"Great location, right by the beach — you can’t beat the convenience. Breakfast was good with a solid variety, and housekeeping was consistently great throughout our stay. Unfortunately, check-in didn’t go smoothly. We arrived at 4pm, an hour after the listed 3pm check-in time, but the check-in process itself took about an hour, and we weren’t able to get to our room until past 5pm. To make it worse, there was nowhere to sit while waiting — the lobby was packed with other guests also waiting to check in. Then on our second night, we had no running water from around 7:30pm until close to 12:30am — nearly 5 hours — which was especially rough with kids in tow. On top of that, the wifi stopped working after 10:30pm. The hotel was slow to resolve the water issue; it was Trip.com’s support team, not the hotel, that ultimately stepped in with compensation. Given what we paid for the stay, these issues made it hard to feel it was worth the price. Overall a nice location let down by some real operational hiccups — great staff, but service reliability needs work."

"I went on a trip to celebrate my baby's 100th day. I used it for 2 days out of a 3-night, 4-day trip. The rooftop view was nice, and the room view was nice, so I took a lot of pictures. I paid 50,000 won for dinner and ordered unlimited barbecue and beer, but I didn't feel bad about it. I had a great trip at a reasonable price."

"The location is right at the foot of the mountain, so it's a bit far from the sea, and you'll need a car to get around. It would be good for those who have a vehicle. Breakfast is complimentary and includes baked eggs, roasted sweet potatoes, sandwiches, drinks, and coffee. The cleanliness of the accommodation was excellent. The Hinoki tub was perfect for unwinding after a long day. Also, the air quality in the room was really good, haha! There are no convenience stores nearby, but the accommodation sells snacks and drinks inside. The atmosphere is very pleasant. You check in at the 1st-floor lobby using a kiosk, and checking out the next day is easy via an app. You don't need to carry a room key; a password is issued upon check-in. All in all, I booked this place on short notice at a very affordable price, and I had a wonderful and relaxing one-night stay. I ate well and rested well. If I ever have the chance, I'd love to visit again."

"There are many delicious restaurants in Yangyang nearby. It's clean and well-equipped with everything you need. We had a comfortable stay~~^^ The kitchen is fully equipped with cooking utensils, a washer and dryer, and a large refrigerator, making it a great place for families staying for a long time. The bedding was comfortable, so we had a good night's sleep. However, the soundproofing isn't great, so depending on the room next door, it might be noisy. It's a double terrace with an ocean view, but there's a mountain to the left, so it's not a full view, which is a bit disappointing. But I'm satisfied. The only problem is that the cleaning was done, but check-in didn't open even a minute before 3 p.m. It was a bit harsh. 😢 Other businesses that do this open 30 minutes before check-in. ㅜㅜ Still, I'm grateful for the restful stay! I'll come again!"

"I was flustered because it was self check-in when I visited, but my information wasn't transferred from Trip.com to the hotel. The location was great, the ocean view was excellent, and the hotel was clean. However, at 2 AM, someone on the floor above me came out onto their terrace and started screaming, which woke me up and startled me ㅠㅠ Even though I come to Yangyang often, this was the first time something like this happened, so I was quite taken aback ㅠㅠ"

"The view from the balcony is beautiful, but there are far too many inconveniences. The room was never cleaned, the towels were never changed, and basic toiletries and amenities were not replenished. This made the stay very uncomfortable and definitely not worth the price. The hotel is huge, with a large number of rooms, but there are only three elevators. You have to wait a long time for an elevator, and on the day of check-out it was almost impossible to get downstairs because all three elevators arrived already packed with people."
