Absolutely loved my stay! The location is unbeatable—just a 5-minute walk to the MRT, with countless food options and charming cafes right at your doorstep. The host was exceptionally friendly and welcoming, making the whole experience even more enjoyable. The café in the hotel was a real highlight—beautifully designed with a great atmosphere. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it!

The hotel is modern and generally pleasant, with a convenient location that makes getting around easy. However, there are a couple of issues worth noting. The soundproofing is quite poor, and noise from guests entering and leaving their rooms at night can be clearly heard, which may affect sleep quality. In addition, the towels and bed linens had an unusual, slightly unpleasant odour, which was disappointing and made the stay less comfortable. Overall, while the hotel has strong points in terms of design and location, improvements in noise insulation and housekeeping standards would significantly enhance the guest experience.

Ia mengambil masa kira-kira 5 minit untuk sampai ke sana dengan pergi terus dari Exit 11 Stesen Centum City. Dalam perjalanan ada Oriyang, Starbucks, kedai serbaneka, dan di sebelah stesen ada Shinsegae Department Store dan LOTTE Department Store, jadi tiada masalah untuk membeli-belah. Lobi terletak di tingkat satu, dan kaunter penerimaan tetamu adalah sama dengan Travelodge. Saya tiba awal, tetapi saya dapat masuk ke dalam bilik saya dengan segera, dan memandangkan hari itu adalah hari bekerja, saya telah dinaik taraf kepada bilik pemandangan laut di tingkat tinggi. Tekanan air di bilik mandi agak lemah, dan walaupun terdapat sekatan antara bilik mandi dan tandas, lantai bilik mandi akan basah jika anda tidak berhati-hati. Selipar tidak pakai buang, dan tidak ada baju tidur, jadi anda perlu membawa sendiri, dan semua kedai adalah ***a Korea. Tidak ramai orang di sekitar pada waktu malam, jadi wanita harus berhati-hati ketika berjalan sendirian. Secara keseluruhan, saya sangat berpuas hati! Saya pasti akan datang ke sini lagi lain kali saya di Busan!

전체적으로 다 만족스러웠어요. 근데 객실 카드를 받고 객실로 갔는데 객실 문이 다 열려있더라고요. 이게 좀 아쉬웠어요. 예약한 사람이 아닌 다른 사람들이 들락날락 할 수 있다는 생각이 들더라고요. 그 부분만 제외하면 딱히 생각은 안나요. 수압 좋고 침대 쿠션도 좋구요. 방음도 괜찮고, 그냥 문이 열려있는 게 신경쓰였어요. 굳이 왜 열어두는지;; 괜히 입장하고 객실 구석구석 확인하게 되네요. 개선이 되었으면 좋겠습니다. 게다가 카드 없이도 객실 층을 자유롭게 다닐 수 있고요;; 이용자가 아닌 사람이 다니기 쉬운 구조.

Pros Comfort & Cleanliness: Spacious, clean, and comfortable room with solid soundproofing for a restful stay. In-Room Amenities: Powerful hairdryer, a full-sized fridge with a proper freezer compartment, and a versatile microwave/oven combo that makes reheating food easy. Something not suggest this. Fully Digital Access: Check-in and check-out are handled entirely via smartphone. Elevator access requires a dynamic QR code—screenshots are unreliable, and weak cellular signal in the elevator area makes loading the page frustrating. Room lights use touch panels with a slight learning curve. The system is not well-suited for seniors or guests unaccustomed to keyless smartphone access. Housekeeping & Communication: During a multi-night stay, housekeeping missed restocking facial tissues. With no in-room phone (only an online AI chatbot), we had to visit the front desk in person. Staff initially doubted the issue before providing a replacement, which felt unwelcoming. Vague Amenity & Water Policies: Written instructions simply state to collect extra towels and bottled water at the front desk, without explaining quotas or extra charges. We only learned about the water dispenser on the 29th floor (which is not open 24 hours) after asking the AI assistant. Breakfast Schedule: Last entry is 9:30 AM, but cleanup begins around 9:40 AM, quickly limiting food options. Arriving by 9:00 AM at the latest is strongly recommended. Self-service tray return is required. With minimal staff interaction beyond requested housekeeping, this property is best suited for independent guests who prefer autonomous digital check-ins. Those traveling with elderly family members or seeking traditional front-desk hospitality may want to consider other options. 優點：空間很大、環境乾淨、入住舒適、隔音不錯、吹風機很強，有冰箱可冷藏冷凍還有一機多用的微波跟烤箱可以加熱。 住宿體驗感不錯，但如果是不習慣全自助，或是無卡用手機刷門禁的可能不太推薦。 這次入住一些比較差的體驗感想： 感覺不太適合老人家入住 自行辦理入住及退房需透過手機處理 電梯需使用QR code通行， 每次進電梯前都要先重新打開QR code， 截圖的話有時候掃的到，有時候不行。 然後電梯內訊號較差會有點難開，小麻煩。 房間電燈都是觸控式面板 研究了一下才知道怎麼開關 然後是因為連續入住，有申請打掃房間， 結果打掃後房內沒有補充桌上紙巾， 沒有電話可以聯繫前台， 只有看到ai回復的幫手， 室友到前台詢問， 前台說有替換一開始沒有要提供的意思， 提出需求卻先被懷疑的感覺不太好， 雖然紙巾問題有得到解決。 然後紙張說明只寫說需要瓶裝水跟毛巾跟前台領取 並未說明需要額外付費，或是一晚僅提供兩瓶，未在紙面說明。感覺應該是提供給連續入住沒有打掃的房客領取使用，入住並未說明。 需詢問飯店AI助理才知道可以上29F飲水機裝水， 且非24小時可裝水。 然後早餐最後入場時間是9：30 基本上東西都還有，但是大概9：40就開始徹餐，選擇越來越少，建議大家最晚9：00就要到比較好，然後餐盤也是自助回收。 所以服務的部分基本上除了連續入住要申請的打掃服務，基本沒有，所以我無法評價，幾乎都是自助詢問求解。

Is located within a residence building that has multiple different operator running it. I would say NewCZ is 1 of the better operator in the building as they have instructions sent to your email before checking in as well as banner at the main lobby to direct you to checking in as I have witnessed some other guests that reserved with other operator seems to have problem doing the self check-in. The room I reserved is nothing amazing but I do love the water dispenser available in the room.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The highlight was definitely the amazing sea view from the room. Waking up and seeing the ocean was absolutely beautiful. The room was clean and comfortable, and the location was convenient. I really enjoyed my stay and would happily come back again. Highly recommended!

This hotel is amazing. The harbor and city view was breathtaking. The room was really nice with a comfortable bed and nice bathroom with bathtub. The staff were so friendly and welcoming. They kept my bags before having access to the room and after check out. The location is nice. The nearest bus stop is 1 min away and underground station 8min away. The hotel is 2 stations away from Busan station. However, I’d recommend not charging for a toothbrush and toothpaste. Maybe give it at check in for those who would need them. I would definitely consider coming back to this hotel !

Outstanding service at the front desk. Mr. Park and Ms. Jeong is so kind and polite. Their warm greeting set the tone for a great visit. Very professional, organized, and quick to help.

The hotel is already quiet old and need for renovation. The stuff was really well trained and polite. But the room was not such good. The toilet flush was weak, and it wasn't separated from the shower. The water in the shower was hot and the pressure was strong, but the drain was very poor and water accumulated, so I had to turn the shower down to the minimum setting to avoid flooding the room. The TV was hanging crooked on the wall, and I decided not to touch it because I was worried it might fall. The wallpaper and baseboards were heavily stained from splashes, and they themselves were already damaged. The hotel's greatest strengths are its location and its polite, well-trained, and friendly staff. However, it is in dire need of renovation.
