Absolutely loved my stay! The location is unbeatable—just a 5-minute walk to the MRT, with countless food options and charming cafes right at your doorstep. The host was exceptionally friendly and welcoming, making the whole experience even more enjoyable. The café in the hotel was a real highlight—beautifully designed with a great atmosphere. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it!

The hotel is modern and generally pleasant, with a convenient location that makes getting around easy. However, there are a couple of issues worth noting. The soundproofing is quite poor, and noise from guests entering and leaving their rooms at night can be clearly heard, which may affect sleep quality. In addition, the towels and bed linens had an unusual, slightly unpleasant odour, which was disappointing and made the stay less comfortable. Overall, while the hotel has strong points in terms of design and location, improvements in noise insulation and housekeeping standards would significantly enhance the guest experience.

Lokasi sangat baik, betul-betul di hadapan Pantai Haeundae. Ia bukan hotel yang ber***a dan ber***a, tetapi ia masih bagus. Saya berpendapat bahawa hotel Korea mempunyai perkhidmatan yang kurang sedikit daripada hotel di luar negara (masa daftar keluar, dsb.). Hotel ini adalah sama. Tetapi tidak mengapa! Mereka hanya perlu lebih rajin sedikit. Secara keseluruhan, tidak ada kelemahan utama. Harga tidak buruk, jadi saya mengesyorkannya.

I stayed here for one night in the Ocean Classic Double room. The location is excellent—it’s only a 3-minute walk to the metro station and perfectly situated between Haeundae and Gwangalli. The view is stunning; you can see the famous Gwangalli Bridge through the floor-to-ceiling windows. The room is well-equipped, and having a washing machine in the room is a huge plus for longer stays. Overall, the room was mostly clean, though I did notice some stains on the comforter. The front desk staff were very welcoming; even though their English wasn't perfect, they went out of their way to help me. It was a nice experience overall and definitely great value for the money.

Мы жили в данном отеле во время тура BTS в Пусане, и это был самый бюджетный вариант для нас. Номер был очень чистым. Кровать удобная, а пастельное белье хрустело (что добавляло удовольствия во время сна). На 1м этаже есть кафетерий, где можно заварить лапшу, попить кофе/воду/чай + в номер тоже давали пакетики чая и кофе. В номере есть телевизор, на котором можно посмотреть корейские каналы (на любой вкус и цвет) и платформы (Netflix, Disney + и тд, но они неоплачены, поэтому надо воспользоваться своим аккаунтом жля просмотра). Нам так же понравилось расположение отеля. Пешком до пляжа Кваннали можно дойти за 30-40 минут (на автобусе не пробовали).

It’s a very basic hotel. Location is very convenient facing the beach, just a road across. Lots of eateries and less than 5min walking distance to the subway, food street, bakeries. It has 2 dryer and 2 washer at the basement. Price reasonable. Downstairs there’s a battling cage. At times can be a bit noisy. And also loud music. The wall outside window seems mouldy. Aircon has no wind at times hence we open up 2 small windows to have air circulation.

My stay with family was absolutely flawless from check-in to checkout. The room was spotless, spacious, and featured an incredibly comfortable bed. I loved the floor-to-ceiling windows, which provided stunning city views. The staff were exceptionally friendly and accommodating, ensuring my needs were met. Review of Raviens Maison de Hotel 1. Location The hotel is situated along a back alley, which may make it slightly less visible for some Uber or taxi drivers on first approach. However, this is a minor inconvenience. The surrounding area is well-served, with two convenience stores, a McDonald’s, and the popular Busandang Bakery nearby, offering an impressive selection of baked goods and a pleasant café on the second floor. The hotel is also approximately a five-minute walk to the main Haeundae Beach shopping and dining street, which makes it a convenient base overall. 2. Front Desk & Service Front desk staff generally communicate in decent English, which is helpful for international guests. Upon arrival, we reached about an hour before the official check-in time of 4:00 PM (notably later than most hotels). Early check-in was offered at an additional charge of 18,000 KRW. While understandable, there is room for improvement here—particularly when rooms are already available, a more flexible approach would enhance the guest experience. A more significant concern was the housekeeping policy. For a five-day stay, only one room cleaning service was provided. This is quite disappointing and does not align with expectations of a hotel, especially given that rates remain at a premium during peak season. This aspect significantly detracts from the overall experience. 3. Room & Facilities We were assigned a room on the 21st floor. The room is spacious, resembling a studio apartment, and comes well-equipped with a kitchenette, washing machine with dryer, and a clothes steriliser (particularly useful for refreshing outerwear). The room includes both a queen-sized bed and a super single bed, along with heated flooring for added comfort. Tips: offer English translation card to show how to use the washer/ dryer would be useful. The room was clean and well-maintained, and the highlight is undoubtedly the view. The panoramic outlook over Haeundae Beach and the sea is excellent, complemented by a large balcony with seating—ideal for relaxation. However, another shortcoming is the lack of proper bath towels. Only small-sized towels were provided, which were also used as floor mats. This is below expected hotel standards and should be addressed. Overall Assessment The hotel offers strong positives in terms of room size, amenities, and especially the sea view. Its location is also convenient despite the slightly hidden entrance. However, the limited housekeeping service and absence of proper bath towels are notable drawbacks. Addressing these areas would significantly improve the overall guest experience.

Here is a detailed breakdown of what to expect. The Room & Amenities The first thing you’ll notice is the generous room size. Unlike many cramped city hotels, there is plenty of space to move around. The View: The highlight of the stay is undoubtedly the stunning harbor view. Watching the bridge light up at night is a great way to wind down. Comfort: The beds are comfortable and provide a good night’s rest. Condition: While the room is clean, some of the furniture is starting to show its age and feels a bit dated. Facilities: Basic toiletries, drinking water, tea, and coffee are all provided. Note that the toilet and bathtub are in the same space (not separated). Climate Control: Be aware that during winter and early spring, the air conditioning is disabled. If the room gets too warm, you’ll need to crack the window to let the crisp Busan air in. The Elevator Challenge (The Biggest Downside) The most significant drawback is the elevator situation. The hotel only has three elevators, which is insufficient for a building of this size—especially since it is a popular choice for large tour groups from Taiwan, Thailand, and Hong Kong. Peak Hours: Between 7:30 AM – 10:00 AM and 5:00 PM – 9:00 PM, the elevators are perpetually packed. The Struggle: It can be so challenging to catch a lift that I actually had to walk down the stairs from the 15th floor to the lobby. If you have mobility issues or heavy luggage, this is a major factor to consider. Dining & Convenience On-site Eats: There is a Korean Fried Chicken restaurant on the 2nd floor that is definitely worth a try—the taste is quite good! Convenience: A CU convenience store is located right in the lobby, which is incredibly handy for late-night snacks or essentials. Breakfast Tip: I recommend skipping the hotel breakfast package. The restaurant is on the 24th floor, meaning you have to wait for the elevator to go up, and then wait again to get back down to the lobby to start your day. You’ll save money and time by eating at one of the many local spots nearby. Location & Accessibility The location is a strong point for shoppers and explorers: Metro: About a 7–8 minute walk to Nampo Station. Shopping: Very close to Lotte Shopping Mall and the famous Gwangbok-ro Shopping Street. Note: The building is shared with another hotel (North Harbor Hotel), which contributes to the high foot traffic in the lobby and elevators. Hotel Adela is a solid choice if you value a spacious room with a beautiful view and want to stay near the Nampo-dong action. However, the elevator delays are a serious test of patience. If you choose to stay here, try to avoid traveling in and out of the hotel during peak tour group hours! Pack your patience for the lobby wait, and definitely grab some fried chicken on the second floor!

However, the sleep quality was disappointing. The beds were collapsing at the sides and felt quite worn out, which made for an uncomfortable night's rest. If the management replaces the mattresses, this would be a fantastic place to stay, but for now, it's hard to fully recommend for a long visit.
