We were extremely satisfied with our choice of this hotel! The location is very convenient—it's right across from Busan Station, so you can easily walk to the hotel after getting off the train. There are also plenty of great places to eat nearby. We even shared two nearby restaurant recommendations, and both were absolutely delicious. The owner was very kind and allowed us to check in early 👍🏻 The room was spotless, clean, and well-maintained. All the drinks in the fridge were complimentary!! The bathroom was spacious. The only minor downside was that the floor got a bit wet when showering 🤣

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ We had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The location is fantastic, right next to Gwanganli Beach, with an amazing sea view from the room. There are also plenty of restaurants and cafes nearby. A special mention goes to La Feuille Bakery, which was absolutely the best bakery we found in the area. One thing we really appreciated was that the hotel allows food delivery directly to your room. We ordered delicious Korean-Chinese dishes, including Jajangmyeon and Jjamppong, and it made our stay even more enjoyable. The room was exactly as shown in the photos on the website—clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. If you plan to enjoy the bathtub, I would recommend bringing your own bath soap or bath products for a more relaxing experience. Most importantly, the staff were friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help. Their warm hospitality made us feel at home throughout our stay. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Busan and looking for a comfortable stay with beautiful ocean views!

The place was clean. The owner (?) speak English well and in the morning, they have someone who speak Chinese helping around. The bathroom is not that big, but honestly when I woke up, there is not a lot of people so it was okay.

Если у вас есть деньги, стоит заказать что-то подороже, если нет, то жить можно, но цена соответствует условиям. Из самых больших минусов: мы были в конце ноября, полы холодные. Кондей работает на отопление нормально, но ходить только в тапочках (выдают). В душе горячая вода с перебоями. Душевую лейку держать только в руках, закрепить на стене нельзя. Из плюсов - местоположение прекрасное. В номерах кушать нельзя, с третьего этажа предполагалось ходить на второй в зону для питания (не очень удобную). Зато прям под боком улица со стритфудом, можно на берегу моря посидеть)

THE GOOD It's important to understand that this is an affordable hostel with a view but is not as fancy as it may seem in the photos. You're not going to get a luxury, super-comfortable stay with a bay view at this low of price. Speaking of the view, it's very nice during the day and at night from the top floor breakfast room and the bay view rooms on the levels right below it. Speaking of breakfast, you do have to cook the eggs yourself, but there are three burners and some other good food options, too. We also had a great experience with the staff at the reception desk, who were friendly, helpful, and apologetic about any issues. The WiFi was good, with a modem and router in each room. The location is great, too, if you love shopping streets, street food, fish markets, wharfs, and a more locals side of Busan. Access to the subway and buses is incredible, so you can get over to Haeudae Beach, Gwangali Beach, Dadaepo Beach, Gamcheon Culture Village, Busan Station (for trains to Seoul and Gyeongju), and more, but if you want to frequent Haeudae, it's kind of a long haul from here. THE NOT-SO-GOOD Our bay view room was a bit gimmicky, because while the view was nice, the room is quite small, has flimsy furniture, and lacks hooks (except the one in the window where the sun will fade your clothes). The wall of windows is cool to look through, but in May, we had the curtains closed 99% of the time because the south-facing room gets blasted by the sun and the AC isn't powerful enough to counteract it. The room was in need of maintenance, too, with ruined flooring due to a poor bathroom door design and things starting to fall apart in the bathroom. Speaking of the bathroom, if you need 100% total privacy, it may not work for you. The shade over the very large window is barely sufficient in its thickness, and it has a two-inch gap on either side where you can see down to the street 9 stories below (see photo). You have to stand in a specific spot in the bathroom while showering with the handheld showerhead in order to feel entirely private, and you have to be very careful to not spray the leaky door. We also discovered that things that aren't used regularly can be dusty, and we found dust bunnies in the hallways. The bed also had a firm, squeaky spring mattress that didn't encourage the greatest sleep. If you're a backpacker or budget traveler like us, you'll find this place passable (especially for the price, location, and breakfast), but if you have normal hotel standards, this hostel may not meet them.

Fantastic location. Hotel is located right behind the main shopping street is a quiet area. Basic amenities like auto refilling drinking water machine and coffee machine. There is also a small 'hole in the wall' shop just outside the hotel selling fabulous French crepes. Only complaint is the lousy attitude shown by the manager. I booked for 3 nights with another extension for 4 nights (7 nights in total). I stated that I use a mobility device because of my disability in the booking. During check in, upon seeing me, he made feel very unwelcome. He told me to find other hotels and asked me to cancel my booking, claiming that my mobility device will spoil the room. Such a ludicrous remark to make. We had a heated argument eventually as I was very upset a him for being discriminatory. i insisted in staying as it was fully paid. It was my first time in Busan, thus I don't wish to spend my holiday looking for hotels. Btw, the room was perfectly fine. Never felt so unwelcome in my life. Location is its only saving grace. However there are numerous hotels around the area after we got to know the place better.

Отличный не дорогой вариант, чисто, тихо, спокойно. На первый этаж водят женщин с низкой социальной ответственностью. Больших полотенец не было в номере.

Great room with all the amenities you'll need available. Easy check in and out. Excellent location right by the main nightlife area.

I stayed here just a few days before, and chose to stay here yet again after coming back from an excursion to Busan. The self check-in process is smooth even after the check-in counter is closed at late night. Perfect location if you arrive into Seoul train station at midnight, either from Korail or airport train. Even if all metros lines are closed. You can just walk to the guesthouse within 10 mins from Seoul station. During the day, there is a metro station at your doorsteps connecting to Seoul Station in 1 stop. The room is clean and warm. The owner is very friendly.

I would say this is one of the worst hotel I have ever stayed. I booked for 3 nights under one booking but felt like 3 separate bookings. The hotel forces guests to pack up everything and check out before 08h00 in the morning and RECHECK-IN again at 23h00. There is no luggage storage available either. Imagining having to pack up every morning and having to find a storage at 8 in the morning, SPENDING 15 HOURS outside with 1/2 of the belongings in the backpack until it hits 23h00. retrieving the luggage from the storage which had to pay extra money to do so. 2 times for each day. reopen the luggage and repeat again and again. I booked 3 nights for a reason. so that I can leave my belongings in there. not to do the extra work. I don't sleep well at all, because of the planning o moving luggage in and out, plus paying extra for storage at different building far away. However not on a good note, the hotel charges almost 2 times more than the room rate per night to keep my luggage in the room during my whole stay. That means IF I had agreed to pay, I would have ended up paying equally to 7 nights. I did not sign up for that with the given rate every night, I will get new keycard to new room with different layouts. which is not a problem. it is clean and dfunctional. first room, it does not have mosquito net at the window. no wifi. I had to use other free wifi from outside which the signal is really low second room, it is better. best of the 3 nights. strong wifi. nicer bathroom. again without mosquito net, but it is acceptable. third room, it is almost the same as the first night, but it has its own wifi. great wifi too. overall, the bed is great. wifi is great in some room. showers are great. but the problem I described made everything bad.
