms are cleaned daily. This hotel is suitable for travelers to the sights of Hainan Island.
