This place is rightly distanced from the most busy travelers area - surfing beach in Yang Yang. Still in walking distance. The building is surrounded by pine tree forest and beach view. The service for customers is very warm and extremely nice. Breakfast bagel +complimentary water+free nespresso capsules-refilled , free cafeteria with all sorts of teas and coffee +free use of laundry-drier are all so generous. ROOFTOP bbq area is very nice too. Its self contained unit but also offer room cleaning service twice in a week. The owner of this boutique resort really provides personal service. I don't drive so was gonna call taxi when I need but the owner courple offered a ride whenever they can. How kind!!!

I stayed at this place for 3 days and it was truly amazing. The staff were very friendly, and the cleanliness was absolutely impressive. Thank you so much, E7!

해변이랑 가까워서 물놀이하기에도 좋고, 뷰도 좋아요- 테라스에 테이블도 있어서 커피한잔 사다가 바다보면서 마시기 좋습니당- 오래된 감이 있지만, 시설도 깨끗하고 주변도 조용해서 쾌적하게 잘 이용했어요👍 여름휴가때 물놀이하러 다시 오고싶네요-!

It was a wonderful experience! The room is spacious and clean. It has everything from a kettle to a washing machine. The host serves water and a fresh towel every day. View from the balcony directly onto the beach. It's a really great experience. The price was also good. However, the location is suitable if you have a car. The bus runs very rarely, and intercity taxis are very expensive.

양양해변과 이어지는 최적의 위치. 호텔 침구는 아주 부드럽고 편안한 숙면을 보장. 해수욕장에는 호텔 소속의 안전요원 배치되어 있으며 해수욕 후 발 씻을 수 있는 수도와 에어건도 비치됨. 시설은 좀 낙후되었으나(화장실 문 등) 친절한 서비스와 입지로 보상됨.

Urbanstay Naksan Beach offers an amazing location—right by the ocean with beautiful views and easy access to the beach. It’s a perfect spot for a peaceful getaway. I booked the suite room expecting something a bit more luxurious, and while it was clean and well-maintained, it didn’t fully match my expectations. The self-check-in process was a bit inconvenient, especially for first-time visitors. I had also requested early check-in, but wasn't clearly informed beforehand that there would be a charge of 10,000 KRW per hour, which would have been helpful to know in advance. Still, the overall experience was good, and I’d recommend it for the location alone—just be sure to clarify details ahead of time.

운좋게 저렴한 가격에 오션뷰로 숙박하게 되었는데,새벽2시 다되서 입실하고 씻을려는데 찬물만 나오더라구요.너무 새벽이라 전화하기도 그렇고 해서 일단 양치랑 세수만하고 잤는데,아침되서도 찬물만 나오길래 전화드렸더니 친절히 안내는 해주셔서 통화하면서 왔다갔다 확인하며 셀프로 해결해서 씻긴했습니다. 다 좋은데 서비스적인 면에서는 응대가 좀 아쉬웠네요. 따뜻한물 안나오실땐 싱크대 밑에 여셔서 왼쪽 기계에 숫자가 안나와있으면 꺼져있는것이니, 전원을 켜고 사용하시기 바랍니다...

The hotel has a great location right in front of Naksan Beach (a great beach - lots of white sand). There are restaurants and supermarkets close by and it is a quick taxi ride to the Yangyang airport and Yangyang bus depot. Staff are efficient and helpful without being intrusive. The hotel seems to have been newly renovated and the rooms, passages and common areas are newly carpeted and newly painted. There is a small gym and laundry room available for use. Most guests seemed to stay only one night which seemed strange, given the great location. The only thing that could be improved upon is some basic facilities in the room. There is no cupboard (although there is enough space for one), only one chair (and its fairly uncomfortable at that) and no furniture on the balcony - we really wanted to sit on the balcony and look at the sea in the evenings, but there is nothing to sit on. At the time that we stayed there (October 2024) there was quite a bit of construction noise as there are hotels being built on either side of the Naksan (although this is not the fault of the hotel itself).

호텔, 온천,찜질까지 포함하여 방문하였는데 찜질방이 다양하게 여러 컨셉의 방으로 되어있어 좋왔어요. 특히 온천은 독특한 풍의 인테리어로 좋왔고 탄산온천도 좋은 경험이었어요. 야외 노천탕도 적게나마 즐길수 있고 특히 너무 춥게 밖으로 나가는 것을 싫어하시는 분은 노천탕도 반야외 컨셉이어서 많이 춥지않았어요. 호텔 방 인테리어는 연식을 좀 느끼게 했지만 침구류의 위생상태는 5성급 호텔보다 더 좋왔네요. 추천합니다.
