Amazing service from the hotel management! Busan is hyped up due to BTS Arirang Tour which also a Festa - their annivesary celebration. The hotel had arranged a mini event for all ARMY guests who stayed here! There is a BTS wall and ARMY notes frame too! Super excited! 1. Room cleanliness -＞ superb! The decor and the interior is minimalist but clean. I love the white-wood interior design. The shower room-toilet is clean! For guests: the toilet here has a bidet! 🤩✨️ 2. Room bonus point -＞ complete toiletries, bed is super comfy with fluffy pillows! I love the towels too, white clean and fluffy. Full length mirror! Each room got a luggage locker. Luggage locker can be used by the guests for luggafe keeping even after check-out when we want to travel around Busan until the train schedule. Just inform the staff and they will help. 3. Room improvement -＞ for girls travelling together with all the skincare, haircare and makeup tools, we need another table. 4. Room safety -＞ I noticed there is an emergency light inside the room, fire extinguisher and emergency line to climb down from the window. Really amazed for the compliance to the safety regulations! I feel safe staying here. 5. I love the lobby decor. The hotel is self check-in but the staff are very proactive in helping/guiding the guests for check-in. There is pantry in lobby lounge and all hotel guests may take and help with the coffee, tea and some other beverages provided. PS: their water purifier is COWAY brand! 6. The breakfast served is good! I love the yogurt and the fruit cup! 7. We are really thankful for the kindness and the hospitaliyt of the hotel staff. My friend and I can wait for 1 hour in the hotel lobby for our train schedule. We can enjoy dinner in the pantry area and enjoy some coffee too even after we checked out in the noon. Well located. Close to Nampo bus & subway station, Lotte Mall. There's common area on both 3rd & 4th floor. Breakfast is simple yet adequate. Very clean as well. Owner very thoughtful to provide extra blanket & heating mat if required. Only downside is lack of elevator, so one might need to reconsider if you have huge luggage.

THE GOOD It's important to understand that this is an affordable hostel with a view but is not as fancy as it may seem in the photos. You're not going to get a luxury, super-comfortable stay with a bay view at this low of price. Speaking of the view, it's very nice during the day and at night from the top floor breakfast room and the bay view rooms on the levels right below it. Speaking of breakfast, you do have to cook the eggs yourself, but there are three burners and some other good food options, too. We also had a great experience with the staff at the reception desk, who were friendly, helpful, and apologetic about any issues. The WiFi was good, with a modem and router in each room. The location is great, too, if you love shopping streets, street food, fish markets, wharfs, and a more locals side of Busan. Access to the subway and buses is incredible, so you can get over to Haeudae Beach, Gwangali Beach, Dadaepo Beach, Gamcheon Culture Village, Busan Station (for trains to Seoul and Gyeongju), and more, but if you want to frequent Haeudae, it's kind of a long haul from here. THE NOT-SO-GOOD Our bay view room was a bit gimmicky, because while the view was nice, the room is quite small, has flimsy furniture, and lacks hooks (except the one in the window where the sun will fade your clothes). The wall of windows is cool to look through, but in May, we had the curtains closed 99% of the time because the south-facing room gets blasted by the sun and the AC isn't powerful enough to counteract it. The room was in need of maintenance, too, with ruined flooring due to a poor bathroom door design and things starting to fall apart in the bathroom. Speaking of the bathroom, if you need 100% total privacy, it may not work for you. The shade over the very large window is barely sufficient in its thickness, and it has a two-inch gap on either side where you can see down to the street 9 stories below (see photo). You have to stand in a specific spot in the bathroom while showering with the handheld showerhead in order to feel entirely private, and you have to be very careful to not spray the leaky door. We also discovered that things that aren't used regularly can be dusty, and we found dust bunnies in the hallways. The bed also had a firm, squeaky spring mattress that didn't encourage the greatest sleep. If you're a backpacker or budget traveler like us, you'll find this place passable (especially for the price, location, and breakfast), but if you have normal hotel standards, this hostel may not meet them.

The staff is very nice, helpful and friendly. The room was clean, air conditioner was working fine, bed was comfy. Totally recommend. Will come back! P.s. they collect souvenirs from around the world so don’t hesitate to bring a magnet or your country’s currency 😇

The bathroom is huge, and the bed is comfortable. They allow luggage storage before check in and after check out.

Отличный не дорогой вариант, чисто, тихо, спокойно. На первый этаж водят женщин с низкой социальной ответственностью. Больших полотенец не было в номере.

I booked a flight that arrives in Busan at 6 am, so I booked the previous night because check-in times are always after 4 pm. When I arrived at the hotel at 9 am, they did not let us into the booked room, saying check-in is after 4 pm.

Rumah tamu ini terletak di tingkat 3 dan 4 yang boleh diakses melalui lif. Kami mendaftar masuk sendiri dan tidak pernah bertemu sesiapa pun yang agak menyedihkan. Terdapat banyak mesej mengenai peraturan dan banyak peranti pengawasan. Kita boleh menggunakan dapur berkongsi dengan microwave, air panas dll. Bilik itu ok, bersih, bebas rokok (seperti seluruh rumah tamu) dan mempunyai apa yang kami perlukan: pemanasan, air panas, tingkap. Dari segi lokasi, terletak berhampiran dengan banyak perhentian bas dan metro juga. Keburukan: Bau kumbahan yang kuat datang dari bilik mandi yang tidak dapat ditanggung. Tuala kecil. Tingkap tidak terlindung dengan baik, pada waktu malam ia sejuk. Dinding nipis, kami dapat mendengar tetamu yang bising dari bilik berdekatan.

I stayed here just a few days before, and chose to stay here yet again after coming back from an excursion to Busan. The self check-in process is smooth even after the check-in counter is closed at late night. Perfect location if you arrive into Seoul train station at midnight, either from Korail or airport train. Even if all metros lines are closed. You can just walk to the guesthouse within 10 mins from Seoul station. During the day, there is a metro station at your doorsteps connecting to Seoul Station in 1 stop. The room is clean and warm. The owner is very friendly.

I would say this is one of the worst hotel I have ever stayed. I booked for 3 nights under one booking but felt like 3 separate bookings. The hotel forces guests to pack up everything and check out before 08h00 in the morning and RECHECK-IN again at 23h00. There is no luggage storage available either. Imagining having to pack up every morning and having to find a storage at 8 in the morning, SPENDING 15 HOURS outside with 1/2 of the belongings in the backpack until it hits 23h00. retrieving the luggage from the storage which had to pay extra money to do so. 2 times for each day. reopen the luggage and repeat again and again. I booked 3 nights for a reason. so that I can leave my belongings in there. not to do the extra work. I don't sleep well at all, because of the planning o moving luggage in and out, plus paying extra for storage at different building far away. However not on a good note, the hotel charges almost 2 times more than the room rate per night to keep my luggage in the room during my whole stay. That means IF I had agreed to pay, I would have ended up paying equally to 7 nights. I did not sign up for that with the given rate every night, I will get new keycard to new room with different layouts. which is not a problem. it is clean and dfunctional. first room, it does not have mosquito net at the window. no wifi. I had to use other free wifi from outside which the signal is really low second room, it is better. best of the 3 nights. strong wifi. nicer bathroom. again without mosquito net, but it is acceptable. third room, it is almost the same as the first night, but it has its own wifi. great wifi too. overall, the bed is great. wifi is great in some room. showers are great. but the problem I described made everything bad.
