Hotel Dengan Spa di Tierra Del Fuego, Argentina

I hate leaving bad reviews; travelling here from the US was a long and exhausting process. I arrived at 07:30, way ahead of check in, and didn't expect a room, but maybe a place where I could sit and have coffee. Gentlemen at the desk said coffee was part of breakfast buffet, that I needed to wait until I was checked in for the next day. Really? I couldn't have coffee even though I was booked here two nights? Wow. I got checked in at 1, which was fine, but the room was uncomfortably warm. I found the thermostat and turned the heat to cool. Tried to nap (up all night traveling here), but it was too warm. And, I heard people talking like they were in my room. They were in an adjacent room - talking in normal voices - no sound barrier at all! I set the air to the coldest setting and left, returned a couple of hours later and the room was hot. I called the front desk and was told no air conditioning and to open a window. Loud construction and traffic - and the neighbors talking = no sleep again. Day 2, repeat. New neighbors talking, room still hot, loud noises out the window. The hotel also offers free WiFi, but it was slow and intermittent at best. Just terrible. I thought I would give them a pass on that since we were at the ”end of the world,” but found the restaurants I ate at had good WiFi. Asides: no water or coffee available except until 10:00. The bigger issue was water, as the guides I read claimed ”tap water in Ushuaia is not potable.” I've traveled to Africa (several times), Borneo, Thailand, Norway, S Korea, Costa Rica - every place I've stayed provided water, and most had coffee or other beverages available throughout the day as complimentary. To be fair, they provided bottled water in the rooms - but in the mini bar for a price. And breakfast? The breakfast plates they provide are the size of coffee saucers! And the first thing they took away from the breakfast bar was the coffee pot!! So - not impressed. I would not stay here again.

We stayed here for 1 night before an Antarctic cruise. Ushuaia is very small so you can walk to anywhere. The hotel is opposite the port so very handy for this. There is also a taxi rank across the road and we got a taxi to the End of the World train and had a nice ride on there. Would recommend the hotel for a short break.

説是很多年前應該是當時烏斯懷亞最好的酒店。先説下早飯，非常好！！個人感覺應該是旅途中住的酒店裡早飯種類最豐富的一個了。房間超級大，窗外景很好，定的房間能看到整個烏斯懷亞的海港碼頭，天氣好的話風景真的很絕。整個酒店環境非常好！！！酒店位置在山上，離街道稍微有點距離，要走好一會兒，打車會方便點。

An unexpected treat before our Auatralis boat trip. Perhaps it shouldn’t have been a surprise but we hadn’t expected it to be quite so lovely. The location of the hotel and in particular its spa is outstanding. The rooms were very lovely and spacious with great bathrooms and the bar/ dining areas were great. The views from the lobby bar and lower restaurant were spectacular. The food was delicious and very plentiful. Too plentiful! Definitely the place to stay.

LOVED this hotel! Easy to walk around town. Rooms are clean and spacious. Spa amenities were great, although it was difficult to find a space to get a massage as they were fully booked. Check in was quick and easy. The breakfast was good and had a large variety of offerings (including some desserts!)

PONTOS POSITIVOS: - Há vários horários de transfers do hotel para o centro e vice-versa. - O café da manhã é um dos melhores que já vi (inclusive com opções gluten free) - Academia, sauna e piscina limpas e funcionais. - O quarto é espaçoso e possui vista ou do lago ou das montanhas. - Tudo muito limpo - Pessoal muito educado e prestativo - Há restaurante no hotel com cardápio variado e preço bom.

We stayed at this hotel for four nights. It's about a 20-minute drive from the airport. The hotel reception staff checked us in efficiently. He was pleasant and very helpful. Our room was spacious and clean, and everything worked well. There is a safe and small functional kitchen as well as a living area separate from the bedroom. The room also has a nice balcony with awesome views of the mountains. The Wi-Fi connection was strong throughout the property. Bed and pillows are comfortable. Breakfast is included. It is self-service with fresh scrambled eggs, ham and cheese, bread/pastries, fruits, cereals, and beverages. It's sufficient for a good start in the morning. The property is located within walking distance to shops, restaurants, and the marina. The hotel does not have a restaurant. This is a good place to stay in Ushuaia. It's conveniently located, rooms are nice and staff are pleasant and helpful.

Excelente hotel, bem localizado, atendimento perfeito, todos bem treinados. Academia bem equipada, água sempre quente na torneira, banheira no quarto, tudo ok. Único ponto que coloco como melhoria seria o café da manhã, pois não possui uma variedade de salada como: alface, rúcula e outras folhas. De salada só tinha tomate e pepino. Mas tinha aveia, linhaça e chia de fibras todos os dias. Tem uma variedade de pães (muito bons), iogurtes, doces em Caldas, etc Devido a variação de temperatura, minha esposa se sentiu mal e não tinha ambulatório. Mas todos foram prontamente atenciosos e até foram comprar remédios para nós (com nosso dinheiro, claro).

La atención y el entorno son su mayor fortaleza, me encantó la comida, desayuno y cena deliciosa y el sauna. La habitación muy grande con hermosas vistas y el baño con hidromasajes me sorprendió.... Recomendado. Está retirado del centro de Ushuaia, eso es para mí un valor ya que le da mucha naturaleza ...

We arrivd at 8am and wasallocated a room,despite the stated check-in time of 3pm. Albeit I was given two bedroom instead of one bed room, I did not ask for change as my friend'sroom wasnear mine 144 and 148. Check-out time was 11am in stead of noon asstated in my voucher.
