I had a wonderful stay here! The hotel is very quiet, spacious and elegant. The room was immaculate and the WiFi was very fast and efficient. I was able to carry out all my work meetings without any interruptions. The hotel is only 15/20 min away by taxi from the beach so the location is very convenient. Do not expect the pool to be for relaxation. It is quiet small and purely decorative, but perfect for taking nice pictures!

Location: - The homestay is strategically located, close to Haikou East train station and Meilan International Airport, a lot of restaurants and mini markets nearby. Cleanliness:- The homestay is clean and tidy, but smelly as people smoke in the hotel room and lobby. Service:- The reception is very patient and friendly. Facilities:- The hotel room we booked is located at 7th floor which has no direct access from lobby lift, the lift only access to 6th floor and required us to take stairs in order to reach our floor, relatively inconvenient. Furthermore, the hotel lobby is very stuffy and strong smoke smell. In overall, the accommodation is value for money, and is a good choice for a night stay, but will consider for a better one.

A comfortable and beautiful hotel room, very spacious, more like a studio apartment. The views from the balcony bath were stunning. Bed and pillows were quite comfortable. Good natural lighting, and plenty of lights through the room. The pools were great, included towels and floaties to use. The gym was well equipped. Everything was very clean. Breakfast selection was extensive and tasty. Staff were friendly. We appreciated the complimentary fruit basket, and being placed on a higher floor to reduce the current construction noise. The construction noise was noticeable even on the 19th floor, however we would stay again anyway - the reasonable price of the room seemed to reflect this current noise matter. Good location, and we enjoyed the walking path along the water.

A perfect trip to Sanya must be given a full five-star review by Pullman Sanya Bay! The hotel is in an excellent location, right in the center of Sanya Bay, with convenient transportation. The overall design combines Chinese and Southeast Asian styles. It features a tropical garden, a huge swimming pool and a private beach, every corner exuding a vacation atmosphere. The room has a wide sea view and is fully equipped, making it extremely comfortable to stay in. Special praise for the butler, Xiao Yang! Warm and cheerful, with considerate service, she took the initiative to plan our itinerary, recommend delicious food for us, and even prepared a little surprise with great care. Any questions are replied to immediately. No matter how big or small the matter is, everything is arranged without any problem. It's really like being as considerate as a friend. It's such a plus! The price is very reasonable. The facilities, environment and service are all top-notch. The cost performance is definitely among the best in Sanya Bay. Highly recommended!

重點：指望旅程中途在這裏洗衣服，是完全失望，還浪費時間。 1.洗衣房衹有兩台洗衣機，左邊那台顯示的剩餘時間根本不準，比預計的時間長多了，光是洗衣機洗滌本身就花了八十分鐘左右，一直折騰到凌晨一點，最後拿出來的衣服還沒有甩幹，啊啊啊啊啊啊啊，氣死我了。 2.洗手枱堵水，浴室地漏堵水。 3.桌子旁邊的插座居然容易鬆動從而斷電，一開始插上以為開始充電了，結果充了一夜，第二天早上起來發現根本沒充滿，浪費時間。啊啊啊啊啊啊啊。 4.整體感覺，酒店就跟前台裝修風格一樣老朽不堪。 優點：有大陽台，窗外風景不錯，

We stayed in the family theme room and were very impressed! It was spacious, with one king-size bed and a super single bed—almost 130cm wide, which comfortably fit our family of two adults and two children. The location is also very convenient, close to several shopping plazas and restaurants. The hotel provides a free self-service laundry room, but you’ll need to collect a voucher from the front desk first. Overall, it was a great experience. Check-in and check-out were smooth. Special thanks to the front desk staff, 小进, who kindly arranged a late check-out for us and even reminded us about an item we had left behind. Much appreciated!

Stayed here for 3 nights. The rooms are modern and well equipped, there are Type C charging ports which is very convenient. There’s also a minibar with a few drinks included, and the bathroom has both a shower and a bathtub. A funny detail - I was greeted by a small lizard at the entrance of the room, which honestly made the stay more memorable in a good way. On the downside, the room felt a bit worn out. The air conditioning was set to auto at night, and every time it kicked in the fan made a very loud noise that kept waking me up. Also after taking a shower, the water drained very slowly. When I went to bed, I could hear water dripping into the drain for almost two hours. The sound was quite loud, like water dropping into a deep well. Navigation inside the hotel is not very intuitive. It took some time to figure out the elevators and the shortest routes to get around. There is no proper beach directly at the hotel, only rocks. To reach a swimmable beach you need to walk about 500 meters along the coastline.

Wow wow wow! Absolutely AMAZING! I came to the Intercontinental after a few nights in other hotels in Sanya, nothing compares. The location is perfect, close enough to everything you want to see, right on the beach (there is a pathway from the hotel to a public beach- no beach beds but didn't bother me), the scenery is just stunning. The highlight for me was the different pools and comfortable sitting options, all have beach beds with a very relaxed and quiet atmosphere and there is even a heated outdoor pool so for the cooler days you can still swim outside. The hotel also offers a variety of restaurants, great options even for picky eaters and an amazing breakfast. The staff are very attentive and professional and would do everything to make you feel at home. Especially I’d like to mention July小张, who went above and beyond to make my stay great, and helped with every little detail🤗. I highly recommend and would definitely love to come back.

Good afternoon, everyone! A hotel for those who like to travel without being tied to a hotel. Excellent buffet: dumplings, sausage and cold cuts, seasonal fruits, natural coffee and Chinese food. Attentive staff. I especially want to note Wendy's respectful and attentive attitude at the reception: they raised the room level, advise on household issues. An electronic translator is recommended for better communication. The rooms are cleaned daily. This hotel is suitable for travelers to the sights of Hainan Island.
