Absolutely loved my stay! The location is unbeatable—just a 5-minute walk to the MRT, with countless food options and charming cafes right at your doorstep. The host was exceptionally friendly and welcoming, making the whole experience even more enjoyable. The café in the hotel was a real highlight—beautifully designed with a great atmosphere. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it!

The room is big and the staff is friendly and always there to help and answer your questions. Will stay in this Hotel again if I come Busan again.

View - If you are keen in wharf / harbor view, this hotel (see images) is along the harbour next to wharf, Songdo, so there is no beach on the wharf. At 4am you can hear commotion at the wharf, interesting for a different view from city or sea view. Nearest Songdo beach is still at distance, it is not at door step. Booked a large room for family of 4, comes with 1 Queen bed, 1 single, the last pax ended on the floor with Futons. (Although I indicated i had 4 pax, housekeeper does not seem to be aware, replenishes only for 3 pax?). Small hand towels are issued as bath towel, just be aware. Quite common for smaller hotel accommodation here (inn, AirBnB). Floor heater, water heater works, daily housekeeping. Has bath tub not used at all for winter. Good balcony for sitting in the cold to watch the wharf bustle. Pax using futon had a few bites by bugs, not sure if flew in from outside the room, else the room is clean. Nice open terrace at roof top with telescope to look into Lotte mall at distance, and the open sea after the bridge on the right. Complimentary breakfast offering at basement kitchen is available until 9AM (not 9.30am) - kitchen staff will remind you to finish up at close to 9am, and please clear your dishes at collection area, discard leftovers, return cultery, utensils. Breakfast spread : Cereal with milk (only on weekend), ONE slice of toast with jam, egg/s, one fruit or yoghurt, one coffee/tea, ONE juice, one instant noodles (if you want). Only tried for first morning, other mornings has similar menu on the wall. Staff - looks like husband wife team. Friendly to greet at reception at upper level. Safety wise - As accommodation is located at harbour with large prime movers and containers movements, it is better to travel in groups to look out for each other. I note the drivers are generally careful to look out for pedestrians on the harbour, wharf. Can be a bit dark at night in the surrounding area of the accommodation. Plus point - Double entrance door which allow you to lock inner door in case main door is being accessed externally. Location - About 20mins or so by bus to Busan shopping area where the crowd is. Not too far, The more popular tourist spots, beach sites is further up northeast at Haeundae beach, which is about 1 hour bus ride away. Pricing -, for the pricing, there are better known hotel chains going at more economic rates. So need to do proper research before booking. Else pleasant stay, simple, large room, no fanfare.

Pros: * Great location with easy access to public transportation. * The hotel is new, clean, and well maintained. * Good value for money. Cons: * There is no access control to the building, so anyone can enter, which made me feel a little less secure. * Although a washing machine is provided, there is no drying rack or place to hang clothes after washing. Overall, it’s a good budget-friendly place to stay, especially if you value convenience and cleanliness.

The room was exactly like the picture! You can get a beautiful view of the Gwangalli beach and enjoy the sea breeze at the balcony. The location was great. Right below the property is a lively street filled with restaurants, cafes, bars, photo booth studios, game arcades, convenience stores etc. Luggage storage is available before check in and the host will send you the password for the digital lock on the day itself. The room size was just nice for two people. The only thing to note is that it can feel a little tight if you have two 28-inch suitcases fully opened at the same time, so we kept ours closed when not in use. However, considering the amazing location and stunning beach view, this was only a minor inconvenience.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The highlight was definitely the amazing sea view from the room. Waking up and seeing the ocean was absolutely beautiful. The room was clean and comfortable, and the location was convenient. I really enjoyed my stay and would happily come back again. Highly recommended!

overall a really good stay here!! location was really good, at the heart of haeundae with convenient stores just right at the corner from the hotel. ~5mins walking distance to the airport limousine bus stop which was quite convenient, ~3mins walk to the metro station and walking distance to haeundae beach as well. but no beach view for the family studio rooms as they are on lower floors (unless you book the beach view rooms which are on upper floors) space of the room was really well utilised and didn’t feel cramped at all for 3 people and we loved the extra storage space we had from the closet which could even fit 2 mid sized check in luggage and our clothes and necessities. bath towels were provided for our stay of 3 nights as well. daily change of towels you can leave the dirty ones out the door but have to collect fresh towels and bottled water yourselves at the concierge. good big fridge (full sized fridge with freezer section as well) and microwave that came into handy for storing food and convenient store hauls. we did not utilise the induction cooktops but there was no pots and pans or cutleries provided (i think you have to request form the concierge as well) plus point for the washing machine as we could do laundry but down side is there is no in built dryer so we could only hang them with hangers to dry (which wasn’t a issue for us as we did not wash heavy denim or anything) but we saw there is a laundromat nearby the hotel as well. check in timing is a bit late (4pm) as well as we landed early morning and took a red eye flight but had to wait till 4pm to check in, although you can store your luggage at the ground floor before check in. overall a really good stay and would come back again

The hotel was location is an excellent location. Very convenient and nearby to shops and the haeundae beach with mrt less than 7 mins walk which makes it very convenient. I booked a twin room - double and single bed. Room is new, clean and a good size for city. This room does not provide unobstructed Seaview. Whats disappointing: 1. We needed to change cash for laundry which was part of the hotel. The reception say no change. 2. We initially reserve 2 night then extend a further 2 night's. We requested for cleaning on 3rd day. Whilst they replace the towels, wash the cups and provided free bottles of water, - bed not made, - floor not vacumn( hairs visible) and - toilet not cleaned ( hair in the shower cubicle)

Location was very convenient, next to the jalgachi market which I didn’t go actually. It’s a 3 star hotel and basically you get what you pay for. Nothing fancy but the basic needs are met. Had good night rest every night. Aircon was good and room was made up every alternate nights.

Near to train station and also walking distance to Lotte department store.
